PANI (polyaniline) as a promising conducting polymer and photosensitizer has been used to prepare PANI/TiO2 (polyaniline/TiO2) nanocomposite as photocatalyst. TiO2 nanoparticles with size of 5-100 nm were encapsulated by PANI via the "in situ" polymerization of aniline on the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles. IR, SEM, EPR techniques were used to characterize the mechanism of electron interaction in PANI/TiO2 nanocomposite. The resulting PANI-modified TiO2 composites exhibit significantly higher photocatalytic activity than that of neat PANI on degradation of MB (methylen blue) aqueous solution under UV irradiation. 相似文献

The conditions for obtaining a stable Lu2O3:Eu3+ suspension of spherical particles with a diameter of 100 nm using three dispersants possessing an electrosteric stabilizing effect (Dolapix CE 64, Darvan 821 A, Darvan C-N) have been studied. It has been shown that in colloidal processing of ceramics the packing density and microstructure of green bodies can be controlled by regulating the interactions between ceramic particles in the suspension. The influence of the molecular weight and concentration of the dispersant on the stability of Lu2O3:Eu3+ suspensions containing 5-10 vol.% of the solid loading has been considered. It has been determined that use of Dolapix CE 64 with a concentration of 1 mass.% in the alkaline pH range allows to obtain suspensions with high stability and low viscosity (∼1.7 сP). Such suspensions were used to produce compacts with a maximum relative density of ∼52% and uniform density distribution by the pressure slip casting method. The obtained compacts were densified into translucent Lu2O3:Eu3+ ceramics by the vacuum sintering method. 相似文献

The process of selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides by propane in the presence of O2, as well as in the presence or absence of CO, was studied over series of commercial oxide catalysts used in petrochemical processes. For the first time synergistic effect was observed for catalytic systems consisting of mechanical mixtures of Cu–Zn–Ni–Al (catalyst I) + Fe–Cr (catalyst II) and Cu–Zn–Ni–Al (catalyst I) + Ni–Cr (catalyst III). The activity of these mixtures in nitrogen oxides reduction by propane was greater than that of individual components in each case. Genome-wide sequencing metadata allows researchers to infer bias in the relative frequencies of mutational events and to predict putative mutagenic models. In addition, much less data could be useful in the evaluation of the mutational frequency spectrum and the prevalent local mutagenic process. Here we analyzed the PAX6 gene locus for mutational spectra obtained in our own and previous studies and compared them with data on other genes as well as the whole human genome. MLPA and Sanger sequencing were used for mutation searching in a cohort of 199 index patients from Russia with aniridia and aniridia-related phenotypes. The relative frequencies of different categories of PAX6 mutations were consistent with those previously reported by other researchers. The ratio between substitutions, small indels, and chromosome deletions in the 11p13 locus was within the interval previously published for 20 disease associated genomic loci, but corresponded to a higher end due to very high frequencies of small indels and chromosome deletions. The ratio between substitutions, small indels, and chromosome deletions for disease associated genes, including the PAX6 gene as well as the share of PAX6 missense mutations, differed considerably from those typical for the whole genome. 相似文献

There is growing evidence that the remodeling of cerebral microvessels plays an important role in plastic changes in the brain associated with development, experience, learning, and memory consolidation. At the same time, abnormal neoangiogenesis, and deregulated regulation of microvascular regression, or pruning, could contribute to the pathogenesis of neurodevelopmental diseases, stroke, and neurodegeneration. Aberrant remodeling of microvesselsis associated with blood–brain barrier breakdown, development of neuroinflammation, inadequate microcirculation in active brain regions, and leads to the dysfunction of the neurovascular unit and progressive neurological deficits. In this review, we summarize current data on the mechanisms of blood vessel regression and pruning in brain plasticity and in Alzheimer’s-type neurodegeneration. We discuss some novel approaches to modulating cerebral remodeling and preventing degeneration-coupled aberrant microvascular activity in chronic neurodegeneration. 相似文献
