人文性体育教学对学生人格教育的影响

长期以来,我国就一直把“增强体质为主进行全面发展教育”作为学校体育的基本思想和方法,忽视了对学生的人格精神教育。现代教育,需要对体质教育思想作进一步拓展和升华。向人的精神层面拓展,利用人文性的体育教学,“以人为本”充分张扬学生个性,在教学的各个环节,挖掘体育精神元素,注重对学生人格精神的塑造,促进学生身心全面发展。     

高质量密度储氢材料-氨基化合物的合成

采用真空蒸发法制备了氨基化锂LiNH2(+2·LiH)薄膜,即首先将Li真空镀膜到金属基板上,然后经氮化、氢化处理合成LiNH2薄膜.此外,真空蒸发法也用于Mg部分置换Li后薄膜的制备.实验结果证明,与传统的粉末状试样相比,薄膜状试样能够在更低的温度下释放出氢气.研究表明采用包括真空蒸发法等非传统方法合成金属络合物储氢材料对进一步提高其储放氢特性具有良好的效果.     

浅谈建设项目决策及设计阶段的工程造价管理

工程造价管理是对建设项目在投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招标投标阶段和项目实施阶段以及建设结算阶段实行全过程的管理,投资决策阶段和设计阶段是对工程造价影响较大的两个阶段,其中决策阶段是工程造价管理的重中之重.     

Existing State and Partitioning of Rare Earth on Weathered Ores

The existing state and partitioning of rare earth （RE） on weathered ores in Longnan County（LN）, Xingfeng County（XF） and Ninghua County（NH） were characterized systematically by standard geological analytical methods. It is found that RE in the weathered rare earth ores exist as four phases： （a） water soluble, （b） ion-exchangeable, （c） colloidal sediment （oxides）, （d） minerals, in which mainly as ion exchangeable phase, accounting for nearly 80% of total RE, with about 20% in the form of colloid sediment phase and mineral phase, but very little as aqueous soluble phase. These rare earth partitioning were mainly chosen mid-heavy RE elements, occupying above 60%, but not equal in the four phases. The mid-heavy RE elements were primarily enriched in the ion exchangeable phase up to 40%, while the containment of cerium dioxide is below 2 %. The cerium deficiency occurs in the ion exchangeable phase in weathered ore. It results from that the Ce^3＋ is oxidized into Ce^4＋ and changes into CeO2. For LN ore, the containment of Y is high in weathered ore because Y-minerals are abundant in original rock.     

用对羧基苯偶氮硫代若丹宁柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定氰化尾渣中的金、铂、钯、铑的研究

研究了用对羧基苯偶氮硫代若丹宁 (CPATR)为柱前衍生试剂 ,以安捷伦ZORBAXStableBound (4 .6mm× 5 0mm ,1.8μm)快速分离柱为固定相 ,42 %的甲醇 (内含 2 %的醋酸 )为流动相 ,高效液相色谱分离 ,二极管矩阵检测器检测测定金、铂、钯、铑的的方法 ,4种贵金属元素的络合物在 2 .0min内可达到基线分离。根据信噪比 (S/N =3 )得各金属离子的检测限分别为 :金 1.5 μg·L- 1 ,铂 1.0 μg·L- 1 ,钯 0 .6μg·L- 1 ,铑 0 .8μg·L- 1 ,方法用于氰化渣样品中痕量金、铂、钯、铑的测定 ,相对标准偏差平均值在 2 .2 %～ 2 .7%之间 ,标准回收率平均在96%～ 10.2 %之间 ,结果令人满意     

Kerr介质中光场与耦合双原子相互作用系统的光场压缩

研究了存在Kerr介质时,双模光场与耦合二能级原子相互作用系统中光场的压缩性质,讨论了Kerr介质与双模光场的耦合强度χ、初始平均光子数n0和原子的初态对光场压缩特性的影响.     

Fluorescence properties and application of doping complexes Eu1-xLx (TTA)3Phen as light conversion agents

Light conversion agents Eu1-x Lx (TTA)3 Phen (L denotes La3+ , Gd3+ , Y3+ ) complexes were prepared,and the influence of doping ions on fluorescence properties was investigated by elementary analysis, FTIR and fluorescent spectra. The results show that FTIR spectra of Eu1_x Lx (TTA)3 Phen complex system are identical with that of EuTTA3 Phen, which indicates that the complexes Eu1 xLx(TTA)3Phen are similar in structure to Eu (TTA)3Phen. For the above doping elements, co-fluorescence enhancement has the following order: Gd3+ ＞Y3+ ＞La3+ , and the optimum mole fractions of doping elements are 0.4, 0.2 and 0.5 respectively for Gd3+ , Y3+ ,La3+. Among all the complexes, Eu0.6 Gd0.4 (TTA)3 Phen complex has the strongest fluorescent intensity. Applying Eu0.6 Gd0.4 (TTA)3 Phen complex to plastic and printing inks, bright red fluorescence plastic and printing inks are obtained when the content of europium reaches 0.1% (mass fraction).     

齿坯精锻充填性能的模拟试验研究

本文研究了在１０００ＫＮ液压试验机上分别用塑性泥和铅进行了直齿圆柱齿轮特锻的模拟试验，定义了充满充Ｓ定量地描述锻件的充满程序。试验结果表明：凹模浮动时，Ｓ可达０．９４￣０．９６；凹模固定时，Ｓ仅为０．６０￣０．７８，同时还分析了浮动凹模提高充满度的原因。     

低坝宽尾墩水力特性研究

宽尾墩是一种新型消能工。本文研究表明，低坝上宽尾墩与高坝上宽尾墩一样，也具有消能充分、显著降低跃后水深及减少水跃长度的水力特性，同时也具有自身的水流特点。     

稀释磁性半导体Pb0.954Mn0.046Se纳米晶体的合成和XANES测试

采用高温溶剂合成法制备了稀释磁性半导体(DMS)Pb0.954Mn0.046Se纳米晶体(NCs).使用TEM和XANES测试手段对此DMS纳米晶体进行了表征.测试结果表明,纳米晶体尺寸分布较均匀,而且掺杂在PbSe中的Mn离子仍是+2价的,同时也证实了Mn离子的掺杂导致了DMSNCs的晶格发生了少许的改变.
