The PbSb2S4-PbBi2S4 join of the PbS-Sb2S3-Bi2S3 system has been studied using physicochemical characterization techniques and its phase diagram has been mapped out. The join has PbSb2S4-based solid-solution series, which extends to 20 mol % PbBi2S4. At a 1: 1 ratio of the constituent sulfides, there is a congruently melting compound with the composition PbSbBiS4. PbSbBiS4 single crystals have been prepared by chemical vapor transport growth. The unit-cell parameters of PbSbBiS4 (orthorhombic structure) are a = 15.72, b = 11.36, and c = 4.41 Å. 相似文献

The physical processes on the surfaces of the dielectric and composite materials were studied under the influence of an electric discharge in media of different gases. It is shown that the effect of an electrical discharge on the surface of the material can significantly change its properties. In addition, the degree of these changes depends on the composition of the gaseous media in which the discharge occurs. It was experimentally found that the decomposition products of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) exposed to an electric discharge form the most active media in a closed volume, while exerting a significant impact on the surface of the materials in contact, thereby altering their physical and chemical properties. 相似文献
