抗日战争时期的青年心理探析

抗日战争是中华民族历史上的一次大浩劫,中国人民为此承受了太多的痛苦与磨难,特别是对于肩负着国家与民族振兴使命的青年更是如此.分析战时青年的心理变化及原因,指出政府和社会对青年人的心理没有采取恰当的方法进行有效的疏导,提出要总结和吸取历史的经验教训,为我们今天应对大灾难提供借鉴.     

Effects of Copper Coating on the Crystalline Structure of Fine Barium Titanate Particles

We have investigated the effect of a metal coating—copper—on the tetragonal structure of fine barium titanate (BaTiO₃) particles. The BaTiO₃ particles were synthesized by a sol-gel method and heat treated at temperatures >900°C for various amounts of time before coating. The copper coating was achieved by an electroless coating technique. The transmission electron microscopy micrographs revealed that the coated powder contained fine BaTiO₃ particles that were embedded in copper patches. The X-ray diffractometry patterns showed that the copper coating increased the c/a ratio of the fine BaTiO₃ particles. For powders that were heat treated at 900°C for 10 h and were initially cubic, the copper coating changed the c/a ratio, from 1 to 1.0034. For powders that were calcined at 900°C for 20 h and were initially tetragonal, the copper coating further enhanced the c/a ratio, from 1.0028 to 1.0043. When the copper-coated BaTiO₃ particles were oxidized, the c/a ratio was reduced to a value that was approximately equal to or below that of the uncoated powders. A conductive coating can eliminate the depolarization energy of an insulating polar particle. The fact that the copper coating promoted the polar tetragonal phase but the nonconductive copper-oxide coating did not was consistent with the interpretation that the presence of the cubic phase (nonpolar) in small BaTiO₃ particles was caused by the depolarization effect.

近年来,我国网上银行的业务量增长迅速,越来越多的商务交易通过网银来实现,由于网络存在缺陷,进而导致针对网银的犯罪情态日益严重,网银的安全问题十分突出,这给网络银行的正常运行造成了一定程度的影响,严重损害了网银的根本利益,阻碍了网上银行的稳定、健康发展。本文主要针对我国网银安全问题进行探讨,阐述了我国网银发展的现状,并提出了几点措施,以有效加固网银安全,降低网银的风险,不断推动网上银行的健康发展。

聚焦新时代复合型数据科学与大数据专业人才的培养,提出要围绕育人目标制定人才培养方案,并不断优化;要坚持"引进来,走出去"原则建设师资队伍;要坚持高标准、宽视野的要求进行课程建设;要调用校内外一切资源建设实验室.文章提出要从系统论、控制理论的视角构建数据科学与大数据专业人才培养协同系统.

雅安市旅游WebGIS的构建及其存在问题探讨*

基于ArcIMS9.0系统,并结合ArcXML、JavaScript等编程技术、数据库技术及空间数据库引擎ArcSDE,构建了雅安市旅游WebGIS系统。在WebGIS基础平台上,对雅安市旅游资源信息进行采集、存储、管理、分析和图形处理显示,并由图形、图像、文字和声音等多种形式综合展示。针对系统构建过程中遇到的一些主要问题提出了有效的解决方案。针对目前尚未有适合中国国情的地址编码方案问题,率先编制了中国式的地址标准化规则文件和匹配规则文件;利用MapObjects＋VB 6.0开发了地址匹配软件,不仅提高了地址匹配成功率,还大幅度提升了匹配效率;利用TM和DEM等多源信息融合技术解决了三维＂近自然＂地形的显示问题。

本文讨论了焊接结构生产技术改造的有关问题，包括总思路及总目标、自动化的基本框架、按低成本自动化的原则设计生产线和关键技术问题的论述。     

Video summarization via minimum sparse reconstruction

The rapid growth of video data demands both effective and efficient video summarization methods so that users are empowered to quickly browse and comprehend a large amount of video content. In this paper, we formulate the video summarization task with a novel minimum sparse reconstruction (MSR) problem. That is, the original video sequence can be best reconstructed with as few selected keyframes as possible. Different from the recently proposed convex relaxation based sparse dictionary selection method, our proposed method utilizes the true sparse constraint L₀ norm, instead of the relaxed constraint _L2,1$L_{2,1}$ norm, such that keyframes are directly selected as a sparse dictionary that can well reconstruct all the video frames. An on-line version is further developed owing to the real-time efficiency of the proposed MSR principle. In addition, a percentage of reconstruction (POR) criterion is proposed to intuitively guide users in obtaining a summary with an appropriate length. Experimental results on two benchmark datasets with various types of videos demonstrate that the proposed methods outperform the state of the art.     

基于自编码神经网络建立的搜索信息模型

根据用户搜索历史,将用户关注的信息按标题分类,通过自编码神经网络提取特征值。设定学习样本标题最多为25个汉字,编码方式采用汉字机内码(GBK码)。使用 MATLAB工具进行深度学习,将样本在原空间的特征表示变换到一个新的特征空间。     

Output performance optimization for RTD fluxgate sensor based on dynamic permeability基于动态磁导率参数的时间差型磁通门传感器的输出响应优化

The output performance of residence times difference (RTD) fluxgate may vary under different driving conditions (driving currents and frequencies) and core materials. To optimize the RTD fluxgate and simplify its design process, an analytical model is employed to select the parameters and identify the effective factors that dominate the performance. The dynamic permeability parameters (P_i), which reflect the changes in the magnetization curve, are mathematically analyzed in detail. The linear variation functions of P_i in different driving conditions are fitted by using the dynamic arctangent hysteresis model. Consequently, the selection of driving conditions and core materials, which are assessed by comparing the experiment and simulation results, has an important role in achieving the optimal output performance of the RTD fluxgate.
