In this work the effects of different promoters (Cr, Al, Mn, Ce, Ni, Co and Cu) on the structural and catalytic properties of Nanocrystalline iron based catalysts for high temperature water gas shift reaction were investigated. The catalysts were prepared in active phase (Fe3O4) via a facile direct synthesis routs without any additive and characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption (BET), temperature-programmed reduction (TPR), transmission and scanning electron microscopies (TEM,SEM) techniques. The obtained results indicated that synergic effect of Mn and Ni promoters can lead to obtain a Cr-free catalyst with high activity. In addition, the effect of Ni content on the structural and catalytic properties of the Fe–Mn–Ni catalysts was investigated. It was found that Fe–Mn–Ni catalyst with Fe/Mn = 10 and Fe/Ni = 5 weight ratios showed the highest catalytic activity among the prepared catalysts and possessed a stable catalytic performance without any decrease during 10 h time on stream. Moreover, the effect of GHSV and steam/gas ratio on the catalytic performance of this catalyst was investigated.  相似文献

An algorithm for a voice activity detector (VAD) is proposed. It is based on the exponential generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity (EGARCH) filter for generalized hyperbolic (GH), Gaussian random variables, adaptive threshold values and autocorrelation coefficients. EGARCH models are a new variation of GARCH models used especially in economic time series. A speech signal is assumed to have a GH because GH has heavier tails than the Gaussian distribution (GD) covering other heavy tailed distributions like hyperbolic, skewed $t$ , variance gamma (VG), inverse Gaussian (NIG), Cauchy, Student’s $t$ and Laplace distributions. The distribution of noise signal is assumed to be uncorrelated (white noise), but in general, that is not necessary. In the proposed method, heteroscedasticity is modeled by EGARCH. A kernel smoothed function of conditional variances and autocorrelations generate the soft detection vector. Finally, hard detection is the result of comparing the soft detection vector with an adaptive threshold value. The simulation results show that the proposed VAD is able to operate down to $-5$  dB.  相似文献

Wheel surface condition plays an important role in the grinding operation. Grinding wheel loading, meaning chip accumulation in the space between grains, leads to deteriorating wheel cutting ability and causes excessive force and temperature. This paper presents an analytical model of wheel loading phenomena as a function of cutting parameters, wheel structure, and material properties. The model is based on the adhesion of workpiece material to abrasive grain surface. It is validated by experimental results from grinding nickel-based superalloy with cubic boron nitride vitrified wheel. This model considers wheel specifications including abrasive grains size and the number of cutting edges. Cutting parameters and process temperature are the other determinant factors. On the basis of this model and empirical results, the effects of the various process parameters are presented.  相似文献

The cleanup method of modified low temperature was compared with the standardized method of modified ultrasound-assisted liquid–liquid (UALL) extraction for the analysis of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in olive oil and refined pomace olive oil. The modified UALL extraction consisted in purification on C18 reversed-phase, Florisil-bonded-phase and NH2 cartridges, and modified low-temperature extraction was followed by alumina-N and NH2 solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridges. Both methods are followed by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. The chromatograms of the final extracts showed lower interferences in both of the methods. The solvent consumption and cost for the modified UALL method were higher than those of the modified low temperature, and also, it needed more equipment, but its analysis time was less. The limit of detection and limit of quantitation of the modified UALL method were 0.16–0.97 and 0.57–2.93 μg kg?1, respectively, and for the modified low temperature, they were 0.09–1.97 and 0.29–5.99 μg kg?1, respectively. The PAH recoveries for the modified UALL extraction method ranged from 75.0 to 111.0 % (RSD?=?3–8 %), and for the modified low temperature, they ranged from 81.5 to 113.8 % (RSD?=?3–10 %).  相似文献

A simple, template-free and scalable modified sol-gel route was developed for the synthesis of mesoporous flake-like magnesium aluminate spinel (MgAl2O4) at low temperature (700 °C) with high surface area (281 m2 g?1). The obtained spinel materials were characterized by means of physicochemical techniques including X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and N2 adsorption-desorption analysis. The propylene oxide was used as gelation and pore forming agent in the sol-gel process. Different morphologies and sizes of flake were generated by the varied synthesis conditions. The result materials reveal that the textural properties of the MgAl2O4 product are strongly associated with the nature and amount of addictive solvent and calcination temperatures. It shows that the BET surface area decrease as the increase of calcination temperature and the optimal temperature of 700 °C result in the pure phase of MgAl2O4 spinel. This synthesis strategy offers a feasible approach for scalable fabrication of mixed metal oxides for various catalytic reactions or catalyst supports due to the large surface area.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In this study, hydrogen sulfide interaction with pristine, B-, N-, and B&N atom-doped beryllium oxide nanotube (BeONTs) is investigated by the density functional theory (DFT) method. At the first step, we considered different configuration models for the adsorption of H2S on the surface of nanotube and then we selected 12 stable models for this study. The structures of all selected models are optimized and the quantum properties, thermodynamic parameters, natural bond orbitals (NBO), reduced density gradient (RDG), molecular electrostatic potential (MEP), and atom in molecule (AIM) parameters are calculated at the cam–B3LYP level of theory with 6–31G (d) base set. The obtained Eads for the exterior surface of nanotube is exothermic and is in the range –3.15 to –28.34?Kcal mol–1, and that for the interior surface is endothermic and is in the range 19.17 to 27.17?kcal mol–1. The gap energy for pure, B-doped, N-doped, and B&N-doped BeONTs is 10.11, 10.03 (α spin), 10.13 (α spin), and 9.35?eV, respectively. The results of thermodynamic parameters, such as ΔG and ΔH values for the adsorption of H2S, on the surface of B-doped BeONTs are more negative than other models and favorable in thermodynamic approach. The NBO, MEP, NMR, and HOMO–LUMO results confirm that the electron charge transfer occurs from H2S molecule toward BeONTs, as a result the bonding type of H2S?…?BeONTs is weak ionic.  相似文献

2D materials display very promising intrinsic material properties, with multiple applications in electronics, photonics, and sensing. In particular layered platinum diselenide has shown high potential due to its layer-dependent tunable bandgap, low-temperature growth, and high environmental stability. Here, the conformal and area selective (AS) low-temperature growth of layered PtSe2 is presented defining a new paradigm for 2D material integration. The thermally-assisted conversion of platinum which is deposited by AS atomic layer deposition to PtSe2 is demonstrated on various substrates with a distinct 3D topography. Further the viability of the approach is presented by successful on-chip integration of hybrid semiconductor devices, namely by the manufacture of a highly sensitive ammonia sensors channel with 3D topography and fully integrated infrared-photodetectors on silicon photonics waveguides. The presented methodologies of conformal and AS growth therefore lay the foundation for new design routes for the synthesis of more complex hybrid structures with 2D materials.  相似文献

The effects of different heat treatment methods on the extraction yield of oil and the amygdalin contents of the wild almond meal and oil were investigated. When using hexane as a solvent for the extraction, oil yield and amygdalin contents of the extracted oils increased by increasing the applied temperature as the pretreatment (46.1–51.6%, w/w, for oil yield and 26–49 mg/100 mL oil for the amygdalin content). When using mechanical oil extraction, hot-press resulted in higher oil yield (23.2%) than did the cold-press (15.6%) but the amygdalin levels of the extracted oils were not significantly different (12.8–12.9 mg/100 mL oil). Autoclaving ground wild almond and hot-press resulted in a significant increase in the peroxide and acid values of the oils. Investigation of fatty acid profiles of different samples showed that heat treatment and extraction method in this study did not impact the fatty acid profiles of the extracted oils.  相似文献
