Elasto-plastic analysis of crack in metallic foams

To determine the solutions of the well-known problem of a finite width strip with single edge crack,some results on elasto-plastic fracture analysis for metallic foams are reported.Meanwhile,in order to discuss and put an insight into the nonlinear fracture analysis,the Dugdale model for plastic deformation of this configuration for metallic foams is recommended and solved.Combining the asymptotic solution with the Dugdale model and elastic solution,the stress field in the plastic zone and the size of the plastic zone are expressed as analytical forms.Based on Williams expansion method,the estimate of the scale factor is also completed and analyzed.In view of these analytical solutions,the results show the scale factor is a useful parameter for the fracture theory of metallic foams.     

Experimental study of the mechanical property of barrel processed by cold radial forging

The cold radial forging process usually introduces some changes of the material, such as the increased strength, the decreased plasticity and the introduction of anisotropic mechanical property. To obtain the changes of mechanical property of barrel processed by cold radial forging, the tangential mechanical properties of the barrel blank and the forged barrel are measured with a designed test based on the plastic deformation analysis for a barrel and by applying internal pressure, and their axial mechanical properties are measured by the tensile test. The changes of mechanical property of barrel processed by cold radial forging are obtained by comparing the mechanical properties of the barrel blank and the forged barrel. The tangential and axial flow stresses of the barrel blank and the forged barrel are also presented.     

科研合作网络的社团结构和中心节点研究

对发表于《ISI-SCIE（Science Citation Index Expanded）》上的PHARMACOLOGY＆PHARMACY学科的论文作者合作研究形成的一个复杂网络进行了研究。分析表明该合作网络共有40个子网络,其最大连通子网络节点的度服从幂律分布且有厚尾趋势,具有较小的平均路径长度,较大的聚类系数,存在少数关键节点,具有典型的小世界性和无标度性。并通过GN算法分析和挖掘了该最大连通子网络的社团结构,用度值、介数值和PAGERANK值等指标评价了网络的中心节点,揭示了合作网络中合作水平较高的科研团队和具有影响力的科学家。     

Numerical simulation of transport phenomena in continuous casting of steel plates with electromagnetic brake

The present work numerically investigates two-dimensional (2-D) solidification transport phenomena (EM-STP) during continuous casting (CC) process in the absence and the presence of static magnetic fields (SMFs), based on a unified numerical model. For the purpose of controlling vortexes, the electromagnetic brake (EMBR) effects of various SMFs under the given depth of submerged entry nozzle (SEN) and the same casting velocity V0 are investigated. ANSYS software is used to analyze the SMFs that applied to the EMCC process, and then a data-conversion program based on the principle of linear interpolation proposed previously is used to deal with the issue of data-format-matching between FEM and FVM. The simulation results indicate that, an appropriate SMF can effectively suppress the bulk liquid flow in CC-process of steel plate, and with increase of the intensity of applied magnetic fields, the vortexes become weaker and the oscillating amplitude of impinging jet decreases. Based on the knowledge gained from the EMCC-STP analysis and by comparing the results with the applied magnetic fields with those without magnetic fields, it is found that a SMF with |Bmax|=55×10-3 T can meet the need of braking, and consequently improve the quality of casting by reducing the penetration of non-metallic inclusions, as well as avoiding breakout, macro-segregation and crack ultimately.     

无线遥控循迹机器人的设计与实现

本文介绍了整个测量系统的组成和原理,并进行了系统硬件和软件设计,包括单片机最小系统、L298N电机驱动电路、RS232串口电路、循迹电路等的设计;软件设计包括数据处理部分、遥控部分和循迹部分等的设计。在AT89S52单片机中,以RS232串口和XL02～232API无线模块作为传输通道,实现了通过电脑遥控控制机器人运行以及自动寻迹的功能,具有实时性好,工作效率高等优点。     

手机机械结构与SAR优化

国际上通行的方法是用比吸收率(SAR)来衡量手机辐射大小。通过对不同结构的手机、不同形式的PCB板设计、不同位置、类型的天线等因素的分析比对,找出可以最小化SAR的方法,为未来手机设计提供参考。     

斜坡倾角对山体导流塔太阳能热气流电站系统性能的影响

提出了一种在中高纬地区利用阳面山体坡地建造的山体导流塔太阳能热气流电站,该太阳能热气流电站的集热棚搭建在一定坡度的山体上,兼做导流塔,在山体顶部建造一定高度的垂直导流塔,并利用理论推导的方法研究了影响电站系统效率的主要因素。结果表明:斜坡倾角对山体导流塔太阳能热气流电站系统效率有较大的影响,在中高纬地区当斜坡倾角比纬度小7°～10°时,集热棚单位面积斜面上截获的年辐射量比水平集热棚高25%。另外由于山体导流塔太阳能热气流电站的集热棚同时可兼作部分导流作用,因此该系统可适当减小垂直导流塔的高度,减少工程施工难度。     

龙门山北段KSL区块栖霞组生屑滩气藏特征

根据龙门山北段矿山梁地区钻井资料及实验数据,研究下二叠统栖霞组、烃源岩条件、储层特征及圈闭类型特征,认为栖霞组烃源条件丰富,储层主要发育裂缝-孔隙型储集层。储集空间以次生成因的晶间孔、晶间溶孔和溶洞为主。储层的形成与演化主要受沉积作用和成岩作用的影响。最有利于储层形成的沉积相带为台地边缘及台内的浅水高能生屑滩;最有利于储层形成的是白云岩化、溶蚀、破裂作用等建设性成岩作用,分析矿山梁地区油气成藏条件及富集规律。     

有第二相粒子阻碍的晶粒粗化元胞自动机模拟

采用元胞自动机算法模拟晶粒粗化过程中第二相粒子的阻碍现象。通过CA法,在考虑第二相粒子阻碍的晶粒粗化过程中模拟了其动力学、拓扑学及形态学的演化,并研究了温度及时间对粗化过程的影响。模拟结果显示:考虑第二相粒子,晶粒的粗化动力学指数接近3,而不是2;但是拓扑学特征与理想条件的粗化相同,即晶粒边数为6的晶粒占的比例最大,其次为五边形和七边形,而晶粒边数为3或10的晶粒所占比例很低,约为5%左右;CA法模拟晶粒粗化过程组织形态演化表明,随着保温时间的增加或温度的升高,晶粒平均尺寸在增大。模拟结果与相关文献中的结论相同,表明了本文CA模型的可靠性。     

离子印迹磁性硅胶固相萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定抗菌食品包装材料银溶出量

制备了离子印迹磁性硅胶(Ion Imprinting Magnetic Silica,IIMS),并以其为磁性固相萃取剂,建立了磁性固相萃取(Magnetic Solid Phase Extraction,MSPE)-火焰原子吸收光谱测定抗菌食品包装材料银溶出量的新方法.考察了样品pH值、洗脱剂类型和体积、超声萃取和洗脱时间等参数的影响,评价了IIMS的选择性.结果表明,Ag+在pH 4.0条件下可以实现完全萃取,2.0 mL硫脲(2%,M/V)-HNO3(0.2 mol/L)可实现Ag+的定量洗脱.在优化的试验条件下,IIMS的吸附容量为91.4 mg/g(Ag+);该法的检出限(3σ)为0.26 ng/mL(Ag+),富集倍数为91.8.该法成功应用于抗菌水杯、抗菌饭盒和食品抗菌保鲜膜银溶出量的测定,加标回收率在96.4%~101.0%之间.
