Flash器件中氧化硅/氮化硅/氧化硅的特性

对普遍采用的氧化硅/氮化硅/氧化硅( ONO)三层复合结构介质层的制备工艺及特性进行了研究分析,研究了ONO的漏电特性以及顶氧( top oxide)和底氧( bottom oxide)的厚度对ONO层漏电的影响.结果表明,采用较薄的底氧和较厚的顶氧,既能保证较高的临界电场强度,又能获得较薄的等效氧化层厚度,提高耦合率,降低编程电压.     

Estimating crystallinity in high density polyethylene fibers using online Raman spectroscopy

Online Raman spectra, obtained at different points along the spin line during pilot‐scale nonisothermal melt spinning of high density polyethylene (HDPE) fibers, are presented for the first time. The fraction of the crystalline phase corresponding to each spectrum was determined from the normalized integrated intensity of the 1418 cm^?1 Raman band. It is well established that this band represents the orthorhombic crystalline phase in polyethylene. The estimates of percent crystallinity obtained from decomposition of the Raman spectrum were compared with the percent crystallinity from differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements. It is concluded that online Raman spectroscopy can be successfully used to monitor the development of crystallinity in HDPE fibers as a function of distance from the spinneret. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Magnetic Properties of Fe-Doped Rutile

Ball-milling method was applied to dissolve Fe into titanium dioxide (TiO₂). X-ray diffraction indicated the starting anatase changed to a rutile-type structure with oxygen deficiency after ball milling. Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray absorption experiments were conducted to examine the possible existence of magnetic impurities in the ball-milled powders after they were leached in HCl solutions. Temperature dependence of the resistivity shows semiconducting behavior and the magnetic hysteresis loops at 5 and 300 K exhibit ferromagnetic characteristics. Fe-doped TiO₂ films were also prepared by pulsed laser deposition. The magnetic properties of the films are discussed.

基于FPGA的ASI信号接收与发送的实现

提出了一种用FPGA芯片代替Cypress公司的CY78933和CY78923芯片来实现ASI信号接收与发送的方案，详细阐述了DVB—ASI接口的硬件组成与FPGA实现，该接口符合DVB—ASI的接口规范，可实现270Mbps的信号传输，已经得到实际运用。     

一种改进的MC-CDMA系统结构

MC-CDMA在频域扩频时实际上是一种频率分集,对于频率分集重数的要求通常小于子载波的数目N,故扩频因子可以小于子载波数目。改进了这种MC-CDMA系统的结构,通过在频域引入交织器,使交织后频率分集各分量经历独立的哀落,从而提高了抗哀落能力。最后给出了用系统仿真软件SPW仿真的结果。

大型往复式压缩机的配管设计

大型往复式压缩机功率大、占地面积大,管道振动问题也更为突出。笔者结合实践经验,对大型往复式压缩机的配管设计进行探讨,说明了平面布置与管道防振设计的密切关系,并介绍了管道防振设计的方法和步骤,以及相对简单的复杂管系气柱固有频率的转移矩阵计算方法。     

脉冲式半导体激光器准直光学系统的设计

根据具体的探测环境和探测精度,通过理论分析,提出了脉冲式半导体激光器准直光束的单透镜设计方法和柱面透镜的设计方法,并且给出了具体的设计参数。可以获得高斯光束的准直发散角为1.48mrad;高斯光束的腰粗为0.325mm。
