Transparency is a surprisingly effective method to achieve camouflage and has been widely adapted by natural animals. However, it is challenging to replicate in synthetic systems. Herein, a transparent soft robot is developed, which can achieve effective camouflage. Specifically, this robot is driven by transparent dielectric elastomer actuators (DEAs). Transparent and stretchable conductive polymers, based on blends of poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) and water‐borne polyurethane (WPU), are employed as compliant solid‐state electrodes in the DEAs. The electrode exhibits large stretchability, low stiffness, excellent conductivity at large strain, and high transmittance. Consequently, the DEA can achieve a large voltage‐induced area strain of 200% and a high transmittance of 85.5%. Driven by these soft actuators, the robot can realize translations using its asymmetric vibration mode, which can be explained by dynamics analysis and is consistent with finite element modeling. This soft robot can achieve effective camouflage, due to its high transparency as well as thin structure. Furthermore, the robot can become completely flat for even better camouflage by converting its 3D structure to 2D. The transparent soft robot is potentially useful in many applications such as robots for battlefield, reconnaissance, and security surveillance, where effective camouflage is required in dynamic and/or unstructured environments. 相似文献

Changes in endocardial pressure (EP) have important clinical significance for heart failure patients with impaired cardiac function. As a vital parameter for evaluating cardiac function, EP is commonly monitored by invasive and expensive cardiac catheterization, which is not feasible for long‐term and continuous data collection. In this work, a miniaturized, flexible, and self‐powered endocardial pressure sensor (SEPS) based on triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG), which is integrated with a surgical catheter for minimally invasive implantation, is reported. In a porcine model, SEPS is implanted into the left ventricle and the left atrium. The SEPS has a good response both in low‐ and high‐pressure environments. The SEPS achieves the ultrasensitivity, real‐time monitoring, and mechanical stability in vivo. An excellent linearity (R 2 = 0.997) with a sensitivity of 1.195 mV mmHg?1 is obtained. Furthermore, cardiac arrhythmias such as ventricular fibrillation and ventricular premature contraction can also be detected by SEPS. Video summarization can provide a fine representation of the content of video stream and reduce a large amount of data involved in video indexing, browsing, and retrieval. Moreover, Key frame selection is an important step in the research of content-based video analysis and retrieval. Although there exist a variety of methods for key frame selection, they are heuristic and closed systems, which cannot dynamically generate video summary with user’s preference. In this paper, an M-estimator and epipolar line distance constraint camera motion estimation algorithm is introduced as camera parameters is an important motion feature for key frame selection, and Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno (BFGS) method is applied to optimize estimated parameters. Moreover, since Interactive Computing is a novel-computing model that represents the transition of algorithm to interaction, an interactive model of key frame selection (IKFS) is presented as a result of improving the model of key frame selection (KFS). The model of KFS and IKFS are proved to satisfy the criterion of induction and coinduction, respectively. Experimental results show that the processing scheme generates flexible and desirable summarizations whose distortion rate is lower than current method. Above all, IKFS is an extension to KFS. 相似文献

The Bi-LS method based on QR decomposition provides a convenient framework for developing efficient subspace tracking algorithms. To overcome the shortcoming of the backsubstitution step and improve the parallel architecture of the Bi-LS algorithms, a Bi-LS subspace tracking algorithm based on Inverse QR (IQR) decomposition is developed. The proposed IQR iterative algorithm for subspace tracking is well suited for the parallel implementation in the systolic array. The photovoltaic stability of polymer solar cells (PSCs) can be greatly improved by adopting an inverted device structure. This paper reports high-performance inverted PSCs with lead monoxide (PbO)-modified indium tin oxide (ITO) as the cathodes. A thin PbO layer can effectively lower the work function of ITO from 4.5 to 3.8 eV. The optimal inverted PSCs with poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as the donor and [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) as the acceptor exhibited high photovoltaic performance: open-circuit voltage of 0.59 V, short-circuit current density of 10.8 mA cm−2, fill factor of 0.632, and power conversion efficiency of 4.00% under simulated AM1.5G illumination (100 mW cm−2). The photovoltaic efficiency is significantly higher than that of the control inverted PSCs with unmodified ITO as the cathode. It is even better than that of the control PSCs with normal architecture, which have an optimal efficiency of 3.5%. The lowering in the work function by the PbO modification is attributed to the charge transfer between PbO and ITO, as evidenced by the X-ray photoelectron spectra. 相似文献
