【摘要】 目的 探讨超声(US)、CT、MRI及DSA在评估肝癌介入综合治疗术后肿瘤活性的价值。方法 回顾性收集本院2011年2月—2014年10月63例75个病灶经病理或临床治疗确诊的肝癌患者的临床资料,所有患者经介入综合治疗后3~5周后均行US、CT、MRI检查,并再次行DSA进行诊疗,以DSA造影检查阳性结果为金标准,再对各检查结果进行对照、分析。结果 63例75个病灶经介入综合治疗后3~5周后均行US、CT、MRI及DSA检查,其中有25个病灶经DSA证实活性病灶;US病灶检出74个(98.7%),25例活性病灶检出12个(48.0%);CT增强病灶检出75个(100%),活性病灶检出18个(72.0%);MRI病灶检出率75个(100.0%),活性病灶检出率22(88.0%);US、CT、MRI三者联合,病灶检出75个,活性病灶检出24(96.0%)。结论 MRI在肝癌介入综合治疗术后肿瘤活性评估中的价值明显优于US、CT。三者联合可以互补,可以帮助更多地了解关于病灶的信息,有助于后续治疗方案的制定及疗效的评估。

This paper deals with how to optimize enterprise information system (EIS) structure based on time property. Once the EIS structure is formally represented, the time property corresponding to EIS structure expression can be obtained. Thus, aiming at the minimum time property, the EIS structure can be optimized. To this end, first, the formal representation of EIS structure based on object-based knowledge mesh (OKM) and binary tree is proposed. Second, different time properties corresponding to various structures are defined and clarified. Then, the optimal model of EIS structure is constructed. And then, the EIS structure model is optimized by the improved immune genetic algorithm (IGA) based on binary tree, niche algorithm and self-adaptive operators, and the steps of the improved IGA are presented in detail as well. Finally, the EIS structure optimization based on time property is illustrated by an example, which verifies the proposed approach. 相似文献

Context-aware computing is an exciting paradigm in which applications perceive and react to changing environments in an unattended manner. To enable behavioral adaptation, a context-aware application must dynamically acquire context data from different operating spaces in the real world, such as homes, shops and persons. Motivated by the sheer number and diversity of operating spaces, we propose a scalable context data management system in this paper to facilitate data acquisition from these spaces. In our system, we design a gateway framework for all operating spaces and develop matching algorithms to integrate the local context schemas of operating spaces into a global set of domain schemas upon which SQL-based context queries can be issued from applications. The system organizes the operating space gateways as peers in semantic overlay networks and employs distributed query processing techniques over these overlays. Evaluation results on a prototype implementation demonstrate the effectiveness of our system design. 相似文献

The effects of different electromagnetic stirring currents on the microstructures of Cu-6%Ag alloys by applying electromagnetic stirring during solidification process are investigated experimentally.The results show that with increasing stirring current,the macro-microstructural grains of the Cu-Ag alloys are refined gradually and evenly distributed.The observation on the microstructure indicates that the primary Cu dendrites become shorter and thicker,and the secondary dendrites are underdeveloped with small-sized equiaxed dendrites with increasing current.Cu-6%Ag alloys solidified with electromagnetic stirring are drawn to the composite wires with different drawing ratios.The results show that their microstructures are refined along the drawing direction when the stirring current increases from 100 A to 200 A.As the current increases to 350 A,the microstructure is not changed obviously.Correspondingly,the tensile strength of Cu-6%Ag alloys increases and the conductivity reduces with increasing drawing rate.Cu-6%Ag alloys could get the better strength with stirring current of 200 A,which is consistent with the microstructural results. 相似文献

Medium‐ and long‐chain triacylglycerols (MLCTs)–enriched structured lipid (SL) was synthesised through enzymatic interesterification from Cinnamomum camphora seed oil (CCSO) and camellia oil (CO) using Lipozyme RM IM from Rhizomucor miehei as a biocatalyst. Effects of different reaction conditions including substrate molar ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated. Results showed that 55.81% of total MLCT species (CCO/LaCL, LaCO/LCL, COO/OCO and LaOO/OLaO) was obtained in the interesterified product under the optimal conditions of substrate molar ratio of 1:1.5 (CCSO/CO) at 60 °C for 3 h. Thereafter, fatty acid profiles, tocopherol contents and physiochemical characteristics of the interesterified product and physical blend were comparatively investigated. The fatty acid composition of the interesterified product consisted of capric acid (26.33%), lauric acid (21.29%) and oleic acid (42.33%). It should be mentioned that the interesterified product contained predominantly oleic acid (88.69%) at Sn‐2 position, while MCFAs (68.05%) at Sn‐1,3 positions. Compared with physical blend, the reduction in tocopherol contents and changes of physiochemical characteristics occurred in SL. The smoke point of the interesterified product was much higher than that of the physical blend, which meant that such MLCTs‐enriched SL could be better for cooking purpose. 相似文献
