基于Solidworks的RV减速器测量建模及装配

机器人用RV减速器是以传统针摆行星传动为基础,结合行星齿轮传动发展而来,具有体积小、传动比范围大、精度保持稳定、传动平稳等优点,是工业机器人传动的核心部件之一.以RV减速器实物拆卸、测绘实验为基础,阐述在无标准数据参考的情况下对RV减速器进行测量,在Solidworks软件依照测量数据对零部件进行三维建模,以减速器实物的零部件实际配合情况为参考对零件进行局部配合修改,并分层仿真装配的实验过程,并针对摆线轮廓的画法进行着重讲述,既能够直观地了解RV减速器的组成结构和传动原理,也能够掌握对陌生机械零部件认识方法和三维建模、装配能力,为后续深入了解其他机械零部件的研究提供可行性帮助.     

Experimental study on the penetration interfaces of pipes with different cross‐sections in overflow water‐assisted coinjection molding

The residual wall thicknesses (RWT) of the skin and the inner layers are important quality indicators of water‐assisted co‐injection molding (WACIM) parts. The influences of the shape of the cavity cross section and the processing parameters, including the water pressure, water delay time, inner melt temperature, and inner melt flow rate, on the penetration of the inner melt and water were explored via experiments. The results showed that the shape of the penetration section of the inner melt was closer to the cavity section with round corners, while that of the water ended up being round. Both the penetration ratios of the inner melt and the water increased proportionally with increasing circle ratio. Both the minimum values of the total RWT and the inner melt RWT increased with increasing circle ratio. Both the maximum values of the total RWT and the inner melt RWT increased with increasing Max_D, which is the maximum distance between the inscribed circle center and the wall. Both the penetration ratios of the inner melt and the water increased with increasing water pressure, decreased with increasing water delay time, and increased with increasing inner melt flow rate and increasing inner melt temperature. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Influence of FeCrAl Content on Microstructure and Bonding Strength of Plasma-Sprayed FeCrAl/Al<Subscript>2</Subscript>O<Subscript>3</Subscript> Coatings

Low-power plasma-sprayed FeCrAl/Al₂O₃ composite coatings with 1.5 mm thickness have been fabricated for radar absorption applications. The effects of FeCrAl content on the coating properties were studied. The FeCrAl presents in the form of a few thin lamellae and numerous particles, demonstrating relatively even distribution in all the coatings. Results show that the micro-hardness and porosity decrease with the increase in FeCrAl content. With FeCrAl content increasing from 28 to 47 wt.%, the bonding strength of the coatings with 1.5 mm thickness increases from 10.5 to 27 MPa, and the failure modes are composed of cohesive and adhesive failure, which are ascribed to the coating microstructure and the residual stress, respectively.     

Effect of Critical Plasma Spray Parameters on Microstructure and Microwave Absorption Property of Ti<Subscript>3</Subscript>SiC<Subscript>2</Subscript>/Cordierite Coatings

Ti₃SiC₂/cordierite coatings with different critical plasma spray parameters (CPSP) were fabricated via atmospheric plasma spraying method. The microstructure and phase constitution of the as-sprayed Ti₃SiC₂/cordierite coatings were characterized. The effects of CPSP conditions on the electromagnetic shielding, and dielectric and microwave absorption properties of coatings in the frequency of 8.2-12.4 GHz were also measured and investigated. The results showed that both real and imaginary part of the complex permittivity decrease with increasing CPSP values, which can be ascribed to the decomposition of some Ti₃SiC₂ into TiC. The calculated reflection loss of the as-sprayed Ti₃SiC₂/cordierite coatings with different CPSP conditions and thicknesses indicates that coatings with CPSP 0.3, 0.35, and 0.425 exhibit excellent microwave absorption property in the thickness of 1.5 mm. In order to broaden the bandwidth of the coatings, a double-layer coating system was designed. The calculated reflection loss results show that when the thickness of matching layer is 0.3 mm and the thickness of absorbing layer is 1.5 mm, the double-layer coating system shows a proper microwave absorption property with a minimum absorption value of ?17.37 dB at 9.67 GHz and a absorption bandwidth (RL less than ?5 dB) of 4.16 GHz in the investigated frequency.     

三辊卷板机卷制任意锥筒的调整计算及卷制过程

针对三辊卷板机卷制任意锥筒难度较大的情况,经过长期对卷板机的设计和研究,通过分析卷板的工艺原理和三辊卷板机的工作原理,利用卷板机上轴辊的调整规律,推导出较为实用的数学公式。避免在卷制锥筒时反复进行多次操作,降低了劳动强度,从而提高了生产率。     

矿用高强度扁平接链环结构参数的有限元优化设计

利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,在考虑结构接触非线性的情况下,对矿用高强度扁平接链环结构在承受静载荷的状态下进行有限元优化设计。实验表明,优化后的接链环寿命有较大提高。     

静压轴承在精密机床中的应用

阐述了几种液体静压轴承的结构、参数、工作原理及应用情况。重点分析了有周向回油槽的静压轴承 ,通过数学分析得出科学结论。
