对某钢厂2,3号高炉瓦斯泥进行了XRF-荧光、XRD物相、粒度、化学分析得知:平均锌质量分数为3.64%,铁质量分数为30.95%;平均粒度为15.555 μm,适合采用精细还原技术予以还原.实验室条件下利用纯H2对烘干后的粉尘还原结果表明:还原后残余物金属化率80%以上,脱锌率88%以上;最佳实验条件:还原温度980℃,还原时间4h,金属化率可达92.01%,脱锌率可达99.61%.还原后物料不发生烧结,且残余物与挥发产物都可再次利用,为高炉粉尘再资源化提供一条解决途径. 相似文献

Heat and mass transfer between porous media and fluid is a complex coupling process,which is widely used in various fields of engineering applications,especially for natural and artificial fractures in oil and gas extraction.In this study,a new method is proposed to deal with the flow and heat transfer problem of steady flow in a fracture.The fluid flow in a fracture was described using the same method as Mohais,who considered a fracture as a channel with porous wall,and the perturbation method was used to solve the mathematical model.Unlike previous studies,the shear jump boundary condition proposed by Ochoa-Tapia and Whitaker was used at the interface between the fluid and porous media.The main methods were perturbation analysis and the application of shear jump boundary conditions.The influence of permeability,channel width,shear jump degree and effective dynamic viscosity on the flow and heat transfer in the channel was studied by analysing the analytical solution.The distribution of axial velocity in the channel with the change of the typical parameters and the sensitivity of the heat transfer was obtained. 相似文献

Borehole thermal resistance and ground thermal properties (thermal conductivity and heat capacity) are the key parameters to implement the ground source heat pump (GSHP), usually obtained by thermal response test. In this study, a novel sequential parameters estimation method for the above three parameters is proposed, and the sensitivity analysis by using a special correlation method is performed to decide the best estimation sequences. At first, the Spearman partial rank correlation coefficient was used to represent the correlation between the estimated thermal properties and fluid temperature for the line source model (ILS), then the estimation sequence for the three parameters could be determined by the correlation results. Lastly, with the estimation step, Monte Carlo method was adopted to determine the parameters replacing conventional iterative algorithms. In addition, the effect of value bounds and initial inputs as well as random samples was investigated. The results showed that compared to the other estimation steps, the estimation sequence following borehole resistance firstly, then thermal conductivity, heat capacity lastly could get the best precision with 4.5%, 0.4%, 1% respectively. Specially, the estimation precision for ground heat capacity could be promoted by the sequential estimation. Also, the effect of value bounds on estimation precision was nearly eliminated by the proposed method. 相似文献

Electromagnetic signal emitted by satellite communication (satcom) transmitters are used to identify specific individual uplink satcom terminals sharing the common transponder in real environment, which is known as specific emitter identification (SEI) that allows for early indications and warning (I&W) of the targets carrying satcom furnishment and furthermore the real time electromagnetic situation awareness in military operations. In this paper, the authors are the first to propose the identification of specific transmitters of satcom by using probabilistic neural networks (PNN) to reach the goal of target recognition. We have been devoted to the examination by exploring the feasibility of utilizing the Hilbert transform to signal preprocessing, applying the discrete wavelet transform to feature extraction, and employing the PNN to perform the classification of stationary signals. There are a total of 1000 sampling time series with binary phase shift keying (BPSK) modulation originated by five types of satcom transmitters in the test. The established PNNs classifier implements the data testing and finally yields satisfactory accuracy at 8 dB(±1 dB) carrier to noise ratio, which indicates the feasibility of our method, and even the keen insight of its application in military. 相似文献

为了油菜品种指纹检测的精确性及未来构建大规模油菜新品种指纹数据库,应用SSR荧光标记毛细管电泳检测法构建国家冬油菜区试指纹鉴定平台。以40对荧光引物对2012-2013年度163份国家冬油菜区试参试品种(系)进行分析。结果共检测到42个等位位点和131个等位变异。其中A基因组(n1~n10)检测位点25个,C基因组(n11~n19)检测位点17个。每个位点等位变异数从2到6不等,平均为3.02。42个检测位点的PIC值变化范围在0.10~0.69之间,平均值为0.36。其中引物BRGMS171的杂合度、PIC值分别高达0.67、0.70,可考虑作为以后区试杂交种纯度鉴定的核心标记。SSR位点的纯合度分析得出本年度18份常规种平均纯合度为81.9%,145份杂交种为57.9%。以131个等位变异计算品种(系)间DICE相似系数,163份品种(系)间平均遗传相似系数变幅为0.607~0.765,变幅最大的为品种(系)FC03(0.438~0.879),变幅最小为品种(系)宜油21(0.611~0.806)。 相似文献

Three sulphated polysaccharides, coded as BEMPA, BEMPB1, BEMPB2, were extracted from the mucilage of mud snail of Bullacta exarata and purified by DEAE-cellulose ion-exchange and size-exclusion chromatography. Structural analysis of purified polysaccharides by chemical and biochemical methods revealed BEMPA was a high (1→3,4)-linked mannose-containing polysaccharide with molecular weight of 22,977 Da. BEMPB1, with molecular weight of 64,117 Da, was a high (1→3)-linked arabinose-containing polysaccharide. BEMPB2 was mainly composed of (1→3,4)-linked mannose with molecular weight of 47,507 Da. The comparison between sulphated polysaccharides and their desulphated products showed that sulphate substitutions of BEMPB1 were deduced to be at the C-3 of (1→4)-linked mannose, while sulphate substitutions of BEMPA and BEMPB2 were at C-4 of (1→3)-linked mannose. Furthermore, BEMPA exhibited highest inhibitory effects on growth of B-16 melanoma cells, and IC50 were 31.1 μg/mL. 相似文献
