为了探索拉拔成型无氧铜管是否满足标准圆筒试验的延展性要求,采用未经二次锻造的粗晶软态无氧铜,通过拉拔成型工艺加工成25 mm圆筒试验用的标准铜管。采用超高速分幅相机及扫描相机分别观测装填TNT炸药及JO-159炸药条件下的铜管膨胀及断裂过程,对比典型高应变率范围内铜管的断裂应变、裂纹扩展方向等差异,并分析铜管应变能对炸药驱动性能表征参数的影响。结果表明:TNT炸药爆轰加载下,铜管裂纹主要沿母线形成及扩展,其破片主要呈条状;而JO-159炸药爆轰加载下,铜管环向应变率及轴向应变率分别约为TNT炸药加载工况的1.34倍和2倍, 其断裂带易出现较为复杂的交错状态,形成密集小破片;这两种炸药爆轰下,该铜管的断裂直径均达到了初始直径的3倍,且表征炸药驱动性能的格尼速度未发生明显变化,因此可以满足一般高能炸药圆筒试验的要求。 相似文献

In this work, Ag nanoparticles were modified by an ultra-thin plasma-polymerized fluorocarbon film (CFX) to form a composite CFX-modified Ag nanoparticles/indium tin oxide (ITO) anode for application in organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices. A CFX-modified Ag nanoparticles/ITO anode exhibited a superior surface work function of 5.4 eV suited for application in OPV devices. The performance of zinc phthalocyanine:fullerene-based OPV devices showed a significant improvement when the structural identical cells are made with the CFX-modified Ag nanoparticles/ITO. This work yielded a promising power conversion efficiency of 3.5 ± 0.1%, notably higher than that with a bare ITO anode (2.7 ± 0.1%). 相似文献

BiFeO3 is recognized as the most important room temperature single phase multiferroic material. However, the weak magnetoelectric (ME) coupling remains as a key issue, which obstructs its applications. Since the magnetoelectric coupling in BiFeO3 is essentially hindered by the cycloidal spin structure, here efforts to improve the magnetoelectric coupling by destroying the cycloidal state and switching to the weak ferromagnetic state through symmetry modulation are reported. The structure is tuned from polar R3c to polar Pna21, and finally to nonpolar Pbnm by forming Bi1‐xNdxFeO3 solid solutions, where two morphotropic phase boundaries (MPBs) are detected. Greatly enhanced ferroelectric polarization is obtained together with the desired weak ferromagnetic characteristics in Bi1‐xNdxFeO3 ceramics at the compositions near MPBs. The change of magnetic state from antiferromagnetic (cycloidal state) to ferromagnetic (canted antiferromagnetic) is confirmed by the observation of magnetic domains using magnetic force microscopy. More interestingly, combining experiments and first‐principles‐based simulations, an electric field‐induced structural and magnetic transition from Pna21 back to R3c is demonstrated, providing a great opportunity for electric field‐controlled magnetism, and this transition is shown to be reversible with additional thermal treatment. 相似文献

Presents here a complete dynamic model of a lithium ion battery that is suitable for virtual-prototyping of portable battery-powered systems. The model accounts for nonlinear equilibrium potentials, rate- and temperature-dependencies, thermal effects and response to transient power demand. The model is based on publicly available data such as the manufacturers' data sheets. The Sony US18650 is used as an example. The model output agrees both with manufacturer's data and with experimental results.
