Single cold rolling and double cold rolling were applied to hot rolled strips with different reduction ratios. The evolutions of {100},{111} and Goss face texture during double rolling were investigated by comparing the orientation distribution function(ODF) of the double rolled sample with that of the single rolled one. To overcome the limitations of traditional monitoring methods, based on vibration parameter image of rotating machinery, this paper presents an abnormality online monitoring method suitable for rotating machinery using the negative selection mechanism of biology immune system. This method uses techniques of biology clone and learning mechanism to improve the negative selection algorithm to generate detectors possessing different monitoring radius, covers the abnormality space effectively, and avoids such problems as the low efficiency of generating detectors, etc. The result of an example applying the presented monitoring method shows that this method can solve the difficulty of obtaining fault samples preferably and extract the turbine state character effectively, it also can detect abnormality by causing various fault of the turbine and obtain the degree of abnormality accurately. The exact monitoring precision of abnormality indicates that this method is feasible and has better on-line quality, accuracy and robustness.  相似文献

To maximize the number of vehicles passing by the stop-line in a cycle and improve the operation efficiency of intersection in China,the settlement of left-turn lane waiting-zone is becoming prevailing. Based on conflicting-point method,the internal mechanism of left-turn flow after stopping line was analyzed through taking postposition left-turn lane waiting-zone intersection for instance. The relationship between the first left-turn vehicle and the last vehicle of previous phase passing the conflicting point was expounded. According to the time of successive arriving of two vehicle flows at conflicting-point,the reasonable layout for waiting area of left-turn vehicles was researched when the clearance index was less than 0. The results suggest that the appropriate layout for waiting area of left-turning vehicles can improve the operation efficiency of intersections.  相似文献

The zonal disintegration phenomenon (ZDP) is a typical phenomenon in deep block rock masses. In order to investigate the mechanism of ZDP, an improved non-linear Hock-Brown strength criterion and a bi-linear constitutive model of rock mass were used to analyze the elasto-plastic stress field of the enclosing rock mass around a deep round tunnel. The radius of the plastic region and stress of the enclosing rock mass were obtained by introducing dimensionless parameters of radial distance. The results show that tunneling in deep rock mass causes a maximum stress zone to appear in the vicinity of the boundary of the elastic and the plas-tic zone in the surrounding rock mass. Under the compression of a large tangential force and a small radial force, the rock mass in the maximum stress zone was in an approximate uniaxial loading state, which could lead to a split failure in the rock mass.  相似文献

High-speed steel W18Cr4V is commonly used in industries such as blade and mould manufacturers because of its high level of hardness and toughness, red-hardness and resistance. Ion implantation is an effective method to improve the wear resis-tance of W18Cr4V. In our investigation, Ta and Ta+N ion implantation was performed on W18Cr4V high-speed steel. The surface properties after implantation were evaluated by measuring friction coefficients while the carbonyl phase of the surface was ana-lyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis. It was found that the friction coefficients of the treated samples were much lower. Samples implanted with Ta+N had a lower friction coefficients than samples implanted only with Ta. This can be attributed to the formation of a new chemical compound, Fe7Ta3, on both surfaces. An even harder chemical compound, Fe2N, was formed on both sttrfaces of Ta+N implanted samples.  相似文献

江西省浒坑钨矿是一个大型石英脉黑钨矿矿床,含矿石英脉除了块状石英脉以外,还大量发育条带状石英脉。本文针对条带状石英脉进行了专门研究,认为条带状石英脉实质上是韧性剪切带,以透入性发育的剪切面理和拉伸线理、剪切透镜体、剪切分异条带普遍发育为特色。剪切带岩石以石英质糜棱岩为主,具有丰富的塑性变形显微构造特征。显微剪切指向构造统计表明,东西向和北西向脉组的运动方式均以左旋正滑为主,近水平脉组则以正滑为主。北西向韧性剪切带的新生绢云母^40Ar-^39Ar坪年龄为140.3±1.0Ma,相应的等时线年龄为139.6±2.4Ma;而东西向韧性剪切带绢云母^40Ar-^39Ar坪年龄则比较复杂,高温阶段年龄可能受到成矿期白云母残斑的影响,中温阶段的表观年龄和总气体年龄更接近前一样品的坪年龄。据此认为韧性剪切变形的年龄为140Ma左右,韧性变形发生在成岩和成矿之后。条带状石英脉系块状石英脉韧性剪切改造而成,推测其形成主要与晚期补充岩体的斜向上侵作用有关,但更为合理的模式需要更多资料的进一步证实。  相似文献

由于各向异性介质电磁参数为张量形式,使得各向异性介质涂覆导体目标的电磁散射建模和精确计算相当复杂和困难.引入高阶张量阻抗边界条件,可以大大简化建模过程,提高计算效率.论文针对各向异性介质涂覆曲面导体目标,采用基于平面近似的高阶张量阻抗边界条件,将一维二阶张量阻抗边界条件应用于柱面涂覆目标,二维二阶张量阻抗边界条件应用于三维曲面涂覆目标上,建立二者的高阶张量阻抗边界条件解.设计算例仿真,并与精确解/矩量法解比较.通过仿真,研究了各向异性介质涂覆目标电尺寸、涂覆厚度以及目标形状对高阶张量阻抗边界条件解的精度的影响.  相似文献
