CaRuO3电极对(Ba,Sr)TiO3薄膜的介电特性的影响

在Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si(100)衬底上,用脉冲激光沉积工艺分别制备出了(110)外延取向生长的(Ba0.65Sr0.35)TiO3/CaRuO3(BST/CRO)异质结构薄膜;BST/CRO异质结构薄膜由纳米晶团簇组成,最大的团簇晶粒达500 nm,平均晶粒尺寸在60～80 nm,薄膜厚度为650 nm.BST/CRO异质结薄膜均为表面平滑和致密结构.BST/CRO异质结薄膜的介电常数和介电调谐率分别高达851和78.1%.与纯BST薄膜比较,用CRO作电极,增益介电常数与介电调谐率.     

Describing function for servomechanism with backlash and multiple non-linearities †

The paper presents a new describing function for a servomechanism which employs a motor driving an inertia load subject to combined Coulomb and viscous frictions, through gearing having backlash. It is shown that describing functions for various types of backlash phenomena reported in the literature can be considered as special cases of the describing function obtained in this paper.     

Measurement of Papaya Maturity by Delayed Light Emission

Papaya at five stages of maturity were evaluated for differences in intensity of delayed light emission (DLE), chlorophyll, β-carotene and Hunter color values. Results showed there were high correlations between DLE intensity and chemical and physical properties that relate to papaya maturity. DLE has a high potential as a rapid screening technique for identifying papayas which are one-half ripe and riper.

Development of a Colorimetric, Second Generation Nucleic Acid Hybridization Method For Detection of Salmonella in Foods and a Comparison With Conventional Culture Procedure

A new, highly specific colorimetric DNA hybridization method (cDNAH) for detection of Salmonella in foods was developed. It detected 355/362 strains representing 206/213 serovars of Salmonella, and showed no cross-reactivity with 32 different non-Salmonella species, including a variety of Enterobacter and Citrobacter species. The cDNAH method was compared with the BAM/AOAC culture method in two studies: (1) with 20 different inoculated and uninoculated foods overall agreement between the two methods was 99%. (2) with naturally contaminated foods at two independent sites agreement with culture was 99.8% where 9/404 samples were positive for Salmonella.     

REVERSE OSMOSIS CONCENTRATION of GREEN TEA JUICE

The reverse osmosis concentration of green tea juice was attempted by using membranes prepared from different polymeric materials. the pore sizes of the membranes were also changed in order to investigate the effect of the pore size on the membrane performance. Special attention was focused on the removal of caffeine from the tea juice while retaining other components such as polyphenols and amino acids. Since severe membrane fouling was observed while tea juice was treated at high concentrations, an attempt was made to describe the membrane fouling by a modified gel model that includes the effect of the interaction between the membrane and the tea juice components.

针对安防领域的目标跟踪问题,介绍一种基于红外技术的单目标跟踪和防盗报警系统,该系统既能完成对已知目标的主动跟踪,也能完成对未知目标的跟踪报警功能。阐述了系统的工作原理及各模块的电路设计。实验表明,该系统工作稳定,误报率低,适合作为保密性要求高的场所的安防系统,达到安全防护的目的。     

Chinese Enterprise Reforms: Convergence with the Japanese Model?

This paper explores Chinese efforts to join the ranks of theEast Asian developing economics of South Korea, Taiwan, HongKong and Singapore. It describes Chinese efforts to emulatethe Japanese model of industrial management rather than Americanmanagement schemes, and it notes the compatibilities betweencertain legacies of Maoist socialism in China's state enterprisesand the Japanese model. In particular, the paper traces thedevelopment of the Chinese employment system in the state sector.Compatibilities include indications that the Chinese workerscould become company men, that they prefer paternalistic managers,that their work responds to appreciation, and that they do notregard management and worker interests as necessarily conflictual.Granted the evolution of greater autonomy for Chinese stateenterprises, the paper concludes that an organization-orientedsystem can develop within Chinese state enterprises and thata shift to a market economy need not be accompanied by a market-orientedemployment system.
