A highly effective technology for obtaining a protective antigenic complex, including the main Bordetella pertussis protective antigens (pertussis toxin, filamentous hemagglutinin, agglutinogens, pertactin and adenylate cyclase) and isolated from the supernatant of B. pertussis cultivation medium, has been developed. A new method for the detoxication of antigenic complex which more available to preserve the protective property was suggested. Experimental batches of monovaccine and adsorbed DPT vaccine with the acellular pertussis component, possessing high protective activity and low histamine-sensitizing properties, have been obtained. The stability of protective properties both in liquid and lyophilized acellular pertussis preparations has been noted. 相似文献

A method was developed for synthesis of poly-p-phenylenebenzobisthiazole (PPBT) from 2,5-diamino-1,4-dimercaptobenzene diphosphate (DADMB) and terephthalic acid (TPA) in a solution of polyphosphoric acid (PPA) with a 12–15 wt. % concentration of PPBT with a molecular weight of 34,000–38,600 ([η] = 24.5–28.8 dl/g). It was shown that a high concentration of P2O5 in PPA, which should be 85.5–86.5 wt. % at the end of the reaction, is one of the basic conditions for obtaining a high-molecular-weight polymer from DADMB diphosphate and TPA. The synthesized liquid-crystalline polymers with a high molecular weight and concentration of 14–15 wt. % in PPA solution were used in the form of polycondensation solutions for spinning high-modulus PPBT fibres. Cytological investigations of the bronchial secretion and sputum in particular have acquired in recent years a great practical significance in pulmonary pathology. It is recommended to use cytodiagnosis along with prophylactic X-ray examinations of the population to detect pulmonary pathology, in particular among individuals with a higher risk of developing cancer. A substantiated opinion is put forward that cytodiagnosis should precede examinations of patients with clinico-roentgenologically confirmed changes in the lungs. 相似文献

The solid residue and condensate from the pipeline transportation of coke-oven gas are investigated. Approaches to disposal of the residue are considered: pyrolysis in coking batch; furnace incineration at thermal power plants; addition to coal tar; and utilization together with heavy tars from the cleaning of tar storage tanks. The residue contains up to 69.4% naphthalene. A technology is proposed for the utilization of solid residue and condensate from the transportation of coke-oven gas. 相似文献

A novel trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitor has been isolated from potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) tubers. The isolation procedure included ammonium sulfate precipitation, gel-chromatography on Sephadex G-75 and ion-exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose. The inhibitor interacts with trypsin and chymotrypsin at a molar ratio of 1:1. The substrate-dependent dissociation of the enzyme-inhibitor complexes is observed. The inhibitor displays no activity towards subtilisin and pancreatic elastase. The ability of the inhibitor to form a ternary complex containing simultaneously both trypsin and chymotrypsin molecules testifies to the presence of two independent reactive sites for these enzymes. 相似文献
