This paper studies the hydrodynamic effects of erosive slurry on corrosion of passive target (type 304 stainless steel). The transient current response to disruption of passive film is investigated using the single particle impingement technique. The transient current density over the damaged surface is approximately independent of the hydrodynamics of fluid when the flowing velocity is in range of 5-10 m/s. It is characterized by a sharp rise caused by disruption of passive film and a slow decay due to repassivation. Therefore, the difference in transient current response is a result of different damaged surface area produced by solid particle impingement. After the kinetic parameters of repassivation are determined, the hydrodynamic effects on average corrosion rates of the passive target are quantitatively predictable with aid of the physical model developed by Lu and Luo. 相似文献

In-situ Raman spectroscopy was used for providing the direct measurement of the C = C molar concentration of typical visible light
curing vinyl ester resin. Using cyclohexyl ring stretching mode at 748 cm-1 as reference, the back scattering configuration relative Raman cross section for epoxy vinyl ester resin of vinyl ester resins
C = C stretching mode at 1,630 cm-1 and aromatic ring stretching mode at 1,602 cm-1 were obtained. The molar concentration of C = C during the curing process was monitored under three different powers. It
was found that with the laser power increasing, the molar concentration change rising with time steadily, and visible light
curing rate gradually speeding up. The residue C = C molar concentration after long curing process was quantified. This value

Oxidation of four typical lead frame copper alloys was investigated. The oxidation rate and adhesion strength of oxide films
to copper alloy substrates were studied by measuring the thickness and carrying out peel tests. The results show that, although
copper alloys C5191 and C7025 have thinner oxide films, a lower adhesion strength and a higher proportion of CuO were obtained
than in the other copper alloys EFTEC64T and C194. The adhesion strength is mainly influenced by the structure of the oxide
film of the copper alloys, especially the CuO/Cu2O ratio in the film. The highest adhesion strength is obtained for the copper oxide film with a basic structure of CuO/Cu2O/Cu and a CuO/Cu2O ratio of about 0.1. The segregation of additional elements in the copper alloy plays an important role in the oxide film

To find new starch sources with particular characteristics, five untraditional starches from zingiberaceae plants were studied about their physicochemical properties, digestibility and anticonstipation activity and compared with starches from traditional sources (potato and corn). All the five starches presented the shape of triangular, with visible thin sheet, which were significantly different from conventional sources. The crystal type of these five starches was B‐type pattern. Swelling power at 75 °C was negatively correlated with crystallinity. There was no significant difference in amylose content between starches from rhizome and tuber of Curcuma phaeocaulis Val., while they displayed significant variability in RS content. Starches from rhizome of Curcuma kwangsiensis, Curcuma wenyujin, Curcuma phaeocaulis Val. and Curcuma longa L. possessed much higher resistant starch content (range from 87.06% to 95.40%) and could better prevent constipation than potato and corn starches, which made them potential for managing diabetes and improving defecation conditions. 相似文献
