Controlled release matrix tablets of ketorolac tromethamine (KT) were prepared by direct compression technique using cellulose derivatives as hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (HPMC), hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC), and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) in different concentrations (10–20%). The effect of polymer type and concentration was investigated on drug release by 2³ factorial design. For the quality control of matrix tablets, weight deviation, hardness, friability, diameter–height ratio, content uniformity of KT, and in vitro dissolution technique were performed. UV Spectrophotometric method was used to detection of KT in matrix tablets. This method was validated. Dissolution profiles of the formulations were plotted and evaluated kinetically. An increase in polymer content resulted with a slow release rate of drug as was expected. According to the dissolution results, tablets prepared with HPMC + HEC + CMC (F1 and F8) were found to be the most suitable formulation for KT. About 99.27% KT was released from F8 in 7 h.  相似文献

Interfacial reactions between Al alloy and andalusite low-cement castables (LCCs) containing 5 wt pct B2O3, B4C, and BN were analyzed at 1123 K and 1433 K (850 °C and 1160 °C) using the Alcoa cup test. The results showed that the addition of boron-containing materials led to the formation of aluminoborate (9Al2O3.2B2O3) and glassy phase containing boron in the prefiring temperature (1373 K [1100 °C]), which consequently improved the corrosion resistance of the refractories. The high heat of formation of the aluminoborate phase (which increased its stability to reactions with molten Al alloy) and the low solubility of boron in molten Al were the major factors that contributed to the improvement in the corrosion resistance of B-doped samples.  相似文献

An efficient fuzzification algorithm named as Dynamic Precision Fuzzification (DPF) is introduced in this paper which is mainly developed for hardware implementation. The DPF which might be generally used with any piecewise linear membership function, exploits an inherent capacity of the normal fuzzification algorithm to improve its efficiency when realized in a finite-precision implementation bed such as digital VLSI. The accuracy simulation results of the DPF and normal fuzzification method are presented and compared to show the superiority of the DPF. As the word-length is the most important parameter in a finite-precision implementation environment which determines the system cost-precision trade-off, the simulation results show that DPF provides suitable precision improvements with respect to traditional fuzzification without increasing the system word-length. The VLSI synthesis results of both methods are also presented to show that this considerable accuracy improvement is achieved by an acceptable increase in its VLSI implementation costs in terms of area, delay, and power consumption with respect to traditional methods.  相似文献

MiR‐155 plays a critical role in the formation of cancers and other diseases. In this study, the authors aimed to design and fabricate a biosensor based on cross‐linking gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) aggregation for the detection and quantification of miR‐155. Also, they intended to compare this method with SYBR Green real‐time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Primers for real‐time PCR, and two thiolated capture probes for biosensor, complementary with miR‐155, were designed. Citrate capped AuNPs (18.7 ± 3.6 nm) were synthesised and thiolated capture probes immobilised to AuNPs. The various concentrations of synthetic miR‐155 were measured by this biosensor and real‐time PCR method. Colorimetric changes were studied, and the calibration curves were plotted. Results showed the detection limit of 10 nM for the fabricated biosensor and real‐time PCR. Also, eye detection using colour showed the weaker detection limit (1 µM), for this biosensor. MiR‐133b as the non‐complementary target could not cause a change in both colour and UV–visible spectrum. The increase in hydrodynamic diameter and negative zeta potential of AuNPs after the addition of probes verified the biosensor accurately fabricated.
