In the world of large‐scale applications, software as a service (SaaS) in general and use of microservices, in particular, is bringing service‐oriented architectures to a new level: Systems in general and systems that interact with human users (eg, sociotechnical systems) in particular are built by composing microservices that are developed independently and operated by different parties. At the same time, SaaS applications are used more and more widely by enterprises as well as public services for providing critical services, including those processing security or privacy of relevant data. Therefore, providing secure and reliable service compositions is increasingly needed to ensure the success of SaaS solutions. Building such service compositions securely is still an unsolved problem. In this paper, we present a framework for modelling, validating, and ranking secure service compositions that integrate both automated services as well as services that interact with humans. As a unique feature, our approach for ranking services integrates validated properties (eg, based on the result of formally analysing the source code of a service implementation) as well as contractual properties that are part of the service level agreement and, thus, not necessarily ensured on a technical level. 相似文献

Plant-derived insoluble proteins (wheat gluten, and isolates from pea, lentil, and soybean) were used as fining agents in model white wine (made from Catalanesca grapes) after cold stabilization. Plant proteins were effective in giving a fast and remarkable decrease in turbidity. GC/MS and HPLC/MS approaches indicated that individual proteins had a different impact on the levels of compounds relevant to wine stability. Protein stability of wine was not affected by fining with plant proteins. Lentil proteins and gluten gave the best removal of monomeric and dimeric flavonol. Both caused a decrease in the total content of fermentative aroma compounds, such as ethyl esters, acetate esters, and alcohols. Lentil proteins had the highest impact on the aroma components, giving a marked decrease in aroma components. Gluten may thus be regarded as giving the best balance between fining efficacy and retention of aroma compounds. Also, gluten in the treated wines remained well below the suggested threshold for gluten-free foods. This study provides a methodological frame for thorough characterization of the impact of specific interventions on key wine components. 相似文献

This research evaluated the functional potential of a fermented milk made with Streptococcus thermophilus, a probiotic (Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis) and pomegranate juice. Ferric‐reducing antioxidant potential, Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity, scavenging effect on 1,1‐diphenyl‐2‐picrylhydrazyl free radical, oxygen radical absorbance capacity and Folin–Ciocalteu assays were used to estimate antioxidant activity and phenolic content. Probiotic survival, release and absorption of polyphenols were evaluated using in vitro gastrointestinal digestion. The concentration of polyphenols increased during digestion from 608 mg to 1417 gallic acid equivalents (GAE) /L. About 14% of polyphenols were found on the dialysate portion. The beverage presented high viability of probiotics with high survival rate after digestion (above 7 log cfu/mL). 相似文献

Fully bio-based and biodegradable active films based on poly(lactic acid) (PLA) blended with poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) and incorporating lactic acid oligomers (OLA) as plasticizers and carvacrol as active agent were extruded and fully characterized in their functional properties for antimicrobial active packaging. PLA_PHB films showed good barrier to water vapor, while the resistance to oxygen diffusion decreased with the addition of OLA and carvacrol. Their overall migration in aqueous food simulant was determined and no significant changes were observed by the addition of carvacrol and OLA to the PLA_PHB formulations. However, the effect of both additives in fatty food simulant can be considered a positive feature for the potential protection of foodstuff with high fat content. Moreover, the antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of the proposed formulations increased by the presence of carvacrol, with enhanced activity against Staphylococcus aureus if compared to Escherichia coli at short and long incubation times. These results underlined the specific antimicrobial properties of these bio-films suggesting their applicability in active food packaging. 相似文献

In this work, a performing LC method with evaporative light-scattering detector was described for the analysis of tartaric, malic, ascorbic, citric and succinic acids in fruit juices. The method was optimized and validated in comparison with LC-UV, in terms of accuracy, LODs, LOQs and precision. The successive application to ACE, orange, pear, peach, mulberry and apple juices allowed separation and quantitative determination of organic acids in about 20 min just diluting and filtering the sample before LC determination. In the analysed juices, citric, malic and ascorbic acids were always present, and in all the samples, citric acid was the prevailing acid followed by malic acid except for peach and apple juices where an opposite trend was found. Tartaric and succinic acids were detected at lower concentrations and more rarely, except for peach juices, all containing tartaric acid, and ACE and orange juices, all containing succinic acid. 相似文献

This paper presents the MDE process in use at Elettronica SpA (ELT) for the development of complex embedded systems integrating software and firmware. The process is based on the adoption of SysML as the system-level modeling language and the use of Simulink for the refinement of selected subsystems. Implementations are generated automatically for both the software (C++ code) and firmware parts, and communication adapters are automatically generated from SysML using a dedicated profile and open-source tools for modeling and code generation. The process starts from a SysML system model, developed according to the platform-based design paradigm, in which a functional model of the system is paired to a model of the execution platform. Subsystems are refined as Simulink models or hand-coded in C++. An implementation for Simulink models is generated as software code or firmware on FPGA. Based on the SysML system architecture specification, our framework drives the generation of Simulink models with consistent interfaces, allows the automatic generation of the communication code among all subsystems (including the HW–FW interface code). In addition, it provides for the automatic generation of connectors for system-level simulation and of test harnesses and mockups to ease the integration and verification stage. Ensemble learning has gained considerable attention in different tasks including regression, classification and clustering. Adaboost and Bagging are two popular approaches used to train these models. The former provides accurate estimations in regression settings but is computationally expensive because of its inherently sequential structure, while the latter is less accurate but highly efficient. One of the drawbacks of the ensemble algorithms is the high computational cost of the training stage. To address this issue, we propose a parallel implementation of the Resampling Local Negative Correlation (RLNC) algorithm for training a neural network ensemble in order to acquire a competitive accuracy like that of Adaboost and an efficiency comparable to that of Bagging. We test our approach on both synthetic and real datasets from the UCI and Statlib repositories for the regression task. In particular, our fine-grained parallel approach allows us to achieve a satisfactory balance between accuracy and parallel efficiency. 相似文献

This work presents a constraint satisfaction problem (CSP) model for the planning and scheduling of disassembly and assembly
tasks when repairing or substituting faulty parts. The problem involves not only the ordering of assembly and disassembly
tasks, but also the selection of them from a set of alternatives. The goal of the plan is the minimization of the total repairing
time, and the model considers, apart from the durations and resources used for the assembly and disassembly tasks, the necessary
delays due to the change of configuration in the machines, and to the transportation of intermediate subassemblies between
different machines. The problem considers that sub-assemblies that do not contain the faulty part are nor further disassembled,
but allows non-reversible and parallel repair plans. The set of all feasible repair plans are represented by an extended And/Or graph. This extended representation embodies all of the constraints of the problem, such as temporal and resource constraints
