A robust consensus controller is proposed for heterogeneous higher‐order nonlinear multi‐agent systems, when the agent dynamics are involved with mismatched uncertainties. A distributed consensus protocol based on a time‐varying nonhomogeneous finite‐time disturbance observer and sliding mode control is designed to realize the network consensus of higher‐order multi‐agent systems. The time‐varying finite‐time disturbance observer overcomes the problem of peaking value near the initial time caused by the constant gain one and is designed to estimate the uncertainties and to mitigate the effect of mismatched uncertainties during the sliding mode. To eliminate the chattering phenomenon and ensure finite‐time convergence to the sliding surface, the control law is designed by using the super twisting algorithm. Security analysis is a formal verification technique to ascertain certain desirable guarantees on the access control policy specification. Given a set of access control policies, a general safety requirement in such a system is to determine whether a desirable property is satisfied in all the reachable states. Such an analysis calls for the use of formal verification techniques. While formal analysis on traditional Role Based Access Control (RBAC) has been done to some extent, recent extensions to RBAC lack such an analysis. In this paper, we consider the temporal RBAC extensions and propose a formal technique using timed automata to perform security analysis by analyzing both safety and liveness properties. Using safety properties one ensures that something bad never happens while liveness properties show that some good state is also achieved. GTRBAC is a well accepted generalized temporal RBAC model which can handle a wide range of temporal constraints while specifying different access control policies. Analysis of such a model involves a process of mapping a GTRBAC based system into a state transition system. Different reduction rules are proposed to simplify the modeling process depending upon the constraints supported by the system. The effect of different constraints on the modeling process is also studied.  相似文献

A 33.7 MHz heavy-ion radio frequency quadrupole (RFQ) linear accelerator has been designed, built, and tested. It is a four-rod-type RFQ designed for acceleration of 1.38 keVu, qA> or =116 ions to about 29 keVu. Transmission efficiencies of about 85% and 80% have been measured for the unanalyzed and analyzed beams, respectively, of oxygen ((16)O(2+), (16)O(3+), (16)O(4+)), nitrogen ((14)N(3+), (14)N(4+)), and argon ((40)Ar(4+)). The system design and measurements along with results of beam acceleration test will be presented.  相似文献

PbTe thin films were deposited electrochemically on transparent conducting oxide coated (TCO) glass substrates from a solution of lead acetate and TeO2 at low pH. A lead (Pb) strip was used as a sacrificing anode and the TCO glass acted as the cathode, which were short-circuited externally. Depositions were carried out at different temperatures of the bath to study the growth kinetics and grain growth. X-ray diffraction technique, scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and resistivity measurements were carried out to characterize the deposited films. The films were polycrystalline in nature with a cubic phase.  相似文献

Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) wireless systems can achieve significant diversity and array gain by using transmit beamforming and receive combining techniques. In the absence of full channel knowledge at the transmitter, the transmit beamforming vector can be quantized at the receiver and sent to the transmitter using a low-rate feedback channel. In the literature, quantization algorithms for the beamforming vector are designed and optimized for a particular channel distribution, commonly the uncorrelated Rayleigh distribution. When the channel is not uncorrelated Rayleigh, however, these quantization strategies result in a degradation of the receive signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). In this paper, switched codebook quantization is proposed where the codebook is dynamically chosen based on the channel distribution. The codebook adaptation enables the quantization to exploit the spatial and temporal correlation inherent in the channel. The convergence properties of the codebook selection algorithm are studied assuming a block-stationary model for the channel. In the case of a nonstationary channel, it is shown using simulations that the selected codebook tracks the distribution of the channel resulting in improvements in SNR. Simulation results show that in the case of correlated channels, the SNR performance of the link can be significantly improved by adaptation, compared with nonadaptive quantization strategies designed for uncorrelated Rayleigh-fading channels  相似文献

