离子液体在生物大分子中的应用研究进展

离子液体作为一种可设计性的绿色溶剂和高效催化剂,以其热稳定性好,催化性强,电导率高,溶解能力强,零蒸汽压等特性,在诸多领域具有广泛的应用。本文总结了离子液体的历史、制备、应用,主要介绍了目前离子液体在纤维素、胶原蛋白、角蛋白等生物大分子中的应用研究。同时重点介绍了离子液体在制革固废物和废水处理中的应用,并指出离子液体在皮革应用领域具有巨大前景。     

表面活性剂对酶活性的影响研究进展

综述了不同类型表面活性剂对脂肪酶、蛋白酶与纤维素酶活性的影响。一般的结论是,非离子表面活性剂对酶活性影响较小,甚至有激活作用;阴离子表面活性剂对酶活性影响大,主要起抑制作用。同时,指出这些影响规律对皮革行业有效利用酶与表面活性剂的协同作用具有指导意义。     

大功率机车用轴流冷却风机叶轮的改进设计

大功率电力机车发动机用冷却风机是保证机车运行安全的重要设备,但目前国内该类车用冷却风机主要依赖进口.论文在一维设计基础上,通过三维数值软件 NUMECA 对某大功率8轴机车用轴流冷却风机叶轮进行方案分析并改进设计,获得了性能较好的叶轮模型.在满足外形尺寸不变及限制功率的前提下,降低转速和流量,实现了出口风压相对提高并改善了效率,该冷却风机已装车运行.     

首钢矿业公司烧结厂实施小球烧结技术

该厂和北京钢铁研究总院联合开发的小球烧结新技术,以强化混合制粒、燃料分加、提高混合料温度为主要特征,实现了低温烧结.表面点火温度降低150℃以上,每吨烧结矿点火重油消耗降低0.5 kg以上,烧结过程温度降低100℃左右,燃料消耗降低8 kg/t以上,台车料厚提高到650～ 700 mm左右.经过完善和创新,对于改善成品矿质量,降低消耗发挥了突出作用,收到了显著的经济效益,电耗降低10kW*h/t以上,烧结机利用系数提高10%以上,成品矿运输到北京末子降低5%以上.

HPLC测定安尔眠胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量

目的建立HPLC测定安尔眠胶囊中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-1%甲酸溶液(23:77);流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长286 nm。结果丹酚酸B在0.84～16.8μg范围内呈现较好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=7.5206X+0.3143(r=0.9998);回收率97.99%,RSD=2.16%。结论此方法简便快捷、结果准确可靠、重现性好,可以较好地控制安尔眠胶囊的质量。     

巨大芽孢杆菌1259对产蛋鸡生产性能及排泄物中含氮物浓度的影响 2015年9月25日

本文旨在研究饲粮中添加巨大芽孢杆菌1259（ BM1259）对蛋鸡生产性能及其排泄物中含氮物浓度的影响。选用576只300日龄健康、产蛋率差异不显著（ P＞0．05）的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复16只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲粮在基础饲粮中分别添加100、150、200、250和300 mg／kg BM1259。试验期42 d。结果表明：1） BM1259可以显著提高了平均蛋重（P＜0．05）,极显著影响产蛋率（P＜0．01）,并极显著降低料蛋比（P＜0．01）,其中100 mg／kg组表现最佳。2） BM1259极显著降低了蛋鸡排泄物中尿素氮浓度和脲酶活性（ P＜0．01）,显著降低尿酸浓度（ P＜0．05）。由此可见,在饲粮中添加BM1259能改善蛋鸡生产性能,降低排泄物中含氮物浓度。     

Tensile properties and fracture characteristics of spray cast alloy IC6 （Ni-7.8Al-14Mo-0.05B）

Tensile testing results of spray cast Ni3Al-based superalloy indicated that the yield strength and tensile strength increase with the increasing of temperature and reached maximum at around 760℃, then decrease with the increasing of temperature. After high temperature isostatic pressing (HIP), yield strength decreased and ductility and tensile strength increased. Stereographic projection showed that no matter at room temperature, medium temperature or high temperature, cracks extend along (111).     

Corrosion of two kinds of cast steels containing chromium in hot concentrated alkaline

A typical hot concentrated alkaline corrosion environment exists in alumina metallurgical industry, so that steel materials with outstanding alkaline corrosion resistance are strongly demanded for its processing equipment. In this paper, the corrosion resistance of two kinds of martensitic cast steels containing chromium in static 303g/L NaOH alkaline solution at 85℃ was studied through polarization and potential-time curves, corrosion weight loss and corrosion morphology analysis. Experimental results showed that protection effect by passive film of cast steel containing Cr was temporary. The low carbon steel without Cr content also exhibited chemical passivity in the same solution. The corrosion mode of the tested Cr-containing cast steel was composed of active dissolving corrosion and caustic embrittlement cracking. Dissolving corrosion was the primary mechanism for the induced weight loss, while severe caustic embrittlement cracking was secondary. With the increase of chromium content in the cast steel, the tendency of the caustic embrittlement cracking decreased, while the active dissolving corrosion increased.
