Ce、Gd、Ce/Tb、Gd/Tb单双掺杂ZCB基质光致发光性质

采用高温固相法在弱还原气氛下,分别合成了单掺Ce3+、Gd3+和双掺Ce3+/Tb3+、Gd3+/Tb3+的ZnO-CdO-B2O3(ZCB)基质系列荧光体.光谱分析表明:Ce3+的5d→4f(2F7/2,2F5/2)和Gd3+的8P7/2→8S7/2跃迁的强发射分别对应于427 nm和574 nm,而Ce3+/Tb3+和Gd3+/Tb3+的强发射分别对应于546 nm和548 nm.双掺Ce3+/Tb3+、Gd3+/Tb3+的荧光体比单掺Tb3+的发射强度显著增强,这表明存在Ce3+→Tb3+、Gd3+→Tb3+的能量传递,且Ce3+和Gd3+都是Tb3+的优异敏化剂.     

制药工程专业实验课程教学的改革与实践

按照顶层设计思路,从实验课程教学目标、实验课程设置和实验课程内容等方面进行改革,整合了实验课程,优化了实验内容,精心设计了基础型实验—综合型实验—研究创新型实验多层次专业实验项目,建立了实验报告与实验过程在线考核相结合的考核机制。通过引导性和指导性提问进行启发式教学,开展了课内课外相结合的研究创新型专业实验,确保了对学生心手合一的动脑、动手能力的训练,将实践创新能力及科研素质的培养落到实处。     

带有传感器故障的模糊时滞系统的容错控制

针对一类连续非线性时滞系统,在状态不完全可测的情况下,研究了带有传感器故障的容错控制问题。采用T-S模型对非线性系统进行模糊建模,通过构造广义系统设计了观测器,同时估计出系统的状态与故障,进一步利用平行分布补偿算法（PDC）设计基于观测器的模糊容错控制器,给出了保证该模糊容错控制系统稳定的充分条件。仿真例子进一步验证了所提出方法的有效性。     

基于PLC的步进电机转速控制方法研究

概述了PLC控制的优点、步进电机的工作原理。提出了一种基于PLC的四相步进电机控制方法,介绍了系统的硬件组成以及相应的I/O分配。软件设计包括脉冲产生和控制、脉冲分配及步数设定三大模块,用软件完成脉冲分配功能,可以减少硬件资源,控制参数改变方便灵活,提高了系统控制的可靠性和灵活性。     

Application of open-pit and underground mining technology for residual coal of end slopes

Given the conditions of residual coal from the boundary of a flat dipping open-pit mine,which uses strip areas mining and inner dumping with slope-covering,we propose an open-pit and underground integrated mining technology for residual coal of end slopes.In the proposal a conveyance road and ventilation conveyance near the slope are built,corresponding to the pit mining area and the surface coal mine dump,as well as an interval haulage tunnel and air-inlet tunnel.The outcome shows that such mining method may reduce the effect to slope stability from underground mining,it does not affect the dumping advance and has a high recovery rate of residual coal resources.The working face is timbered by single hydraulic props,transported by a scraper conveyor and supported by coal walls.This method of mining is one of layered top coal caving,with high resource recovery,low production cost where positive economic benefit can be realized.     

Surface characteristics and wetting mechanism of respirable coal dust

In this study,FTIR and XPS spectroscopy,specific surface area and pore size analyses,wetting and other experimental means have been applied to investigate respirable coal dust surface properties and wetting mechanism.The research shows that coal dust surface structures,chemical and element compositions are changed in the refining process of coal dust.Compared with large particle coal dust,respirable coal dust is a weak hydrophilic and strong hydrophobic substance.The reason:the smaller the particle size of coal dust,the more unsaturated its surface.The absorption of air is strong and it is easy to form an air film on coal dust surfaces.Coal dust contact with water is actually a compound contact of liquid in contact with a solid and gas in contact with a solid.The smaller the particle size,the larger the pore volume and the higher the degree of surface roughness,the larger the area of gas in contact with a solid and the worse the coal dust wettability.Another reason is that the changes in the composition of atoms on the dust surface and structures affect coal dust wettability.The results of this study establish a theoretical basis for the invention of effective reduced-dust technology.     

POLYFLOW逆向挤出功能在挤出方型物口模设计中的应用

以方型材挤出口模设计为例,建立了几何模型、数学模型及有限元模型。通过在POLYFLOW模拟软件中构建任务并定义各项参数,利用重新生成网格技术,进行了数值模拟和分析,得出如何有效应用POLYFLOW逆向挤出功能对方型材挤出口模进行设计。研究表明:POLYFLOW逆向挤出功能可以提前预测其变形倾向,提高了口模设计一次性成功率,缩短口模的开发周期,降低成本。     

C#.Net平台下制图系统的底层开发

简要分析制图系统所应具备的基本系统功能,并采用组件式构架的思想,在C#.NET环境下组织计算机制图系统的底层开发,实现计算机制图系统的基本功能。对系统开发的核心问题如系统框架设计,系统结构设计等内容进行探讨。系统采用组件式开发的思想,与当今主流的软件开发方式接轨。     

Effects of chromium on the corrosion and electrochemical behaviors of ultra high strength steels

The effects of chromium on the corrosion and the electrochemical behaviors of ultra high strength steels were studied by the salt spray test and electrochemical methods. The results show that ultra high strength steels remain martensite structures and have anodic dissolu-tion characteristic with an increase of chromium content There is no typical passive region on the polarization curves of an ultra high strength stainless steel, AerMet 100 steel, and 300M steel However, chromium improves the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel re-markably. It has the slowest corrosion rate in the salt spray test, one order of magnitude less than that of AerMet 100 and 300M steels. With the increase of chromium content, the polarization resistance becomes larger, the corrosion potential shifts towards the positive direction with a value of 545 mV, and the corrosion current density decreases in electrochemical measures in 3.5wr% NaCl solutions. Because of the higher content of chromium, the ultra high strength stainless steel has a better corrosion resistance than AerMet 100 and 300M steels.
