容错磁盘阵列的性能模型

本文以排队论为工具，建立了容错磁盘阵列的Ｍ／Ｇ／１排队模型，并在此基础上分析了ＲＡＩＤ的平均响应时间，稳定数据传输率等重要性能指标；比较了同步和异步ＲＡＩＤ的性能差异，最后提出了以吞吐率作为衡量ＲＡＩＤ性能的综合指标，并给出了确定最大吞吐率的定量。     

Effects of oxide additives on sheet resistance of W thick-film conductor

A multilayer AIN-W cofired body has been developed using the pressless sintering technique. Effects of additives, such as Y₂O₃, CaO, La₂O₃, MgO, Al₂O₃ and SiO₂, on the sheet resistance of W conductor were studied. The sheet resistance of the W conductor increases with increasing additives in the W paste. However, the oxides can be divided into two groups. The effect of the first group on sheet resistance is different from that of the second group.

Immunohistochemical study of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma in the leg: a case report

Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is a relatively rare lesion. Although its histogenesis has been well described, its immunohistochemical characteristics remain controversial. A case of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the soft tissue of the right leg in a 67-year-old Chinese woman is reported. Histologic findings of intracytoplasmic lumina in the tumor cells and positive immunostaining for vimentin, factor VIII-related antigen. CD34 and Ulex europaeus agglutinin 1 (UEA-1) were obtained, demonstrating differentiation of the tumor cells to endothelial cells, although staining for antibodies to cytokeratins AE1/AE3 and CAM5.2 was weak. CD34 as well as Factor VIII-related antigen is a useful marker of endothelial differentiation in this tumor. A review of the literature is also presented.

超高压处理对猕猴桃香气成分的影响

采用溶液萃取法对超高压处理前后的猕猴桃汁的香气进行富集,并经GC/MS联机检索分析,发现超高压处理对猕猴桃汁中的酯类、羧酸类、醛酮类、醇类和杂环类都有影响,超高压后,酯类物质、醇类物质无论从种类和数量上都下降,而醛酮类、羧酸类和杂环类化合物无论从种类和数量上都增加。其影响作用和高压造成的温度升高有关。     

1Cr5Mo耐热钢管的焊接

对1Cr5Mo耐热钢管的焊接性进行分析,制定合理的焊接工艺,获得了质量良好的焊接接头。     

有机纤维材料用软膜乳液阻燃剂的制备

采用甲醛、尿素、三聚氰胺、脒基脲磷酸盐为原料,以硼砂、硼酸、氨水为pH调节剂合成了保护胶;在保护胶存在下,以预乳化的丙烯酸酯混合单体于82-88℃共聚合成乳液,将其涂布于有机纤维材料,干燥后得软膜透明阻燃涂层。用其处理的涤棉布阻燃性能为:损毁长度68mm、续燃时间1s、阴燃时间3s、氧指数62、吸附干量287g/kg,处理的纸板的阻燃性能为:平均炭化长度77mm、平均续焰时间2s、平均续灼燃时间32s、吸附干量283g/kg。

Closed-form solutions for one-dimensional inhomogeneous anisotropicmedium in a special case. I. Direct scattering problem

An analytical formulation is presented for the direct scattering problem of one-dimensional (1-D) inhomogeneous anisotropic medium in a special case. This method gives nonlinear differential equations for the reflection coefficients of the anisotropic medium. Applying the discontinuity condition of the dielectric parameters at the interface of the medium with free space, approximate closed-form solutions for the reflection coefficients are obtained. Numerical examples show the validity of the method
