针对深水浅层非成岩天然气水合物借鉴刨煤机刨削采煤过程提出一种新的拉削开采方法,参照拉刀结构特点设计了一种集开采、收集和输送为一体的拉削管。建立了拉削开采三维模型,对其工作原理和工作步骤进行了说明。用有限元仿真对采空区和拉削管受力进行了分析。结果表明,岩土力学仿真下采空区开采半径和开采角度的增大都会引起剪切应力的增加,最大剪切应力发生在采空区上部的起始位置和终止位置;在不发生剪切破坏的采空区中选择体积较大者作为理想采空区,估算出拉削开采方法的日产气量为142000 m3,具有应用潜力;开采工况下,拉削管的最大等效应力小于管材的屈服极限,表明开采过程中拉削管处于弹性形变,满足方法需求。 相似文献

针对当前国内外危险化学品事故灾害频发、生化恐怖袭击威胁日益严峻、防化装备研发及生产体系不健全,国内个体化学防护装备特别是气密型化学防护服的材料研发、结构设计、装备生产、性能检测及选择使用亟待规范等问题,梳理了国际标准、美国消防协会标准、欧洲标准及中国国家标准中涉及气密型化学防护服的产品分类及性能要求,介绍了国内外气密型化学防护服市场上主流产品的防护性能、结构特征、产品认证情况及其发展现状,对比分析了化学防护领域广泛应用的防护材料种类及性能。研究表明:尽管目前采用高分子膜制作化学防护面料的国内厂商较少,但部分面料的防护能力已经能够同时达到国家标准、国际标准和欧洲标准的要求;建议相关行政管理部门继续给予化学防护行业必要的政策扶持,以尽快实现高性能化学防护装备的国产化、规模化及体系化。 相似文献

Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) performs many physiological functions, but the fermentation time is long when fermented milk is prepared using LGG alone. To shorten the fermentation time, we analyzed the nutrient requirement profiles of LGG. Based on nutrient requirement profiles, we evaluated the effects on the fermentation time, quality, and sensory properties of unmodified cow's milk fermented by LGG alone. According to the consumption and necessary patterns of amino acids and those of purine, pyrimidine, vitamins, metal ions, and nutrients essential to LGG, we selected Cys, Ser, Arg, Pro, Asp, Glu, guanine, uracil, and xanthine with which to supplement milk. Compared with fermented milk prepared using LGG alone in unmodified milk, the fermentation time of supplemented milk was shortened by 5 h. Viable cell counts, titratable acidity, and water-retaining capability of the fermented milk were improved by addition of nutrient supplements. Supplementation with nutrients did not obviously change the sensory and textural characteristics of fermented milk. 相似文献

针对传统基于贝叶斯模型的显著性检测算法存在准确率不理想的问题,提出了一种基于多尺度的贝叶斯模型显著性检测算法。通过超像素分割算法(SLIC)将原图分割成不同尺度的超像素,根据超像素边界信息得到背景种子,进而通过距离计算和多尺度融合得到背景先验;对原图进行颜色增强,采用Harris算子对增强图进行检测角点求得凸包,融合不同尺度下的超像素得到凸包先验;融合背景先验和凸包先验得到最终先验;利用颜色直方图和凸包计算似然概率;将最终先验和似然概率通过贝叶斯模型计算显著图。在公开数据集MSRA1000、ECSSD上与多种传统算法进行准确率和召回率对比,该算法有更好的表现。 相似文献

An appropriate measurement is needed to control the calcium ion content and reduce the interaction among fine mineral particles. In this paper, the sphalerite/silica interactions were studied by Zeta potential measurements and a novel Zeta potential distribution (ZPD) measurement method in different concentrations of calcium ion solution. To study mineral surface molecular and atomic absorption states, energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used. Flotation reagent adsorbed on the mineral surface was analyzed by the interactions status. The results show that adsorption of flotation reagent is not conducive when the calcium ion concentration is high in the solution. Reducing the calcium ion concentration is the effective method to reduce particle interactions in the pulp. The specific method is that the appropriate amount of sodium carbonate is added into the gypsum-supersaturated solution. The minerals’ interactions can be interpreted by measuring ZPD. 相似文献

For design of a geosynthetic-reinforced pile-supported (GRPS) embankment over soft soil, the methods used to calculate strains in geosynthetic reinforcement at a vertical stress were mostly developed based on a plane-strain or two-dimensional (2-D) condition or a strip between two pile caps. These 2-D-based methods cannot accurately predict the strain of geosynthetic reinforcement under a three-dimensional (3-D) condition. In this paper, a series of numerical models were established to compare the maximum strains and vertical deflections (also called sags) of geosynthetic reinforcement under the 2-D and 3-D conditions, considering the following influence factors: soil support, cap shape and pattern, and a cushion layer between cap and reinforcement. The numerical results show that the maximum strain in the geosynthetic reinforcement decreased with an increase of the modulus of subgrade reaction. The 2-D model underestimated the maximum strain and sag in the geosynthetic reinforcement as compared with the 3-D model. The cap shape and pattern had significant influences on the maximum strains in the geosynthetic reinforcements. An empirical method involving the geometric factors of cap shape and pattern, and the soil support was developed to convert the calculated strains of geosynthetic reinforcement in piled embankments under the 2-D condition to those under the 3-D condition and verified through a comparison with the results in the literature. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Nitrogen removal using microbial fuel cells (MFCs) is of great interest owing to the potential benefits of bioenergy production. In this study, simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in dual‐cathode MFCs was investigated. RESULTS: The dual‐cathode MFCs investigated were capable of generating electricity and removing nitrogen, influenced by operating methods, nitrogen loading rates and external resistance. Depending on the ammonium concentration in the anode chamber, 84–97% of the ammonium nitrogen was removed via nitrification in the aerobic cathode. The removals of nitrate and total nitrogen were relatively low (~50%) at the influent ammonium concentration of 80 mg NH4+‐N L?1, but were significantly improved to more than 90% at a lower ammonium input (40 and 20 mg NH4+‐N L?1). When the electrode couples were electrically connected for different purposes, with high power output from the anode/aerobic cathode and high current generation from the anode/anoxic cathode, nitrogen removal was also improved. An investigation of aeration suggested that factors other than carbon supply, possibly inefficient reactor configuration, also limited the performance of the developed MFC. CONCLUSION: The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed pathway was feasible with effective nitrogen and organic removal.
