Modification of silk with aminated polyepichlorohydrin to improve dyeability with reactive dyes

Reactive dyes have almost complete exhaustion and ideal fixation on aminated polyepichlorohydrin pretreated silk without addition of salt or alkali. The effects of varying pretreatments and dyeing conditions were studied. The dyeing behaviour of CI Reactive Red 15 on modified silk under pH 6 was investigated. Dyeings of modified silk showed good wash fastness, dry and wet rub fastnesses as well as light fastness. The quality of the dyed silks obtained after pretreatment was shown to be satisfactory and the dyeing effluent was less polluted.     

Studies on syntheses and properties of novel CeO2/polyimide nanocomposite films from Ce(Phen)3 complex

A series of cerium dioxide (CeO₂)/polyimide (PI) nanocomposites were successfully prepared from Ce(Phen)₃ and polyamic acid (PAA) via the solution direct-dispersing method, followed by a step thermal imidization process. TGA and XPS studies showed that the cerium complex decomposed to form CeO₂ during the thermal imidization process at 300 °C. SEM observation showed that the formed CeO₂ as nanoparticles was well dispersed in polyimide matrix with a size of about 50-100 nm for samples with different contents of CeO₂. Thermal analysis indicated that the introduction of CeO₂ decreased the thermal stability of nanocomposite films due to the decomposition of Ce(Phen)₃ in the imidization process, while the glass transition temperature (T_g) increased obviously, especially nanocomposite films with high loading of CeO₂ exhibited a trend of disappearance of T_g. DMTA and static tensile measurements showed that the storage modulus of nanocomposite films increased, while the elongation at break decreased with increasing CeO₂ content.     

二苯并噻吩合成方法的改进

对文献报道的由联苯和硫在AlCl3催化下反应合成二苯并噻吩(DBT方法中的提纯过程作了改进，大大简化了提纯步骤，使制备DBT的时间缩短了一半，产率为63．4％，经提纯后的成品含量达99．7％，其纯度、外观、晶相均优于进口试剂，但成本远低于进口试剂。产品用FT-IR、LRS、XRD和^1H NMR表征结果与文献报道完全相符合。     

Thermal and mechanical properties of the polymers synthesized by the sequential polymerization of propylene and 1‐hexadecene

The block copolymer of poly(1‐hexadecene) (PHD) and polypropylene (PP) was effectively synthesized by the sequential polymerization of propylene and 1‐hexadecene by using highly isospecific TiCl₃/Cp₂Ti(CH₃)₂ (Cp = cyclopentadienyl). The block copolymers had two separate melting temperatures of constituent blocks. The modulus of PHD–PP block copolymer was enhanced as the content of sequentially polymerized PP block was increased. The elongation at break showed positive deviation at the intermediate compositions from the simple additive values of constituent homopolymers. Shape memory effect which utilizes the crystalline PHD block as a reversible phase and the crystalline PP block as a fixed structure was examined. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 人机交互设计课程涉及的知识面广、涵盖领域众多,采用传统授课方式很难激发学生的兴趣,导致授课效果不理想.对分课堂的授课方式将传统的讲授与课堂讨论相结合,将课堂时间一分为二,通过先讲授,再布置作业,最后展开隔堂讨论,进而达到内化吸收、巩固知识的效果.对分课堂可逐步改善人机交互设计课程中教师讲授和学生学习过程中所面临的困境,激发学生自主学习的动力,增强学生探索新知识的欲望和信心,达到授人以渔的目的.

Effect of wafer size on the film internal stress measurement by wafer curvature method

Wafer curvature method has been applied to determine the internal stress in the films using Stoney’s equation. During the film deposition, the wafer fixation on the sample holder will restrict the deformation of the rectangle-shaped wafer, which may result in the stress datum difference along length and width direction. In this paper, the effect of wafer size and the wafer fixation on the TiN film internal stress measured by wafer curvature method was discussed. The rectangle-shaped wafers with different length/width ratios (L/W=1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1) were fixed as a cantilever beam. After the TiN films deposition, the profiles of the film/wafer were measured using a stylus profilometer and then the internal stress was calculated using the Stoney equation in the film. The results showed that the fixed end of the wafers limited to some degree the curvature of the wafers along the width direction. For film internal stress measured by wafer curvature method, the wafer profile should be scanned along the length direction and the scan distance should be greater than or equal to half of wafer length. When the length/width ratio of the wafer reached 3:1, the wafer curvature and the calculated stress were basically the same at different positions along the length direction. For film internal stress measured by wafer curvature method, it was recommended that the length/width ratio of wafer should be considered to be greater than or equal to 3:1, and the deformed profile was scanned along the length direction.     

对水利工程项目建议书阶段设计取费问题的讨论与建议

通过相关规范、法规进行分析,对于实行立项简化程序未编制项目建议书的水利工程,项目建议书阶段的设计工作应该取费,但不宜直接套用现行设计取费标准;建议根据项目特点在计算的设计费基础上按0.5～0.8的折扣系数取费。     

聚羧酸助磨剂合成及其性能

利用水泥粉磨过程中的机械力促使水解聚马来酸酐（HPMA）与聚乙二醇单甲醚（MPEG）进行酯化反应形成聚羧酸助磨剂。试验研究了HPMA、MPEG、HPMA与MPEG的混合物、HPMA与MPEG的反应合成物对水泥助磨效果以及对砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,HPMA与MPEG都有一定的助磨性,HPMA与MPEG的混合物和反应合成物具有更佳的助磨性能,且可以改善水泥砂浆的流动性能和显著提高水泥砂浆的早期强度。激光拉曼光谱测试表明HPMA与MPEG的混合物和反应合成物与水泥共同粉磨后吸附在水泥颗粒表面,具有相似的拉曼位移图谱。
