强化会计内部控制促进高校科学管理

建立和强化完善的会计内部控制体系,对于高校优化资源,促进科学管理有着重要意义.针对当前高校会计内部控制的不足,提出了若干解决对策.

EC与~（99m）Tc－GH之间的配体交换反应动力学研究

实验表明，ＥＣ浓度与配体交换反应速度常数无关，体系的ｐＨ值对速度常数和９９ｍＴｃ－ＥＣ的标记率影响较大。测定并计算了不同ｐＨ值的交换反应速度常数。结果表明，为保证用配体交换法制备９９ｍｃ－ＥＣ时９９ｍｃ－ＥＣ的标记率大于９０％，体系的ｐＨ值必须≥８。     

Improved stability conditions for systems with interval time-varying delay

The paper is concerned with the stability of linear systems with interval time-varying delay. Through constructing a new augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) which contains some quadruple-integral terms and estimating the time derivative of the LKF less conservatively, new stability criteria are derived without introducing any free matrices. Moreover, by proving the positive definiteness of the LKF with some integral inequalities, the constraints on some functional parameters are relaxed and the conservatism of the obtained results are further reduced. Numerical examples are also given to demonstrate the effectiveness and reduced conservatism of the obtained results.     

一种制做三维牙——颌骨光弹性模型的新方法

本文提出一种用“整体浇注法”制做三维牙——颌骨光弹性模型的新方法,即用价格便宜的石膏做阴模,先制出与真实牙几何相似的牙光弹性模型和模拟牙周膜的乳胶套,将它们粘接好,然后将其放入颌骨石膏阴模的适当位置,浇入环氧树脂混合液,用“二次固化法”进行固化,即可制成三维牙——颌骨整体光弹性模型。此法能保证模型与实物的严格几何相似和牙周的边界条件相似,使实验精度大大提高且工艺简单、成本低。     

Parallel Algorithms for Image Template Matching on Hypercube SIMD Computers

This correspondence presents several parallel algorithms for image template matching on an SIMD array processor with a hypercube interconnection network. For an N by N image and an M by M window, the time complexity is reduced from O(N2M2) for the serial algorithm to O(M2/K2 + M * log2 N/K + log2 N * log2 K) for the N2K2-PE system (1 ? K ? M), or to O(N2M2/L2) for the L2-PE system (L ? N). With efficient use of the inter-PE communication network, each PE requires only a small local memory, many unnecessary data transmissions are eliminated, and the time complexity is greatly reduced.
