文章分析了薄球壳压电换能器的瞬态响应，给出等效电路，推导出换能器瞬态响应的传递函数，换能器运动的瞬态响应可以通过留数定律解析而得，在应用薄球壳换能器时，该方法在解释建模和声学测量方面可以作为一个较好的实际源函数。

Timing of onset of contraceptive effectiveness in Depo-Provera users. II. Effects on ovarian function

1. Microsomal P450 and peroxisomal fatty acid oxidation activities were studied in liver of rats after long-term ethanol consumption. 2. Ethanol increased the microsomal lauric acid omega-hydroxylation and the aminopyrine N-demethylation catalyzed by cytochrome P450. 3. Ethanol increased peroxisomal beta-oxidation of palmitoyl CoA and catalase activity in liver. 4. Both microsomal and peroxisomal activities behaved in a coordinate way in the liver of rats with long-term ethanol consumption. 5. These results would support a role of microsomal omega-hydroxylation and peroxisomal beta-oxidation of fatty acids in an extramitochondrial pathway of lipid oxidation in the liver.

Broadband model order reduction of polynomial matrix equations using single‐point well‐conditioned asymptotic waveform evaluation: derivations and theory

To effect a model order reduction (MORe) process on a system which has a polynomial matrix equation dependence on the MORe parameter, researchers generally take one of two approaches. The first is to linearize the system by introducing extra degrees of freedom and then to solve the resulting expanded, linear system with a method such as Lanczos or Arnoldi. The second approach is to work directly with the polynomial system and use a technique such as asymptotic waveform evaluation (AWE). Of course, each approach has advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, a new technique will be presented which has some desirable characteristics from both approaches and which is able to circumvent simultaneously some of their disadvantages. It can be shown that both the Arnoldi and the AWE methods are special cases of this new technique. Finally, numerical results will show the viability of the new method, which will be called the well‐conditioned asymptotic waveform evaluation (WCAWE) method. The analgesic activity of crotamine, a neurotoxin from Crotalus durissus terrificus (South American rattlesnake) venom: a biochemical and pharmacological study

Crotamine, a 4.88 kDa neurotoxic protein, has been purified to apparent homogeneity from Crotalus durissus venom by gel filtration on Sephadex G-75. When injected (i.p. or s.c.) in adult male Swiss mice (20-25 g), it induced a time-dose dependent analgesic effect which was inhibited by naloxone, thus suggesting an opioid action mechanism. When compared with morphine (4 mg/kg), crotamine, even in extremely low doses (133.4 microg/kg, i.p., about 0.4% of a LD50 is approximately 30-fold more potent than morphine (w/w) as an analgesic. On a molar basis it is more than 500-fold more potent than morphine. It is also much more potent than the lower molecular weight crude fractions of the same venom. The antinociceptive effects of crotamine and morphine were assayed by the hot plate test and by the acetic acid-induced writhing method. Therefore, both central and peripheral mechanisms should be involved. Histopathological analysis of the brain, liver, skeletal muscles, stomach, lungs, spleen, heart, kidneys and small intestine of the crotamine injected mice did not show any visible lesion in any of these organs by light microscopy. Since crotamine accounted for 22% (w/w) of the desiccated venom, it was identified as its major antinociceptive low molecular weight peptide component.     

联合应用可变钠和超滤曲线对预防透析症状低血压的作用

目的:观察联合应用可变钠和超滤曲线透析对透析中低血压及相关症状发生率的影响。方法:随机选择既往有IDH血透患者32例,各用常规透析(常规组)和联合应用可变钠和超滤曲线(联合组)透析2周,监测血容量、血压、体重、超滤量,透前后血清电解质、BUN、Ccr变化。结果:联合组IDH(IDH)及相关症状发生率明显低于常规组,透析前后Na 浓度、体重、超滤量、BUN、Ccr两组相比,差异无显著性意义。透析结束时常规组收缩压比透前明显下降,差异有显著性意义,常规组血容量下降率明显高于联合组,血容量下降总量两组差异无显著性意义。结论:联合采用可变钠和超滤曲线有助于减少IDH发生,并能有效维持透析超滤过程中的血容量和收缩压的作用。该方法不以增加患者钠负荷为代价,不造成透析间期体重增重过多。
