均一粒径液滴喷雾干燥塔(MDSD)在生产均匀尺寸颗粒产品中发挥着较大优势,进一步优化其干燥过程操作尤为重要。集成离散相(DPM)和反应工程法(REA)干燥方法,通过耦合分散室和主干燥室模型,本研究开发了完整的MDSD三维计算流体力学模型。并系统探究了在干燥过程中分散气旋流、热空气旋流以及二者共同旋流对颗粒运动和最终干燥效果的影响。模拟结果表明,在30°入射角下加入旋流效果最优。同时引入分散室和干燥室旋流后发现,同向旋流比反向旋流带来的干燥效果提升2%,更比无旋流操作下的干燥效果提升30%。欲达到同样的干燥效果,引入同向旋流,塔身可缩短近12%。  相似文献

In this paper, Reduced Graphene Oxide (rGO)/ZnFe2O4 (rZnF) nanocomposite is synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method and employed as a counter electrode (CE) material for tri-iodide redox reactions in Dye sensitized solar cells (DSSC) to replace the traditional high cost platinum (Pt) CE. X-ray diffraction analysis and High resolution Transmission electron microscopy, clearly indicated the formation of rZnF nanocomposite and also amorphous rGO sheets were smoothly distributed on the surface of ZnFe2O4 (ZnF) nanostructure. The rZnF-50 CE shows excellent electro catalytic activity toward I3? reduction, which has simultaneously been confirmed by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Tafel polarization measurements. A DSSC developed by rZnF-50 CE (η?=?8.71%) obtained quite higher than the Pt (η?=?8.53%) based CE under the same condition. The superior performances of rZnF-50 CE due to addition of graphene in to Spinel (ZnF) nanostructure results in creation of highly active electrochemical sites, fast electron transport linkage between CE and electrolyte. Thus it’s a promising low cost CE material for DSSCs.

This study examined the relationship of early alliance ruptures and their resolution to process and outcome in a sample of 128 patients randomly assigned to 1 of 3 time-limited psychotherapies for personality disorders: cognitive–behavioral therapy, brief relational therapy, or short-term dynamic psychotherapy. Rupture intensity and resolution were assessed by patient- and therapist-report after each of the first 6 sessions. Results indicated that lower rupture intensity and higher rupture resolution were associated with better ratings of the alliance and session quality. Lower rupture intensity also predicted good outcome on measures of interpersonal functioning, while higher rupture resolution predicted better retention. Patients reported fewer ruptures than did therapists. In addition, fewer ruptures were reported in cognitive–behavioral therapy than in the other treatments. The area of free radical biology is of increasing interest for marine organisms since the enhanced formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) is a common pathway of toxicity induced by stressful environmental conditions. In polar environments responses of the antioxidant system could be useful as an early detection biomarkers of unforeseen effects of human activities which are progressively increasing in these remote areas. However, the characterization of antioxidant defences in appropriate sentinel species is of particular value also in terms of a possible adaptation to this extreme environment. The scallop, Adamussium colbecki, is a key species for monitoring the Antarctic environment and, besides single antioxidants, the total oxyradical scavenging capacity (TOSC) assay has been recently used for quantifying the overall ability of this organism to neutralize peroxyl radicals (ROO*), hydroxyl radicals (*OH) and peroxynitrite (HOONO). The aim of this work was to obtain a better characterization of these biological responses which can indicate the occurrence of biological disturbance; in this study the total oxyradical scavenging capacity was further analyzed to assess the presence of seasonal fluctuations in the susceptibility to oxidative stress in this species. The capability to neutralize peroxyl radicals and hydroxyl radicals increased at the end of December, while resistance towards peroxynitrite did not show any significant variations during the Antarctic summer. These results suggest the occurrence of metabolic changes which mainly influence intracellular formation of ROO* and *OH, with more limited effects on HOONO. Despite the limited time window analyzed, as a typical constraint in Antarctic research at Terra Nova Bay, an increased resistance to these specific oxyradicals might be related to the period of highest feeding activity, or to other intrinsic factors in the animals' physiology such as the phase of reproductive cycle.  相似文献
