Internally humidified polymer electrolyte fuel cells using water absorbing sponge

Polymer electrolyte fuel cell (PEFC) mounted with two strips of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) sponge is presented and the effect of operating conditions on the cell performance is investigated. Mounting the sponge wicks is advantageous for the humidification of dry inlet air and for the removal of liquid water in the cell. It was found that dry inlet hydrogen could be internally humidified by water diffusion from the cathode to anode when operating in a counterflow mode. The results show that the relative humidity of the inlet gases could have little effect on the performance of the cell mounted with two sponge wicks under certain operating conditions. At a cell potential of 0.5 V, the current densities of the sponge-mounted PEFC operated with dry air are 5% and 31% higher than those of the conventional one without wicks operated with saturated and dry air, respectively. The molar percentage of water vapor to total water exiting the cathode (R_gas) is an important parameter to gauge the cell performance with dry gases. A very large R_gas may cause the membrane dehydration and subsequently a low cell performance.

炭粒床高效工业除尘装置的设计与开发

The new dust removal technical route using the carbon-granular bed filter,packed of carbon particles with appropriate grade derive from an online-process vibration sieve,to replace the traditional baggy filter had been developed successfully for capturing the micro-carbon dusts produced from pulverization of petroleum coke,and the green close loop of carbon materials is thus completed in the combined pulverizing and classifying system and pulverized carbon dust removal process.The high dust removal efficiency greater than 99%,low outlet dust concentration less than 100 mg.m-3,low pressure drop through dust filtration chamber less than 980 Pa,simple and easy design,and flexible and stable operation were achieved also with the carbon-granular bed filter in both bench and industrial scale operations.     

基于分形理论的陶瓷材料显微组织模拟

利用VB开发工具,开发出基于二维和三维系统单相、复相陶瓷材料显微组织及其演变的仿真模拟软件,其主要包括三个模块:二维系统仿真模块、三维系统仿真模块和显微结构定量分析模块;可实现二维和三维的显微组织仿真图像输出,并且可方便地观察空间任意角度截面显微组织及其演变;应用分形理论、拓扑学等方法,对显微结构进行了定量分析,得到晶粒数及平均体积等参数与仿真时间MCS的变化关系。     

用D_2EHPA-煤油溶剂萃取分离L-异亮氨酸

本文研究了从发酵液中用D2EHPA－煤油溶剂萃取分离L－异亮氨酸工艺．考察了萃取时pH值、萃取剂浓度和异亮氨酸浓度对于异亮氨酸和缬氨酸的萃取分配比的影响．在计算机上进行回归，得到以下分配模型：当1≤pH≤3．5时lgDIle＝0．09906pH2＋0．8625pH＋2．2696lgCHR－0．09188lg2CIle＋0．1766lgCIle－1．366lgDrmVal＝－0．0293pH2＋0．550pH＋1．2659lgCHR－0．2420lg2CIle＋0．4549lgCIle－1．696用此模型，应用分馏萃取理论，进行逐级计算，求取了萃取工艺的主要参数，并在φ20mm的多级离心萃取器上对上述结果进行了验证．结果表明：当CHR浓度为1．5mol／L，相比V：L：L’＝2：1：2，N’＝3，N＝6时，异亮氨酸的收率达到90％以上，纯度＞99％．实验取得了较为满意的结果．     

湿式氨法脱硫工艺及应用

随着二氧化硫对环境的污染越来越严重,国家环保总局对烟气二氧化硫排放控制严格,烟气脱硫显得日益重要。简单介绍了湿式氨法烟气脱硫技术的工艺流程及实际应用情况。湿式氨法脱硫工艺具有原料易得、脱硫塔不易结垢、不产生废水、副产品硫酸铵可作为农用肥料,减少了对环境的二次污染等特点,是较适合我国国情的烟气脱硫技术。     

A saliency-driven robotic head with bio-inspired saccadic behaviors for social robotics

This paper presents a robotic head for social robots to attend to scene saliency with bio-inspired saccadic behaviors. Scene saliency is determined by measuring low-level static scene information, motion, and object prior knowledge. Towards the extracted saliency spots, the designed robotic head is able to turn gazes in a saccadic manner while obeying eye–head coordination laws with the proposed control scheme. The results of the simulation study and actual applications show the effectiveness of the proposed method in discovering of scene saliency and human-like head motion. The proposed techniques could possibly be applied to social robots to improve social sense and user experience in human–robot interaction.
