提出了基于事例的初始设计，通过数值模拟对设计进行评价，根据结果提出对设计的修改建议这一集成化的设计方法。探讨了构成汽车覆盖件拉深模工艺计算机辅助设计集成环境所必需的各个组成部分，研究了集成化环境的实现技术。

从“同构”模具的实际情况出发，探讨了“同构”模具ＣＡＤ 系统中工艺设计部分通用化的可能性，并给出了使得工艺设计部分开发能够顺利进行的五条对策。     

Developing fast predictors for large-scale time series using fuzzy granular support vector machines

With the widespread application of computer and communication technologies, more and more real-time systems are implemented whose large amounts of time-stamped data consequently require more efficient processing approaches. For large-scale time series, precise values are often hard or even impossible to predict in limited time at limited costs. Meanwhile, precision is not absolutely necessary for human to think and reason, so credible changing ranges of time series are satisfactory for some decision-making problems. This study aims to develop fast interval predictors for large-scale, nonlinear time series with noisy data using fuzzy granular support vector machines (FGSVMs). Six information granulation methods are proposed which can granulate large-scale time series into subseries. FGSVM predictors are developed to forecast credible changing ranges of large-scale time series. Five performance indicators are presented to measure the quality and efficiency of FGSVMs. Four time series are used to examine the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed granulation methods and the developed FGSVMs, whose results show the effectiveness and advantages of FGSVMs for large-scale, nonlinear time series with noisy data.     

玻璃纤维布加固砖砌体的试验研究

通过GFRP布加固多孔砖砌体的抗压、抗剪和抗弯等力学性能的试验研究，分析了GFRP布加固砌体的效果、破坏形态和加固机理。试验结果表明，用GFRP布加固砌体，其抗压、抗剪、抗弯承载力明显提高，但增加GFRP布层数作用不大．     

冷电孤技术杀灭水中微生物的实验研究

采用冷电弧技术杀灭连续流动的液体中的细菌和酵母茵.实验中采用自制的冷电弧杀菌装置(外观尺寸为80cmm×17cm×1.3cm,放电面积为414cm2)杀灭菌液中的大肠杆菌987P(E.coli987P)、金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)、枯草芽孢杆茵(B.subtilis)和白色念珠茵(C.albicans),结果表明,在液体流量为100mL/min的条件下,电压为20kV时杀灭E.coli987P和电压为25kV时杀灭S.aureus所需的时间均少于4s;电压为30kV时杀灭B.subtilis和C.albicans所需的时间也分别不超过12s和19s,相应的能耗仅分别为0.64、1.31、8.0和12.67kwh/m3.研究了电压、循环次数和空气流量等实验参数对杀菌效果的影响,结果表明,杀菌效果随着电压和循环次数的增加、空气流量的减少变得越来越好.通过对比处理前后E.coli987P及B.subtilis的透射电镜图,初步推测杀菌机理.该技术有望成为一种新型的食品工业冷杀菌技术.     

广西煤的拉曼光谱特征

系统分析了广西未变质煤，区域变质煤，岩浆变质和热液质煤的拉曼光谱特征。在拉曼光谱图上主要出现芳烃，Ｃｎ，Ｃ－Ｏ－Ｃ和－Ｓ－Ｈ等散射峰。一般随变质程度升高，煤的拦 曼散射谱基线由上凸曲线变为近水平直线，散射峰的数目逐渐增加。     

Investigation on Ni3Al-Ni7Hf2 unidirectionally solidified eutectic composite

The formation of a Ni₃Al()+Ni₇Hf₂ unidirectionally solidified lamellar eutectic composite has been investigated in this paper. The results show that Ni-5.8Al-32Hf alloy, which has the Ni₃Al+Ni₇Hf₂ eutectic structure, is a suitable composition of D.S eutectic material. The melting range of this composition is 41 °C as determined by DTA. The critical ratio of G/R for Ni₃Al+Ni₇Hf₂ eutectic is found to be 5× 10⁵ °C · s · cm^–2, and the lamellar Ni₃Al+Ni₇Hf₂ eutectic aligned parallel to the direction of solidification was made with R = 5 m/s and G = 250 °C/cm. The investigation shows that the lamellar eutectic has a preferred crystallographic orientation between the Ni₃ Al and Ni₇Hf₂ lamellae, i.e., (111)_NiAl//(100)_NiHf and [110]_NiAl//[010]_NiHf. The lamellar Ni₇Hf₂ did not degrade or coarsen obviously, and no harmful phase formed in the interface of Ni₃Al/Ni₇Hf₂ after long time soaking of 1100 °C/110 h. This demonstrates that the Ni₃Al+Ni₇Hf₂ lamellar eutectic has high interface thermal stability.     

煤矸石道路基层混合料试验与应用

本文研究了利用煤矸石代替砂石做道路基层混合料的施工工艺,对这种基层混合料的配合比,抗压强度,抗冻融性及水稳性等性质做了许多测试工作.并在实际工程中试推广使用.结果表明用煤矸石代替砂石做道路基层混合料在技术上是可行的.并具有明显的经济效益和社会效益,建议广为采用.
