The performance of Mn-TiO2/sepiolite photocatalysts prepared by the sol-gel method and calcinated at different temperatures was studied in the photocatalytic degradation of direct fast emerald green dye under visible light irradiation, and a series of analytical techniques such as XRD, SEM, FTIR, TG-DSC, XPS, UV-vis-DRS and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the morphology, structure and optical properties of the photocatalysts. It is found that the anatase TiO2 was formed in all photocatalysts. Mn4+ might incorporate into the lattice structure of TiO2 and partially replace Ti4+, thus causing the defects in the crystal structure and the broadening of the spectral response range of TiO2. At the same time, TiO2 particles were dispersed on the surface of the sepiolite, which immobilized TiO2 particles with sepiolite via the bond of Ti−O−Si. Mn-TiO2/sepiolite calcined at 400 °C exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity and the degradation rate of direct fast emerald green is up to 98.13%. Meanwhile, it also shows good stability and universality.  相似文献

Concepts and techniques of response surface methodology have been widely applied in many branches of engineering, especially in the chemical and manufacturing areas. This paper presents an application of the methodology in a magnetic crystal Czochralski growth system for single crystal silicon to optimize the oxygen concentration at the crystal growth interface in a cusp magnetic field. The simulation demonstrates that the response surface methodology is a feasible algorithm for the optimization of the Czochralski crystal growth process.  相似文献

Currently, a 2-port microwave transmission line with a glass window is usually used to transmit microwave energy to a pressure vessel while sealing the high-pressure gas. In this situation, the damage of the brittle glass window will inevitably result in disastrous accidents. In this paper, the idea of a “2+4”-port microwave transmission line is first proposed to solve this problem. A 4-port waveguide bridge structure is connected to the input port of a traditional 2-port structure, which can release the high-pressure gas safely when the glass window of the 2-port microwave transmitting structure fails. To test this idea, a “2+4”-port microwave transmission line at 2.45 GHz was designed and fabricated. The effectiveness of the whole system in microwave transmission was validated by both simulations and experiments. A high microwave transmittance of more than 97% in the simulation and 91% in the experiment was achieved. The long-time transmission of 15-kW microwave energy, 5 times higher than the previous work,was realized. Moreover, the effectiveness of the transmission line in releasing high-pressure gas(0.6 MPa) was validated by a series of fluid-structure interaction simulations. This research proposes a new transmission structure for transmitting microwave into a pressurized environment safely and efficiently, which can be promoted to a series of applications including vacuum electron devices, microwave ovens, and so on.  相似文献

The electronic structure of the quasi-two-dimensional (2D) semiconducting molybdenum purple bronze Bio.2MoO3 was presented by X-ray photoemission spectroscopy. The valence band of Bio.2MoO3 is made up of Opπ nonbonding level, π and a bonding bands. The peak at 1.5 eV and the shoulder at 0.5 eV in the forbidden band may be formed from the non-bonding dxy orbitals of some Mo atoms. The O1s core-level spectrum demonstrates the presence of two inequivalent bonds of oxygen ions in Bio.2MoO3. Bi4f core-level spectrum shows two bonding characters of Bi atoms in bismuth molybdenum single crystal. Mo3d core-level spectrum confirms two kinds of valence states of Molybdenum (Mo^+5 and Mo^+6). Ar^+ ion irradiation induces more significant distortion of MoO6 octahedra.  相似文献
