中国先进研究堆未能停堆的全厂断电事故分析

针对中国先进研究堆(CARR)的具体结构和运行特点,考虑冷却剂所有可能的流动状态以及换热形式,利用FORTRAN程序设计语言开发了CARR瞬态热工水力计算程序TSACC.利用程序对CARR发生全厂断电事故(SBO)时控制棒不能下落,且应急冷却泵不能投入运行这一严重事故工况进行了计算分析.计算结果表明:CARR发生SBO时,在应急冷却系统故障和控制棒不能插入堆芯的严重事故工况下,堆芯功率仍然能够在冷却剂密度反馈、空泡反馈及燃料多普勒反馈等作用下降低至较低的水平,能够保证燃料元件结构的完整性,也说明了CARR具有很高的固有安全性.计算结果同时发现:在自然循环建立过程中,堆芯冷却剂流量出现了短暂的密度波流动不稳定现象.     

Slicing Method for Reverse Engineering Based on Image Mosaic

Reverse engineering dealing with images is traditionally based on image processing and contour recognition. A new method is presented based on the combination of sectional slicing with image mosaic. Sectional contours of the target object are generated by colorful liquid or laser scanning, these images from different views are fused into a set of complete cross-sectional images, thereby the whole practical model is reconstructed in 3D space.

600MW燃煤机组锅炉密封风机节能改造

以600 MW火电机组锅炉密封风机为改造对象,根据系统配置的特殊情况,将其中2台风机改造为增压密封风机,由大气取风改为由一次冷风母管取风,电机额定功率降低了66%。通过增压减容改造,75%负荷下,厂用电率降低约0.13个百分点,年节电约8 500 MWh,节能效果明显。同时结合改造后情况,对风机的运行方式和联锁逻辑进行了优化,充分发挥了节能项目的节能作用,同时保证了系统运行的安全性,提高了密封风机运行的可靠性。

A Delay-Dependent Approach to Robust H ∞ Control for Uncertain Stochastic Systems with State and Input Delays

In this paper, the problem of delay-dependent robust H _∞ control for uncertain stochastic systems with state and input delays is investigated. The time delays are assumed to be bounded and time varying and the uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded. By using the Lyapunov functional method, a new delay-dependent robust H _∞ control scheme is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Some numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Chemical Coupled PEDOT:PSS/Si Electrode: Suppressed Electrolyte Consumption Enables Long‑Term Stability

Huge volume changes of Si during lithiation/delithiation lead to regeneration of solid-electrolyte interphase(SEI)and consume electrolyte.In this article,γ-glycidoxypropyl trimethoxysilane(GOPS)was incorporated in Si/PEDOT:PSS electrodes to construct a flexible and conductive artificial SEI,effectively suppressing the consumption of electrolyte.The optimized electrode can maintain 1000 mAh g^−1 for nearly 800 cycles under limited electrolyte compared with 40 cycles of the electrodes without GOPS.Also,the optimized electrode exhibits excellent rate capability.The use of GOPS greatly improves the interface compatibility between Si and PEDOT:PSS.XPS Ar+etching depth analysis proved that the addition of GOPS is conducive to forming a more stable SEI.A full battery assembled with NCM 523 cathode delivers a high energy density of 520 Wh kg^−1,offering good stability.
