10MW高温气冷实验堆（HTR－10）是一座球床堆，由燃料元件装卸系统实现燃料元件的装卸和循环，且不需要停堆，为保证HTR－10的正常运行，燃料元件装卸系统必须安全，可靠，为此，必须对燃料元件装卸系统进行周密，细致的调试试验和验证，本文介绍了燃料元件装卸系统冷调试的主要调试项目，调试方法和调试结果。

A hierarchical model for structure learning based on the physiological characteristics of neurons

Almost all applications of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) depend mainly on their memory ability. The characteristics of typical ANN models are fixed connections, with evolved weights, globalized representations, and globalized optimizations, all based on a mathematical approach. This makes those models to be deficient in robustness, efficiency of learning, capacity, anti-jamming between training sets, and correlativity of samples, etc. In this paper, we attempt to address these problems by adopting the characteristics of biological neurons in morphology and signal processing. A hierarchical neural network was designed and realized to implement structure learning and representations based on connected structures. The basic characteristics of this model are localized and random connections, field limitations of neuron fan-in and fan-out, dynamic behavior of neurons, and samples represented through different sub-circuits of neurons specialized into different response patterns. At the end of this paper, some important aspects of error correction, capacity, learning efficiency, and soundness of structural representation are analyzed theoretically. This paper has demonstrated the feasibility and advantages of structure learning and representation. This model can serve as a fundamental element of cognitive systems such as perception and associative memory.     

火焰原子吸收法测定高铋物料中的铅

本文介绍了在以高铋物料为基体 ,5 %的HNO3 介质中 ,波长 2 17nm处进行火焰原子吸收法测定铅的试验 ,采用标准加入法进行回收率的试验 ,回收率大于 98% ,特征浓度为 0 .0 7μg/ml,结果令人满意 ,能满足炉前样分析的要求

宣钢1260 m3高炉扩容大修改造设计

宣钢l260m^3高炉大修改造时将炉容扩大到l350m^3，对高炉本体系统设备及冷却系统、自动控制及检测系统进行了全面的改造更新，在炉腹、炉腰及炉身下部高热负荷区域采用铜冷却壁，取消炉身中上部铸铁冷却壁凸台，并采用薄内衬等先进、适用、可靠、成熟的技术。     

Polyol-mediated synthesis of water-soluble LaF3:Yb,Er upconversion fluorescent nanocrystals

Well-crystallized LaF₃:Yb,Er nanoparticles were prepared by the polyol method and three kinds of polyols (glycol, diethylene glycol and glycerol) were chosen as the reaction medium respectively. All of the obtained LaF₃:Yb,Er nanoparticles have roughly spherical shapes, and the average sizes of these nanoparticles ranged from 5 to 7 nm. These nanoparticles could be well dispersed in water or ethanol to form colloidal solutions. When these nanoparticles were excited by the 980 nm laser, several upconversion emissions were observed.     

（Ba1-xSrx）（Zn1/3Nb2/3）O3微波介质陶瓷温度系数的异常

研究了（Ba1-xSrx）（Zn1/3Nb2/3）O3微波介质陶瓷温度系数的非线性变化以及异常的原因。根据CM公式，随着系统中Sr（Zn1/3Nb2/3）O3的增多，τc的异常是由于氧八面体的畸变导致的相转变（对称性降低）所造成的（晶体结构由无序立方相向有序赝立方相的连续变化）。相转变的发生相应影响了极化以及极化模式，这是造成τc异常的根本原因。     

屏蔽电泵运行中存在问题的分析与改进

对屏蔽电泵在非设计流量下工作存在较大的轴向力不平衡，造成前端轴承磨损严重进行了分析。在不降低效率的情况下，在屏蔽电泵的泵头加入平衡盘使轴向力得到平衡，并取得了满意的效果。
