Orthorhombic molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) is one of the most promising anode materials for sodium‐ion batteries because of its rich chemistry associated with multiple valence states and intriguing layered structure. However, MoO3 still suffers from the low rate capability and poor cycle induced by pulverization during de/sodiation. An ingenious two‐step synthesis strategy to fine tune the layer structure of MoO3 targeting stable and fast sodium ionic diffusion channels is reported here. By integrating partially reduction and organic molecule intercalation methodologies, the interlayer spacing of MoO3 is remarkably enlarged to 10.40 Å and the layer structural integration are reinforced by dimercapto groups of bismuththiol molecules. Comprehensive characterizations and density functional theory calculations prove that the intercalated bismuththiol (DMcT) molecules substantially enhanced electronic conductivity and effectively shield the electrostatic interaction between Na+ and the MoO3 host by conjugated double bond, resulting in improved Na+ insertion/extraction kinetics. Benefiting from these features, the newly devised layered MoO3 electrode achieves excellent long‐term cycling stability and outstanding rate performance. These achievements are of vital significance for the preparation of sodium‐ion battery anode materials with high‐rate capability and long cycling life using intercalation chemistry.  相似文献

2D layered materials based p–n junctions are fundamental building block for enabling new functional device applications with high efficiency. However, due to the lack of controllable doping technique, state‐of‐the‐art 2D p–n junctions are predominantly made of van der Waals heterostructures or electrostatic gated junctions. Here, the authors report the demonstration of a spatially controlled aluminum doping technique that enables a p–n homojunction diode to be realized within a single 2D black phosphorus nanosheet for high performance photovoltaic application. The diode achieves a near‐unity ideality factor of 1.001 along with an on/off ratio of ≈5.6 × 103 at a low bias of 2 V, allowing for low‐power dynamic current rectification without signal decay or overshoot. When operated under a photovoltaic regime, the diode's dark current can be significantly suppressed. The presence of a built‐in electric field additionally gives rise to temporal short‐circuit current and open‐circuit voltage under zero external bias, indicative of its enriched functionalities for self‐powered photovoltaic and high signal‐to‐noise photodetection applications.  相似文献

提出了一种光探测器芯片小信号等效电路模型及其建立方法,首先根据光探测器的物理结构确定其等效电路模型,模型考虑了影响光探测器高频性能的主要因素,然后精确测量了光探测器芯片的S参数,通过遗传算法对测量的S参数进行拟合,最终计算出模型的各个参量,在130MHz-20GHz范围内的实验结果表明,模型仿真结果与测量结果相吻合,证明了建模方法的可靠性。该模型有效地模拟了光探测器芯片的高频特性,利用该模型可以对光探测器及相应光电集成器件进行电路级仿真和优化。  相似文献

A novel method of RNA fractionation based on a gradual release of the RNA molecules from ribonucleoprotein complexes has been used for the analysis of ribosomal and non-ribosomal complexes of rat liver cytoplasm. Adsorption of native ribonucleoproteins on a Celite column (occuring through only the protein moiety) followed by a consequent dissociation of RNP complexes brought about by various agents results in RNA fractionation in accordance with the tightness of the RNA-protein bonds. The cytoplasmic ribosomal and rapidly labelled non-ribosomal RNA species are separated into several fractions identified as 18S and 28S rRNA's, mRNA and messenger-like RNA. A relatively small fraction (about 10% of the total) of rRNA tenaciously bound to protein has been also revealed.  相似文献

A case is described in which false aneurysm of the ascending aorta developed following corrective surgery for Marfan's syndrome. During the initial procedure, a dissecting aortic aneurysm and incompetent aortic valve were managed by replacing the valve with a Starr-Edwards prosthesis and the ascending aorta with a woven Dacron aortic prosthesis. Two years later the operation was repeated with the use of antibiotic cover, because the patient developed a paraprosthetic leak following subacute bacterial endocarditis with Staphylococcus aureus. The woman remained well for 6 months, after which she developed a false aneurysm of the ascending aorta and aortic incompetence which necessitated repeating the operation for a third time. The patient remains well one year later. Relevant literature available on false aneurysm of the ascending aorta is also reviewed.  相似文献

1. Specific alpha- and beta-adrenoreceptor agonists, phenylephrine and isoprenaline, were injected intraportally into the intact rat liver under direct microscopic observation by an in vivo transillumination technique. 2. The diameter of a hepatic sinusoid and the intra-sinusoidal erythrocyte velocity were quantitatively measured, and the sinusoidal volume flow was calculated from these two parameters. 3. Results show that phenylephrine causes a sinusoidal constriction and an increased sinusoidal blood flow, whereas isoprenaline causes the opposite effects on the sinusoids. 4. All the sinusoidal responses to phenylephrine and isoprenaline were dose-dependent and were possibly related to the direct effect of these drugs on the sinusoids.  相似文献

探讨粗纱机吸尘管道系统各吸尘孔口吸力不均匀的问题.通过测试粗纱机吸尘管沿程各孔口静压,发现各吸尘孔口静压差异过大,造成了各吸尘孔口吸尘效果难以满足吸尘的需要.针对该问题对吸尘管道重新进行了设计,采用了扩大吸尘管道横截面、改进吸口形状及减小管道转角处的局部阻力等措施.经过测试与验证,在配用原风机的条件下,较好地解决了粗纱机吸尘管沿程孔口吸力分配不均匀的问题,并在一定程度上可减少纱疵,提高纱线质量.  相似文献
