医用聚氯乙烯材料的表面光接枝改性

研究了在不排氧氛围下 ,紫外光照射 ,以二苯甲酮 (BP)为光引发剂 ,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)在医用聚氯乙烯 (PVC)薄膜表面的气相接枝聚合。探讨了反应条件对接枝结果的影响 ,并用正交法指出了影响因素的显著性。用傅立叶红外 (FT- IR)、水接触角作为接枝改性结果的表征。FT- IR谱图表明 GMA已接枝到 PVC膜表面。水接触角由接枝前的 78°下降到 5 4°     

孔西潜山奥陶系原生油藏成藏时期探讨

黄骅坳陷孔西潜山发现奥陶系（孔古3井、孔古7井）低产原生油藏和石炭-二叠系原生油气藏（孔古4井），油源对比结果证明，前者原油主要源于中奥陶统马家沟组灰岩，后者油气主要源于石炭系太原组及二叠系山西组煤系泥岩。根据孔古3井油藏的两期流体包裹体及储集层自生伊利石K-Ar年龄测定结果，油藏属两期成藏，第一期为晚三叠世（距今222.51～240.34Ma），第二期为第三纪，以晚第三纪为主。     

Improvement of RCA transistor using RTA annealing after theformation of interfacial oxide

A polysilicon emitter RCA transistor (an ultra-thin interfacial oxide layer exists between polysilicon and silicon emitter) is presented which can operate at 77 K for the first time. An ultra-thin (1.5 nm) interfacial oxide layer is grown deliberately between polysilicon and silicon emitter using RCA oxidation and excellent device stability is obtained after rapid thermal annealing (RTA) treatment in nitrogen atmosphere. The RCA transistor exhibits good electrical performance at very low temperature for an emitter area of 3 × 8 μm². The maximum toggle frequency of a 1:2 static divider is 1.2 GHz and 732 MHz at 300 K and 77 K, respectively     

电镀工艺条件变化对片状铁吸收剂吸波性能的影响

通过电镀法制备片状磁性吸收剂，用SEM、XRD等手段对其进行表征。用网络分析仪测试了不同工艺条件下吸收剂样品2～18GHz的电磁参数，并结合晶粒尺寸因素研究了不同工艺条件下对吸收剂电磁参数的影响．结果表明，不同的工艺条件对吸收剂电磁参数的影响具有规律性，可通过合理配置工艺参数来提高吸收剂的吸波性能。     

S盒设计中的一种新准则

本文提出了强扩散准则,强雪崩效应以及扩散效应的逼近优势等相关概念,给出了差分均匀性与强k阶扩散准则之间的相互关系,利用给出的设计准则改进了Rijndael密码的S盒。     

Estimation for the number of components in a mixture model using stepwise split-and-merge EM algorithm

The main difficulty with EM algorithm for mixture model concerns the number of components, say g. This is the question of model selection, and the EM algorithm itself could not estimate g. On the contrary, the algorithm requires g to be specified before the remaining parameters can be estimated. To solve this problem, a new algorithm, which is called stepwise split-and-merge EM (SSMEM) algorithm, is proposed. The SSMEM algorithm alternately splits and merges components, estimating g and other parameters of components simultaneously. Also, two novel criteria are introduced to efficiently select the components for split or merge. Experimental results on simulated and real data demonstrate the effectivity of the proposed algorithm.     

透反液晶显示器

兼有透射型和反射型液晶显示优点的透反液晶显示可工作于透射和反射两种显示模式，它将广泛应用于手机、PDA等通讯领域。透反液晶显示可分为单盒厚和双盒厚两大类。又可分为扭曲型和非扭曲型两种。为了研制出高性能透反液晶显示器，需解决透反两个显示区的响应时间、光效率、色饱和度的差异以及视角等问题。文中介绍了Sharp公司开发的2种基本的透反液晶显示。以及3种新近开发的高性能透反液晶显示。随着应用市场的扩大和技术的进步，透反液晶显示将会进一步得到发展。     

Electrochemical C-V Characteristics and Photoluminescence of a-C∶N Films

Amorphous carbon (a-C) films and amorphous carbon films incorporating with the nitrogen (a-C∶N) were deposited on silicon substrates in a radio-frequency driven plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition system, while the surface electrical properties of films were investigated by electrochemical capacitance-voltage measurements. It was examined the effect of the interface defects on the properties and deduced that the conducting type of a-C∶N films was n-type. Subsequently, a comparative studies of a-C and a-C∶N films were performed by photoluminescence spectra depending on the temperature. With the decrease of the temperature, the main band with peak energy of 2.48 eV in the a-C∶N films was more intense compared with the other three bands caused by amorphous C in the a-C films.

综述了乳酸发酵和提取工艺以及聚乳酸的合成进展,分析了L-乳酸及合成聚乳酸两种产品的市场前景,对进一步的技术开发提出了建议。     

正交双频光栅CCD系统剪切干涉测量二维温度场

以半导体激光器为光源，利用正交双频光栅（ＯＤＦＧ）ＣＣＤ系统剪切干涉对带平板边界的半圆柱体热源的二维温度场进行实时诊断，分析剪切干涉图时，用柱函数系作为拟合基底，给出二维自然对流温度场的定量分布。
