基于CORBA和TLl的STP网元集中管理系统实现

设计了STP网元集中管理系统,阐述了该系统的体系结构和各模块的功能以及各模块间的通信方式.通过使用CORBA构建技术、IDL接口描述语言以及文本描述语言TLl,使得系统具有灵活性、可维护性和可扩展性的特点.该系统的实现,使得对信令网中的STP设备进行集中管理和统一维护成为可能,为进一步对信令网的检测和历史数据的采集分析提供了基础.     

Ordered mesoporous Pd/SnO2 synthesized by a nanocasting route for high hydrogen sensing performance

Ordered mesoporous SnO₂ and mesoporous Pd/SnO₂ have been successfully synthesized via nanocasting method using the hexagonal mesoporous SBA-15 as template. Two different procedures, impregnation technique and direct synthesis, were utilized for the doping of Pd in the mesoporous SnO₂. The results of small angle X-ray diffraction (SAXD), nitrogen adsorption–desorption and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) demonstrate that the SnO₂ and Pd/SnO₂ display ordered mesoporous structures and high surface areas. Wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) reveal tetragonal structure of SnO₂ and the existence of Pd element. The sensing properties of mesoporous SnO₂ and mesoporous Pd/SnO₂ for H₂ were detected. The sensor utilizing mesoporous Pd/SnO₂ via direct synthesis method exhibits excellent response and recovery behavior and much higher sensitivity to H₂, compared to those using mesoporous SnO₂ and mesoporous Pd/SnO₂ via impregnation technique. It is believed that its high gas sensing performance is derived from the large surface area, high activity and well dispersion of Pd additive, as well as high porosity, which lead to highly effective surface interaction between the target gas molecules and the surface active sites.

基于HTTP请求的ORM性能优化研究

针对对象关系映射工具,提出一种性能优化方法,该方法使得对象关系映射工具通过统计在HTTP请求处理过程中加载的和实际使用的对象字段,在后续请求处理中仅加载必需的对象字段,从而提升应用程序持久层性能。将改进过的对象关系映射工具应用到开源电子商务示例应用程序XPETSTORE后,HTTP请求响应时间平均降低8%。     

对已有信息表二次利用的程序开发

一种简化的人体步行神经网络模型

本文针对复杂的人体步行的神经 -肌肉 -骨胳系统模型 ,分析了步行中的主要关系 ,对神经网络模型作了较大的简化和修改 ,提出了一个简单的神经网络模型 .该模型在步行状态、神经耦合、感觉信号反馈等方面都作了简化 .计算机仿真表明 ,该模型能产生稳定的步行运动     

废黄河立交工程配套水闸控制运用分析

废黄河立交工程建于1997年,由废黄河地涵、灌排闸和排水闸组成。工程配套的灌排闸和排水闸2004年进行双向运行改造,将废黄河与通榆河水系双向沟通起来,水力条件发生变化,原水闸控制调度及闸门控制运用办法需进行调整。在分析改造后灌排闸和排水闸运行调度情况基础上,提出了废黄河立交工程灌排闸和排水闸闸门控制运用办法。     

Wafer-level multilayer integration of RF passives with thick BCB/metal interlayer connection in silicon-based SiP

This paper presents an integration technology for RF passives using benzocyclobutene (BCB)/metal multilayer interconnection for system-in-package applications. This technology has been specially developed for RF subsystem packages in which a thick polymer, BCB (more than 15 μm thick), is adopted as dielectric with lossy silicon as substrate for its excellent characteristics. Both dry-etch BCB and photosensitive BCB are applied in this work, and their processes are briefly introduced and compared. An RF power divider, an MIM capacitor, different types of RF inductors as well as a coupled microstrip based band-pass filter are fabricated and measured at wafer level. The results show good electrical performances, and accordingly the passives are well applicable in RF band. Moreover, the subsystem models including monolithic chips connected with passives are presented.
