第一次见到李铁军．是在“寻找中国数码摄影师”北京半决赛的现场。现在回想起来．印象最深的是他那一口流利的英语。当时便想．这肯定是一位对各类语言都敏感而有天赋的摄影师,后来才知道,摄影只是他的业余爱好,科学（病理学）才是他的专业领域。     

风化煤的微生物转化：I菌种筛选及转化能力测定

腐植酸是风化煤的主要成分，一般水溶性和生理活性很低，直接应用效果很差，通过微生物处理有望提高其活性，开发风化煤应用新技术。本研究从土壤、根际、枯枝落叶、风化煤等多种生境中筛选到能利用风化煤或腐植酸的69个菌种，但仅有6个菌株能液化风化煤，出现小液珠或使培养基染成黄褐色至黑色。液体培养条件下，风化煤失重率达到47．69％（山西风化煤）和39．54％（内蒙古风化煤），紫外和红外光谱分析表明风化煤经微生物作用后，不仅腐蚀植酸被溶解出来，同时被分解，分子中－OH增加、C＝O基团减少，分子间缔合程度降低，更多基团暴露在外。     

A novel ADRC‑based design for a kind of fexible aerocraft

The paper presents a novel control design, which is based on the idea of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC), for a kind of fexible aerocraft whose controlled variable cannot be measured directly. Since the original frame of ADRC cannot be directly applied, the paper puts forward a new extended state observer (ESO) and the corresponding ADRC law. In order to assign the poles of the closed-loop system to ideal positions such that the vibration can be quickly suppressed, an elastic damping term is added into feedback law. The advantages of the new ESO for efectively estimating both the rigid mode and elastic mode from the measurements are discussed. Moreover, the analysis on the stability, the relative stability and the steady state of the closed-loop system is given. Finally, the efectiveness and robustness of the proposed ADRC are verifed by simulations.     

Multi-Dimensional Pedestrian System on the New Campus of University of Macau

The Multi-dimensional Pedestrian System( MPS) is an integral part of the new campus of University of Macau. It observes the principle of "pedestrian first " and features a pedestrian-vehicle dividing system.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the location,climate,ecology and other factors of the project site,the conception of the idea of MPS and the related researches are illustrated. The transportation features of the MPS,as summarized,include multi-dimensions,short-distance and weather-resistance. Its features for the sake of livability include integration of nature, respect for the environment and sharing of landscape. Upon the completion of the project, the effects on its users were tested. Finally, some constructive rules for the construction of similar campus pedestrian systems were proposed.     

Prying Force Calculation and Design Method for T-shaped Tensile Connector with High Strength Bolt

In order to establish the design method for T-shaped tensile connector with high strength bolt,the theoretical analysis is carried out. Firstly,it analyzes the performance of the connector and establishes prying force calculation model. Based on the model,prying force equation and function between bolt prying force and flange thickness is derived,and the min and max thickness requirement of flange plate under a certain tension load is then obtained. Finally,two simplified design methods of the connector are proposed,which are bolt pulling capacity method and flange plate bending capacity method.     

课堂引导提高英语道歉策略运用能力的有效性

运用英语道歉策略教学准实验和定量相结合的方法来检验教学模式的有效性.共有60名学生参加实验,其中控制组30人、实验组30人.数据收集工具主要是书面话语填充测试.研究结果表明:通过课堂教学模式的系统引导,实验组的学习者对于道歉策略的使用能与英语母语使用者大体一致,说明此种教学引导模式在帮助学习者提高英语道歉策略的运用能力上是有效的.
