Commercial aluminium electrolyte capacitors (AECs) are too large for integration in future highly integrated electronic systems. Supercapacitors, in comparison, possess a much higher capacitance per unit volume and can be embedded as passive capacitors to address such challenges in electronics scaling. However, the slow frequency response (<101 Hz) typical of supercapacitors is a major hurdle to their practical application. Here, it is demonstrated that 1T‐phase MoSe2 nanosheets obtained by laser‐induced phase transformation can be used as an electrode material in embedded micro‐supercapacitors. The metallic nature of MoSe2 nanosheet‐based electrodes provides excellent electron‐ and ion‐transport properties, which leads to an unprecedented high‐frequency response (up to 104 Hz) and cycle stability (up to 106 cycles) when integrated in supercapacitors, and their power density can be ten times higher than that of commercial AECs. Furthermore, fabrication processes of the present device are fully compatible with system‐in‐package device manufacturing to meet stringent specifications for the size of embedded components. Ferroelectric materials with large dielectric response and high temperature‐stability have found significant applications in advanced electronics and electrical power/storage equipment. The effective approaches explored up to now mainly focus on improving dielectric response by employing the phase instability caused by the ferroelectric transition. Nevertheless, one inherent shortcoming is that the enhancement of dielectric permittivity is at the expense of the deterioration of its temperature stability. Here, a strategy that successfully achieves both enhanced dielectric response as well as excellent temperature reliability (with εr ≈ 2 × 104 from 30 to 85 °C) by designing a laminated structure of tricritical ferroelectrics (LTF) with successive Curie temperatures is proposed. Moreover, the improvement in dielectric performance triggers the temperature‐stable energy‐storage performance as well as electrocaloric property in LTF specimens. Further microstructure investigation and phase‐field modeling reveal that these remarkable properties of laminated layers originate from the successive occurrence of tricritical transition with a nanodomain structure in a wide temperature range. The findings may shed a new light on developing advanced ferroelectrics with high performance and thermal reliability. 相似文献

为了提高导航系统长时间航行的导航精度和钟差修正能力, 提出了一种钟差修正的X射线脉冲星与多普勒差分组合导航方法.X射线脉冲星导航(X-ray pulsar navigation, XPNAV)使用脉冲到达时间作为导航量测量, 多普勒差分导航测量两个时刻航天器相对于太阳的多普勒速度, 并将两个多普勒速度的差值作为导航的量测量, 这里采用两个多普勒速度的差值可避免多普勒速度偏差; 在此基础上, 将星载时钟钟差增广为新的状态变量, 建立组合导航系统, 使用联邦无迹卡尔曼滤波器(unscented Kalman filter, UKF)融合导航信息.仿真结果表明, 该方法可以抑制多普勒速度偏差对导航的影响, 控制星载时钟钟差, 并提供更高的导航估计精度. 相似文献

Herein, a simple aza‐aromatic compound dibenzo[a,c]phenazine (DPPZ), which exhibits single‐molecule white light with a ternary emission, consisting of simultaneous fluorescence (S1→S0) and dual room‐temperature phosphorescence (RTP, T2→S0 and T1→S0) is reported. The Commission Internationale de l' Éclairage coordinates of DPPZ powder are (0.28, 0.33). To everyone's knowledge, this is the first case to achieve single‐molecule white emission with ternary emission of fluorescence and dual RTP. This finding provides a prototype strategy to realize low‐cost, stable pure organic single‐molecule white light emission with three standard primary colors through further precise modulation of excited states. 相似文献
