基于SURF与Hough森林的人脸检测研究

为实现复杂场景中的人脸检测与定位,提出了一种基于快速鲁棒特征SURF与Hough森林的人脸检测算法。采用SURF局部特征构建Hough森林分类器,每个叶子节点存储类别信息与特征点到达目标中心的偏移量,在图像局部外观与Hough投票之间建立映射关系,生成有监督的判别式的码本,获得可靠的概率Hough投票,以此预测目标中心位置,提高了检测精度。与此同时,采用SURF局部特征提取图像兴趣点有助于减小计算量、加快检测速度。实验证明了所提算法的有效性。     

现代汉语常用动词释义对比研究——以《现代汉语词典》(第六版)和《重編國語辭典修訂本》为例

动词在语言中的地位十分重要,而汉语更是一种动词性语言。了解动词的释义,是研究动词的一个重要途径。该文采用《现代汉语词典》(第六版)和《重編國語辭典修訂本》为对比研究的材料,参考新汉语水平考试大纲,选取三者共有的动词词条进行研究,着重对比两本词典对动词的释义,找出普通话和台湾地区所用标准语两者在动词方面的差异,减少两岸交流中因词义不同所产生的误会,更好地促进两岸交流。     

Synthesis of water-soluble single-walled carbon nanotubes by RAFT polymerization

Water-soluble single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) were synthesized by grafting poly(acrylamide) (PAM) from the surface of SWNT via reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. The RAFT agents were covalently attached to the SWNTs by functionalizing SWNTs with in situ generated diazonium compounds. The product was characterized by means of FT-IR, Raman, ¹H NMR, TGA and TEM. The results showed that PAM chains had successfully grafted from SWNT by RAFT polymerization. The amount of PAM grown from SWNT increased with the polymerization time. The acrylamide conversion increased linearly with the polymerization time, indicating the “living” characteristics of the RAFT polymerization. TEM was utilized to image PAM-g-SWNT, showing relatively uniform polymer coatings present on the surface of individual, debundled nanotubes.

详细介绍了一种铜及铜合金阴极还原着仿金色工艺及其配方。探讨了该工艺的着色原理、电流密度的影响及所得着色膜层的性能。结果表明，该工艺所得的膜层呈金黄色，结晶致密，耐蚀性好。     

Advanced underfill for high thermal reliability

The key to the success of flip‐chip technology lies in the availability of sucessful underfill materials. However, the reliability of flip‐chip technology using current underfill materials is generally found to be lower than that of conventional wire‐bond connection packaging materials such as epoxy molding compound (EMC) because of the high coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE) and moisture absorption of cured underfill material. In this study desbimide (DBMI), which has a low melting point (about 80°C), was used in the underfill materials as a cohardener. As a result, DBMI‐added underfill can show excellent thermal reliability, which is due to the superior properties of the CTE, the elastic modulus, and water resistance. When the properties of a 2 wt % DBMI‐added underfill were compared with those of a typical underfill (epoxy/anhydride), the CTE value was reduced to less than one‐half at the solder reflow temperature (about 200°C), the elastic modulus was reduced to less than one‐half in the temperature region below the glass‐transition temperature, and the water resistance was improved twofold. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过试验和分析提出了在热变形温度与维卡软化点测定仪中应用温度曲线拟合的测定方法，介绍了拟合方程系数的在线修正方法。通过与其他传统温度测量方法的试验结果比较，验证了采用曲线拟合方法在动态温度测量中的优越性。同时还扼要叙述了系统相关部分的软硬件实现原理。
