旋转吹氮铝液精炼方式的改进及效果研究

为了改善铝合金重力铸造中针孔及夹杂缺陷，通过对吹氮净化铝液工艺中的旋转喷头的改进，来细化氮气气泡的体积，增加氮气与铝液的接触面积，从而提高除气除渣的效果，达到铝液净化的目的，最终提高产品的质量。

激光快速成形Rene′88DT高温合金的时效强化研究

研究了时效时间对激光快速成形后时效硬化镍基高温合金Rene′88DT中沉淀相组织演化和力学性能的影响。发现随时效时间的增加，沉淀相y’略有长大，颗粒之间发生大颗粒吞噬小颗粒的粗化，时效40h后沉淀相颗粒粗化明显。对经不同时间时效后的激光快速成形Rene′88DT试样进行了硬度测试。结果显示，在时效时间为28h时，硬度有一峰值HRC49。在此基础上，采用1165℃，2h固溶、空冷＋760℃，28h时效的热处理工艺对激光快速成形标准拉伸棒样进行了热处理，拉伸结果显示成形件的抗拉强度较激光沉积态提高了400MPa，屈服强度接近同种材料的粉末锻造水平。     

钛硅铝碳层间固溶体陶瓷的超结构现象

研究了钛硅铝碳（ Ti3Siy-xAlxCz）层间固溶体陶瓷材料的超结构现象。结果发现，用热压Ti、Si、Al和C（石墨）混合粉末原位反应合成的Ti3Si0．9Al0.3C1.93和Ti3Si0.8Al0.4C1.93层间固溶体块体样品的X射线衍射（XRD）谱中[00L]晶面的衍射峰极其微弱，只有[008]面有一个小的衍射峰，[002]、[004]和[006]面几乎没有衍射峰存在，而该块体样品的粉末的X射线衍射谱中所有[00L]晶面的衍射峰均存在。这种超结构现象表明，用热压原位反应合成的Ti3Si0．9Al0．3C1.93和Ti3Si0.8Al0.4C1.93实为层间无序固溶体。由于内应力的释放，取自该块体样品的粉末发生了从无序到有序的转变，所以粉末的X射线衍射谱中显现出强的[00L]面衍射峰。这种超结构相可能对Ti3Si0.9Al0.3C1.93和Ti3Si0．8Al0．4C1.93块体的性能产生重要影响。     

办学特色与制度空间

追求办学特色需要相应的制度空间。由于我国实施重点大学制度、推行高度集权的管理制度与实行激进的制度变迁，使得办学特色的制度空间相对狭小。只有淡化重点、分化权力与渐进变革，办学特色方可落到实处。     

Digital arc welding power supply based on real-time operating system

A digital arc welding power supply was designed with the advanced reduced instruction set computer machine （ARM） and embedded real-time multi-task operating system micro C/OS- Ⅱ. The ARM, with its powerful calculating speed and complete peripheral equipments, is very suitable to work as the controller of the digital power supply. The micro C/OS- Ⅱ transplanted in ARM, helps to improve the respondent speed against various welding signals, as well as the reliability of the controlling software. The welding process consists of nine tasks. The tasks of great significance on reliability of the welder, for example, the A/D conversion of current and voltage, enjoy top priority. To avoid simultaneous-sharing on A/D converter and LCD module, two semaphores are introduced in to ensure the smooth performance of the welding power supply. Proven by experiments ,the ARM and the micro C/OS- Ⅱ can greatly improve both the respondent speed and the reliability of the digital welder.     

CAS wavelet method for solving the fractional integro-differential equation with a weakly singular kernel

In this paper, a computational method for numerical solution of a class of integro-differential equations with a weakly singular kernel of fractional order which is based on Cos and Sin (CAS) wavelets and block pulse functions is introduced. Approximation of the arbitrary order weakly singular integral is also obtained. The fractional integro-differential equations with weakly singular kernel are transformed into a system of algebraic equations by using the operational matrix of fractional integration of CAS wavelets. The error analysis of CAS wavelets is given. Finally, the results of some numerical examples support the validity and applicability of the approach.     

连续型Δ∑调制器设计综述

Δ∑调制器作为数字转换器中重要的类型,以其较高精度及对CMOS工艺演进的更强适应性得到广泛应用.阐述了Δ∑调制器中连续型的Δ∑调制器的主要设计要点,介绍了国内外在连续型Δ∑调制器上的研究现状,并对相应设计方法进行分类总结.分析了连续Δ∑调制器的工作原理、系统结构、电路误差及模型,对其发展趋势以及面临的挑战进行了总结.结果说明合理地利用新工艺及新型积分器可以有效提高连续型Δ∑调制器的带宽及能效.     

Incorporating Intra‐Query Term Dependencies in an Aspect Query Language Model

Query language modeling based on relevance feedback has been widely applied to improve the effectiveness of information retrieval. However, intra‐query term dependencies (i.e., the dependencies between different query terms and term combinations) have not yet been sufficiently addressed in the existing approaches. This article aims to investigate this issue within a comprehensive framework, namely the Aspect Query Language Model (AM). We propose to extend the AM with a hidden Markov model (HMM) structure to incorporate the intra‐query term dependencies and learn the structure of a novel aspect HMM (AHMM) for query language modeling. In the proposed AHMM, the combinations of query terms are viewed as latent variables representing query aspects. They further form an ergodic HMM, where the dependencies between latent variables (nodes) are modeled as the transitional probabilities. The segmented chunks from the feedback documents are considered as observables of the HMM. Then the AHMM structure is optimized by the HMM, which can estimate the prior of the latent variables and the probability distribution of the observed chunks. Our extensive experiments on three large‐scale text retrieval conference (TREC) collections have shown that our method not only significantly outperforms a number of strong baselines in terms of both effectiveness and robustness but also achieves better results than the AM and another state‐of‐the‐art approach, namely the latent concept expansion model. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
