面向对象工程数据库管理系统O2S并发事务模型

Ｏ２Ｓ是我们在ＳＵＮ工作站上开发的一面向对象工程数据库管理。本文针对工程应用域事务的嵌套性，长时性，数据库逻辑分区性和涉及数据量大的四个显著特点，阐述了Ｓ２Ｓ的事务管理模型。对工程域事务的管理，数据库的恢复和封锁技术进行了讨论。     

起重机回转轴承的安装设计

本文给出了起重机回转轴承对安装构件结构形式与刚度的基本要求，列出了安装平面的变形及不平度的最大允许值，指出了回转轴承在安装，使用，维修方面的重要注意事项。     

高效辐射换热器的研制

本文所介绍的高效辐射换热器是指在其环缝通道中安装有网状二次传热面的辐射换热器，用对比实验方法研究了它们在空气预热温度、给热系数和阻力系数上的差别．实验表明：高效辐射换热器可强化空气侧的传热，其综合传热系数达５９Ｗ／（ｍ２·℃），而阻力系数可控制在３０００Ｐａ以内．     

Inhibition of tumorigenicity of the teratoma PC cell line by transfection with antisense cDNA for PC cell-derived growth factor (PCDGF, epithelin/granulin precursor)

The PC cell line is a highly tumorigenic, insulin-independent, teratoma-derived cell line isolated from the nontumorigenic, insulin-dependent 1246 cell line. Studies of the PC cell growth properties have led to the purification of an 88-kDa secreted glycoprotein called PC cell-derived growth factor (PCDGF), which has been shown to stimulate the growth of PC cells as well as 3T3 fibroblasts. Sequencing of PCDGF cDNA demonstrated its identity to the precursor of a family of 6-kDa double-cysteine-rich polypeptides called epithelins or granulins (epithelin/granulin precursor). Since PCDGF was isolated from highly tumorigenic cells, its level of expression was examined in PC cells as well as in nontumorigenic and moderately tumorigenic cells from which PC cells were derived. Northern blot and Western blot analyses indicate that the levels of PCDGF mRNA and protein were very low in the nontumorigenic cells and increased in tumorigenic cell lines in a positive correlation with their tumorigenic properties. Experiments were performed to determine whether the autocrine production of PCDGF was involved in the tumorigenicity of PC cells. For this purpose, we examined the in vivo growth properties in syngeneic C3H mice of PC cells where PCDGF expression had been inhibited by transfection of antisense PCDGF cDNA. The results show that inhibition of PCDGF expression resulted in a dramatic inhibition of tumorigenicity of the transfected cells when compared with empty-vector control cells. These data demonstrate the importance in tumor formation of overexpression of the novel growth factor PCDGF.     

温度,压力对漂移室气体增益的影响

研究了温度及气体压力对漂移室（工作于正比区）气体放大倍数的影响，温度和气体压力的变化范围分别是５￣４０℃及９０￣１０５ｋＰａ。用实验数据拟合得到了函数关系并测量了几种饱和度下函数中的参数值。     

宽频带函数波形产生器的研制

本文介绍以ＭＡＸ０３８为基础而研制的宽频带函数波形产生器，它可以产生２￣２×＾７Ｈｚ频率范围的正弦波、三角波、锯齿波和矩形波以及与它们同步的ＴＴＬ脉冲信号。     

Bone growth and bone development in the presence of implants or after induced leg-lengthening studied using the Oxford Scanning Proton Microprobe

To respond to varying environmental demands the bone tissue in the body is under continual reconstruction throughout life. It is known that metallic elements are important for maintaining normal bone structure, but their roles are not well understood. More information about the effects of metal excess or deficiency is needed to help in the development of metallic bone implants and to improve the treatment of bone fractures and defects. The Oxford Scanning Proton Microprobe (SPM) is being applied in two studies involving metal ions in bone: (1) bone regrowth and bonding to titanium bone implants may be influenced by diffusion of Ti ions into the bone. We are using microPIXE to determine the metal ion content of bone developing in contact with implants of pure Nb, Ti and Ti alloys. (2) Bone lengthening as a surgical procedure is induced by fracturing the bone and allowing it to heal with a small gap between the fractured ends created by the use of external fixators. The gap can be slowly increased during the healing process to stimulate the production of new bone. The enzymes and other constituents of the developing bone need certain metals for their function. Using experimental animals we have studied the concentrations of the metals and whether a deficiency of trace metals limits the optimum rate of bone lengthening.     

谈井下矿山二次破碎裸露爆破方法

井下矿山二次破碎裸露爆破可采用聚能药包和水封聚能药包破碎大块，聚能药包能改变药柱某个方向的猛度，提高炸药能量利用率，水封爆破利用了炸药的猛度和一部分爆力作用，从而有效地利用了炸药本身的能量，降低了爆破危害。     

特种钢用结晶器铜管破裂原因分析

通过对某特钢厂破裂的结晶器铜管进行金相实验、扫描电镜和能谱分析,并结合结晶器的生产、使用及失效过程情况,综合受力分析,认为铜管破裂原因主要是环境介质硫渗入形成硫化物,在拉应力作用下,裂纹沿脆性质点扩展导致的破坏。     

The Stability of Rare Earth-Iron-Nitrides Sm_2(Fe,M)_(17)N_y,Permanent Magnets

The effects of the partial substitution of element M(M=Cr,V,Mn,x=0.05;Zr,Ga,x=0.017;Si,x=0.15;Co,x=0.10)for Fe in samarium-iron-nitride Sm_2(Fe_(1-x)M_x)_(17)N_y compounds on their stabilitiesand Curie temperatures have been studied.It is found that Co,Ga can raise the Curie temperature of thecompounds.The initial decomposition temperatures cannot be raised significantly by all the studied elementsexcept Co.The result contradicts the formation enthalpy consideration.The final decomposition tempera-tures can be raised by all of the substitution elements.The effects of atmospheres on their decomposition be-havior were also studied.The results show that oxidation is the major reason for magnetic deterioration ofthe powder heated in air.Compared with nitrogen atmosphere,argon or vacuum helps to delay the decompo-sition of the compounds.
