This paper considers methods for knowledge exploitation in security policies for Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments, discovering the modality conflicts in particular. Two algorithms for discovering SOA-specific modality conflicts are proposed. First, a trivial (ad-hoc) approach is presented and further extended by the improved algorithm which offers lower time complexity. The formal verification of the proposal is followed by experimental results confirming the expected supremacy of the improved algorithm.  相似文献

The ability of Taxol (paclitaxel) to bind and stabilize microtubules is the basis for its use as an anti-mitotic drug as well as an additive for in vivo and in vitro studies of microtubules. The low solubility of Taxol in aqueous solutions, however, facilitates the formation of Taxol crystals that can be decorated with fluorescent tubulin. In cells treated with Taxol, these decorated Taxol crystals may be mistaken for self-assembled tubulin asters when observed with a fluorescent microscope. We confirmed via fluorescent and differential interference contrast microscopy that Taxol crystals can be decorated not only with fluorescent tubulin but also with other fluorescent proteins and fluorochromes without perturbing their morphology. We used theoretical calculations to further investigate Taxol-fluorescent agent interactions. Using computational docking studies we identified a new, potential Taxol binding site within the tubulin dimmer, allowing the interaction between crystalline Taxol and tubulin. Our calculations, however, show that fluorescent tubulin binding to Taxol crystals is more favorable via the fluorochromes covalently linked to the tubulin dimmers, rather than via the new Taxol-binding site, what is in accordance with our experimental data.  相似文献

Novel nonlinear optical (NLO) materials based on six novel NLO chromophores featuring di(tri)cyanovinyl acceptor linked to (bi)thiophene heterocyclic donor system were fabricated for the first time in polymethyl methacrylate matrices with a 1,064 nm laser working in the 20 ns time pulse regime. Absorption spectra and DFT calculations were also done. This multidisciplinary study showed that tayloring of the optical (linear and nonlinear) properties in the desired direction can be achieved by increasing the length of the π-conjugated heterocyclic system (thiophene vs. bithiophene), the strength of the electron donor groups (H → MeO/EtO → Et2N) as well as the strength of the electron acceptor moieties (dicyanovinyl vs. tricyanovinyl, two vs. three electron withdrawing cyano groups). Due to the relatively high and tunable second-order susceptibilities (0.08–6.45 pm/V at wavelength 1,064 nm), the studied push–pull chromophores can be denoted as promising second-order NLO chromophores.  相似文献

Series of single-phase materials with assumed formula SrTi1?xCrxO3 (where x = 0, 1, 4, 6 mol.%) were obtained by sol-gel method. The structure and microstructure of materials were characterised by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy methods. Moreover, the study of electrical properties and evaluation of chemical stability in CO2/H2O atmosphere was performed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and thermogravimery methods, respectively. The possibility of participation of Cr-doped strontium titanate in oxidation–reduction processes was analysed by temperature-programed reduction (TPR) and temperature-programed oxidation (TPOx) measurements. The changes of lattice parameters together with XPS analysis, the Seebeck coefficient measurements results and TPR profiles obtained for SrTi1?xCrxO3 materials prove the presence of chromium on +3 and +6 oxidation stages. Thus, chromium can be treated as both acceptor- and donor-type dopant in the SrTiO3 structure. The Cr3+/Cr6+ ratio strongly affects the electrical properties, as the change of conduction mechanism was observed. The results of performed stability test clearly indicate that incorporation of chromium into SrTiO3 structure results with decrease of chemical stability in CO2 atmosphere.  相似文献

It is shown that concentration-independent decay functions apply over a fairly wide range of poisoning mechanisms in which both products and reactants take some part in poisoning the active sites. The Time on Stream theory is therefore applicable to a wide range of decay mechanisms. In particular, it appears to be ideally suited to catalytic cracking, where the same intermediate carbonium ions are thought to lead to cracking as a main reaction or to poisoning as a side reaction. Our considerations of the chemistry of poisoning and simulation of catalyst decay behaviour lend credence to the earlier analyses of various kinetic parameters which have been obtained from experimental data using the Time on Stream theory.  相似文献

A detailed analytical study of the products of cumene cracking over amorphous silica alumina shows that the mechanism of cracking over these catalysts is identical to that observed over crystalline LaY and HY at various levels of exchange. Additional analytical details are developed in this work and are used to elaborate on the previously proposed reaction network for this reaction. In particular we find that hydrogen and propane appear as secondary products in the cracking reaction network. We also find that within the limits of our measurement all the observed coke is formed from product propylene.  相似文献

An odor sensing system using a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor array and pattern recognition technique has been for years a main research topic in our group. For the general field of artificial olfaction using acoustic-wave based sensors such as QCMs it is vital to search for novel sensing materials. Here we present recent results of our ongoing study on application of pegylated lipids as coatings for QCM odor-sensors. The method presented herein is based on self-assembling of lipids and lipid-derivatives on the QCM surfaces. The disulphide-terminated lipids and lipopolymers are co-chemisorbed onto gold electrodes of QCM sensors by simple immersion in ethanolic solutions. This creates porous supports onto which additional layers of lipopolymers are physisorbed. The method allows for fabrication of lipopolymeric QCM odor-sensors with enhanced sensitivity to odorants, capable of very good discrimination among odorant samples—according to the functional group of an odorant.  相似文献
