多工位纵缝焊接操作机的研制

介绍了采用可编程控制器(PLC)作为多工位纵缝焊接操作机的控制核心，应用工业控制计算机和激光传感器进行TIG焊弧长控制的系统构成和工作原理。并对系统的工作过程及相关的软件设计进行了论述。实验证明，该系统工作稳定、性能可靠，完全满足生产工艺要求。

铸铁的焊接方法很多，根据焊接过程的工艺特点，主要分为热焊和冷焊。     

Effect of Powder Injection Location on Ceramic Coatings Properties When Using Plasma Spray

The effect of powder injecting location of the plasma spraying on spraying properties was studied. Three different powder-injecting methods were applied in the experiment. In the first method, the particles were axially injected into the plasma flow from the cathode tip. In the second method, the particles were radially injected into the plasma flow just downstream of the anode arc root inside the anode nozzle. In the third method, the particles were radially injected into the plasma jet at the nozzle exit. The alumina particles with a mean diameter of 20 μm were used to deposit coatings. Spraying properties, such as the deposition efficiency, the melting rate of the powder particles, and the coating quality were investigated. The results show that the spraying with axial particle injecting can heat and melt the powder particles more effectively, produce coatings with better quality, and have higher deposition efficiency. 水利工程中混凝土的施工管理与质量控制

混凝土施工具有施工快、成本低、抗冲磨性能高等特点,但由于混凝土施工管理以及工艺流程复杂度高、建设难度大、整体性要求高。再加上我国目前水利工程建设管理没有形成强而有力、统一规范和细致化管理,混凝土裂缝、空鼓、露筋等病害得不到有效防控,影响工程质量。施工企业应加强对混凝土施工的技术管理和工艺流程管理,从混凝土原材料、混凝土浇筑和混凝土保养等角度进行质量控制,保证水利工程的质量,提高施工企业核心竞争力。     

向家坝水电站二次设备安装质量控制

水电站二次设备安装工程在机电安装工程中占有重要地位,本文结合向家坝机电安装工程管理实践,介绍了质量管理组织体系建设、图纸审查、设备检验、安装调试、专业间技术协调、推行尾工项目列清单和抓好工程质量验收与评定等质量控制的经验做法。     

基于ARM9和Linux的风暴潮监控系统设计

针对福建沿海地区平潭、霞浦两地存在发生风暴潮的危险,设计了基于ARM9和Linux的风暴潮监控系统。该系统主要是研究近海岸爬坡结算及可视化管理平台,该平台能够实时显示目标海堤视频信息,实时接收、处理堤前海浪波高、周期、波浪爬高、风速、风向、气压等海洋环境实时监测数据等,并能够对观测得到的近岸海浪在海堤上的爬坡视频流进行图像处理、几何校正、分析解算等。通过测试,该系统适用于两地,对其余存在风暴潮危险的地区亦适合推广。     

一种实现MAC层冲突反馈的跨层TCP拥塞控制机制

详细分析了传统的TCP拥塞控制算法在无线多跳网络环境下面临的问题,指出无线多跳环境下的MAC层信道竞争以及TCP拥塞窗口的过激增长机制是影响TCP性能的主要原因,提出一种新的TCP跨层拥塞控制机制TCP-CR.该机制中节点通过MAC层维护的链表信息,将冲突概率定时向源节点的传输层进行反馈,源节点根据获取的反馈信息做出拥塞窗口调整.仿真结果证明,该机制中源节点能有效根据当前MAC层网络状况做出及时动态调整,从而提高TCP的吞吐量.
