Additive manufacturing-also known as 3D printing-has attracted much attention in recent years as a powerful method for the simple and versatile fabrication of complicated three-dimensional structures.However,the current technology still exhibits a limitation in realizing the selective deposition and sorting of various materials contained in the same reservoir,which can contribute significantly to additive printing or manufacturing by enabling simultaneous sorting and deposition of different substances through a single nozzle.Here,we propose a dielectrophoresis(DEP)-based material-selective deposition and sorting technique using a pipette-based quartz tuning fork(QTF)-atomic force microscope(AFM) platform DEPQA and demonstrate multi-material sorting through a single nozzle in ambient conditions.We used Au and silica nanoparticles for sorting and obtained 95% accuracy for spatial separation,which confirmed the surfaceenhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS).To validate the scheme,we also performed a simulation for the system and found qualitative agreement with the experimental results.The method that combines DEP,pipette-based AFM,and SERS may widely expand the unique capabilities of 3D printing and nano-micro patterning for multi-material patterning,materials sorting,and diverse advanced applications.  相似文献

We synthesized Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3−δ (BSCF) powders with a primary particle size of 20 nm using a Pechini type method. By using nanocrystalline BSCF powders, we were able to fabricate a ceria interlayer-free nanoporous cathode on a scandia stabilized zirconia (ScSZ) electrolyte at low temperatures. Cathodes sintered below 750 °C lacked sufficient mechanical adhesion to the electrolyte, while electrode was well adhered to the electrolyte when fired at 800 °C. The symmetrical BSCF-ScSZ|yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ)|BSCF-ScSZ half-cell that we generated had an exceptionally low polarization resistance of 0.06 Ω·cm2 at 700 °C. The maximum power density of the BSCF-ScSZ|ScSZ|Ni-ScSZ unit cell was over 1 W cm−2 at 700 °C. We investigated the durability of the BSCF-ScSZ composite cathode by 30 thermo-cycles performed by varying the temperature from 200 to 700 °C. The polarization resistance after the test remained low at less than 0.08 Ω·cm2.  相似文献

This paper presents the control of an indoor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) using multi-camera visual feedback. For the autonomous flight of the indoor UAV, instead of using onboard sensor information, visual feedback concept is employed by the development of an indoor flight test-bed. The indoor test-bed consists of four major components: the multi-camera system, ground computer, onboard color marker set, and quad-rotor UAV. Since the onboard markers are attached to the pre-defined location, position and attitude of the UAV can be estimated by marker detection algorithm and triangulation method. Additionally, this study introduces a filter algorithm to obtain the full 6-degree of freedom (DOF) pose estimation including velocities and angular rates. The filter algorithm also enhances the performance of the vision system by making up for the weakness of low cost cameras such as poor resolution and large noise. Moreover, for the pose estimation of multiple vehicles, data association algorithm using the geometric relation between cameras is proposed in this paper. The control system is designed based on the classical proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control, which uses the position, velocity and attitude from the vision system and the angular rate from the rate gyro sensor. This paper concludes with both ground and flight test results illustrating the performance and properties of the proposed indoor flight test-bed and the control system using the multi-camera visual feedback.  相似文献

Conventional approaches in modern robustness and sensitivity theory are not adequate for the problems associated with parameter variation since the structure of parameter variations cannot be modeled properly or included in the synthesis procedure. A new modeling technique is proposed to handle a class of structured plant uncertainties in a direct way. The key is to treat deterministic parameter variations as an internal feedback loop so that the structure of parameter variations is embedded in its model. An asymptotic LQG design synthesis based on this modeling method is also presented. An important relationship between the structure of plant uncertainties and the LQG weighting matrices is obtained. This relationship clearly specifies the kind of parameter variations allowable for the LQG/LTR method.  相似文献