The erosion-corrsosion behavior of SiC particle-reinforced Al-Si alloy has been studied in NaOH slurry simulating the mining atmosphere. The study was performed at two different sand concentrations, namely, 20 and 30 wt pct, and at a speed of 900 rpm. It is depicted that the wear rates decreased with increasing sand content, indicating that corrosion is the dominating mode of material removal. Further composite exhibited lower wear resistance than the laloys irrespective of the sand concentration. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) observations indicated the dissolution of dendrites of Al due to severe corrosion, leaving behind the network of Si. This ultimately results in the falling of Si particles from the matrix, leaving behind voids. This also results in the formation of voids around the SiC particles and leads to pullout of SiC particles from the matrix during the wear process.  相似文献

we demonstrate the design of a triple gate n-channel junctionless transistor that we call a junctionless tunnel field effect transistor (JLTFET). The JLTFET is a heavily doped junctionless transistor which uses the concept of tunneling, by narrowing the barrier between source and channel of the device, to turn the device ON and OFF. Simulation shows significant improvement compared to simple junctionless field effect transistor both in I ON/I OFF ratio and subthreshold slope. Here, junctionless tunnel field effect transistors with high-k dielectric and low-k spacers are demonstrated through simulation and shows an ON-current of 0.25 mA/μm for the gate voltage of 2 V and an OFF current of 3 pA/μm (neglecting gate leakage). In addition, our device shows optimized performance with high I ON/I OFF (~109). Moreover, a subthreshold slope of 47 mV/decade is obtained for a 50 nm gate length of simulated JLTFET at room temperature which indicates that JLTFET is a promising candidate for switching performance.  相似文献

We have investigated the 20 nm p-type double gate junctionless tunnel field effect transistor (P-DGJLTFET) and the impact of variation of different device parameters on the performance parameters of the P-DGJLTFET is discussed. We achieved excellent results of different performance parameters by taking the optimized device parameters of the P-DGJLTFET. Together with a high-k dielectric material (TiO2) of 20 nm gate length, the simulation results of the P-DGJLTFET show excellent characteristics with a high IoN of ~ 0.3 mA/μm, a low/OFF of ~ 30 fA/μm, a high ION/IOFF ratio of ~ 1×10^10, a subthreshold slope (SS) point of ~ 23 mV/decade, and an average SS of ~ 49 mV/decade at a supply voltage of -1 V and at room temperature, which indicates that PDGJLTFET is a promising candidate for sub-22 nm technology nodes in the implementation of integrated circuits.  相似文献

This study reports preparation of glass composition (54.50 wt.%) SiO2, (10.80 wt.%) B2O3, (14.20 wt.%) Na2O, (1.20 wt.%) K2O, (6.00 wt.%) CaO, (4.00 wt.%) Fe2O3 and (9.30 wt.%) TiO2 by melt quenching method using direct microwave heating and conventional resistive heating. Study of dielectric loss factor of the glass as function of temperature illustrated increasing loss factor above 370 ℃, 550 ℃, 650 ℃ and 900 ℃, indicating enhanced microwave absorption by the glass at above these temperatures. Chemical analysis results of both the glasses depicted more volatilization loss of volatile ingredients in conventional heating. The study of chemical durability was performed from leachate analysis describing less leaching of Na2O, K2O and other constituents from glass melted in microwave furnace. Glass transition temperatures (Tg) were found to be 576.3 ℃ and 569.5 ℃ for glass melted in conventional and microwave heating route, respectively. Laboratory experiment of glass melting utilizing microwave energy as an alternate heating source demonstrated 70%-75% electrical power saving.  相似文献

This paper presents the recently introduced modified subgradient method for optimization and its effectiveness in a fuzzy transportation model. Here a multi-item balanced transportation problem (MIBTP) is formulated where unit transportation costs are imprecise. Also available spaces and budgets at destinations are limited but imprecise. The objective is to find a shipment schedule for the items that minimizes the total cost subjected to imprecise warehouse and budget constraints at destinations. The proposed model is reduced to a multi-objective optimization problem using tolerances, then to a crisp single-objective one using fuzzy non-linear programming (FNLP) technique and Zimmermann's method. The above fuzzy MIBTP is also reduced to another form of deterministic one using modified sub-gradient method (MSM). These two crisp optimization problems are solved by Genetic Algorithm (GA). As an extension, fuzzy multi-item balanced solid transportation problems (STPs) with and without restrictions on some routes and items are formulated and reduced to deterministic ones following FNLP and Zimmermann's methods. These models are also solved by GA. Models are illustrated numerically, optimum results of fuzzy MIBTP from two deductions are compared. Results are also presented for different GA parameters.  相似文献
