时间分幅全息技术及其应用

真空微电子三极管几何参数的设计考虑

真空微电子三极管是近年来兴起与发展的真空微电子学中的一类重要器件。本文从真空微三极管的工作特性出发,分析了这类器件中所需考虑的几何参数和工作特性的关系,并给出了一些理论和实验公式,为今后的设计提供一些参考。     

含碳酸盐萤石矿石全弱酸性浮选新工艺

对含碳酸盐较高的萤石矿石提出了不加纯碱的全弱酸性浮选新工艺,获得CaF_298.21％、SiO_20.67％,回收率为93.25％的良好指标,实现了低模数碳酸盐—萤石矿石的高纯分离。     

双能X射线骨密度仪测定技术研究

以Ｌｕｎａｒ公司ＤＰＸ－Ｌ型双能Ｘ射线骨密度仪为例，研究引起测量误差的主要因素并提出质控措施。用自检模块、腰椎体膜评定仪器的体外测量精度好于１％。对１０位志愿者重复２次测量，体内精度对腰椎，ＭＰＤ（平均百分差）为０．４６，ＣＶ（变异系数）为０．７５；对股骨颈，ＭＰＤ为１．２６、ＣＶ为０．４７；Ｗａｒｄ’ｓ三角区ＭＰＤ为２．０１、ＣＶ为１．１４；大转子ＭＰＤ为１．６６、ＣＶ为０．７２。扫描图像由２位     

Study of Desorption Agent for LADS Process

This article refers to the procedure for selection, evaluation and development of the LADS-D desorption agent associated with the LADS-A adsorbent used in the non-hydroprocessing adsorptive desulfurization (LADS) process for FCC naphtha developed by LPEC Refining Research Institute. The LADS-D desorption agent can effectively remove the sulfides adsorbed on the LADS-A adsorbent. The saturated LADS-A adsorbent can be instantly regenerated by the LADS-D desorption agent to recover its adsorption activity. The LADS-D desorption agent can not only effectively remove all impurities adsorbed on the adsorbent, but also has strong ability to dissolve the impurities to keep a stable desorption efficiency of adsorbent to be basically commensurate with fresh adsorbent after extended use.     

Array designs for amplitude and phase control of millimeter-wave beams

New array design concepts are described for the phase and amplitude control of millimeter and submillimeter-wave beams. Phase shifter array designs providing increased phase range and wider bandwidth are described. Techniques involving the integration of gain-producing elements as well as tuning elements on a single array are proposed for application to high-performance beam control and beam shaping. These concepts should facilitate the further development of quasi-optical solid state device-based arrays for application to millimeter-wave electronic systems.     

一个低电阻率油气藏的测井评价

根据J油田大量岩芯分析资料,应用油藏流体分布理论和毛管压力计算方法,研究该油田低电阻率油气层的形成原因认为:地层水矿化度高(多数>20万ppm);微细孔隙发育,束缚水含量高;粘土矿物含量高且分布在碎屑颗粒表面等是形成低电阻率油气层的主要原因.一般常规测井评价时,对这种低电阻率油气层容易误释而丢弃.依据油气藏流体分布原理,应用毛管压力方法计算原始含油饱和度,可准确地识别出这种低电阻油气层,并可预测其产能.     

Non-MHC-restricted cell-mediated lysis of human oligodendrocytes in vitro: relation with CD56 expression

Oligodendrocytes and their myelin membranes are the apparent target of the autoimmune response that characterizes the human adult central nervous system-demyelinating disease multiple sclerosis. Human oligodendrocytes do not express MHC class II molecules, a requirement for MHC-restricted injury mediated by myelin-reactive CD4+ T cells, the cell type implicated in initiating the disease process. In this study we observed that human adult central nervous system-derived oligodendrocytes can be susceptible to non-MHC-restricted lysis mediated by myelin basic protein-reactive CD4+ T cell lines. Cytotoxicity was significantly greater (37 +/- 4 vs 7 +/- 3%) with cell lines in which a high proportion of cells (mean, 28 +/- 6%) expressed CD56 compared with cytotoxicity mediated by low CD56 cell lines (8 +/- 2%). High CD56 cell lines, when rested in IL-2, lost cytotoxic activity and had reduced expression of CD56 (mean, 5 +/- 2%). CD4+ T cells isolated from short term (3-day) anti-CD3/IL-2-activated mononuclear cell cultures did not express CD56 and were not cytotoxic to oligodendrocytes unless lectin was added. In contrast, an enriched population of non-T cells extracted from the same activated MNC cultures expressed CD56 as well as other NK cell-associated surface molecules and was cytotoxic. These results indicate the potential susceptibility of human oligodendrocytes to non-MHC-restricted injury mediated by both Ag-reactive and nonspecific cellular immune effector cells, with CD56 expression being a common feature of the effector cells.     

基于AT89S52和DS18B20的数字温度报警器的设计

以AT89S52单片机为控制核心设计了数字温度报警器,以数字温度传感器DS18B20为检测元件,配合LED数码管来实现对环境温度的实时监测,温度超过预设范围时产生报警信号。本文对系统硬件电路以及软件进行了设计,并对系统进行仿真测试,结果表明温度报警器操作简单,功能实用,有一定的实用价值。

近年来我国经济快速发展,水利基础设施发挥了巨大的作用,尤其是安全生产标准化的推行,促进了水利工程平稳投产及运营.水管单位安全生产标准化评审涉及体系建设、教育培训、现场运管、应急管理等方面,考核事项众多,所以明确创建关键因素、动态评价创建成效是标准化创建的重要任务.基于层次分析法建立标准化评价指标体系,分析创建各阶段中具有主导作用的关键因素,以江苏水管单位的标准化创建实例,探讨了动态评价方法的应用.
