The Advanced Manufacturing System project, which is one of the national R&D projects in manufacturing technology, is introduced. Present communication describes the preparation and the influence of Pr 2 O 3 and Nd 2 O 3 on structure, ferroelectric, dielectric, pyroelectric and resistivity properties of (Ba 1-x Sr x ) 2 NaNb 5 O 15 [BSNN] compositions at and around x = 0.6, MPB region. Substitution of Pr 2 O 3 /Nd 2 O 3 decrease the cell volume and Curie temperature and enhance the room temperature dielectric constant. The room temperature pyroelectric coefficients are observed to be in the order of 10-9 C/cm 2 °C. Higher figure of merit FM RV , FM RN and FM RI values of the order 10-14 CM/J, 10-12 CM/J and 10-11 CM/J respectively are observed in both Pr/Nd:BSNN compositions. Resistivity studies revealed a PTCR behavior.  相似文献

A novel frequency-hop spread-spectrum multiple-access network employing M-ary orthogonal Walsh sequence keying with noncoherent demodulation is proposed. The transmitted Walsh sequence is overlaid by a user-specific pseudonoise sequence to reduce the effect of multiple-access hits. Two Gaussian approximations for the multiple-access interference from both the dehopped slot and its neighboring slots are developed and are used to analyze the performance of the proposed network for synchronous and asynchronous hopping under nonfading and Rayleigh fading channels. The effect of imperfect hop timing synchronization at the receiver is also analyzed. It is shown that the proposed network offers significantly improved network throughput compared to networks based on traditional M-ary frequency-shift keying modulation.  相似文献

Highly manufacturable partially insulated field-effect transistors (PiFETs) were fabricated by using Si-SiGe epitaxial growth and selective SiGe etch process. Owing to these technologies, pseudo-silicon-on-insulator (SOI) structures, partially insulating oxide (PiOX) under source/drain (PUSD) and PiOX under channel (PUC), could be easily realized with excellent structural and process advantages. We are demonstrating their preliminary characteristics and properties. Especially, in the PUSD PiFET, junction capacitance, leakage current, and DIBL in bulk devices could be reduced and the floating body problem in SOI devices was also cleared without any area penalty. Thus, this PiFET structure can be a promising candidate for the future DRAM cell transistor.  相似文献

Although it has been known that pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) contains several steroid hormones, concrete experimental proofs about that have not been published until now. In order to identify and evaluate the contents of steroid hormones including estrone in pomegranate, we analyzed pomegranate seed, fruit juice and commercial preparations. We developed a reproducible and sensitive method for separation and identification of steroid hormones in pomegranate samples using both high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)–PDA and gas chromatography (GC)–MS. In case of HPLC, an isocratic elution method using 35% aqueous acetonitrile solution at 1.0 ml/min with photodiode-array (PDA) detection at 225 nm and 254 nm was found to optimally separate and identify the steroid hormones from the pomegranate samples with a run time of less than 30 min. The pomegranate samples were comparatively analyzed to the HPLC results by GC/FID or GC/MS detection on a HP-1 (30 m length, 0.32 mm I.D.) with helium as carrier gas under the oven temperature control as follows: start 220 °C for 5 min, raising 5 °C per min, final 280 °C for 10 min. The HPLC and GC methods were successfully applied to the identification of steroid hormones in pomegranate samples. Our results suggested that there were no steroid estrogens including estrone, estradiol and testosterone in pomegranate seed, fruit juice and preparations. Consequently, we assumed that the previously reported analysts of pomegranate were misunderstood their analytical results according to either the estrogen-like effects or similarity of peak retention time and Rf values in experiments.  相似文献

The impact of stress induced by biaxial mechanical bending on multiple-gate FET (MuGFET) performance is studied. For relatively low levels of bending-induced surface strain (/spl sim/ 0.1%), significant enhancements in the driving current can be achieved and maintained with gate-length scaling. This makes package strain a potentially attractive approach to enhancing MuGFET-based CMOS performance at low cost. For bending-induced strain, the enhancements in electron mobility and [110] hole mobility are well predicted by the piezoresistance model using the coefficients for bulk-Si, but the impact of stress on (100) hole mobility is more complex.  相似文献

The behaviors of concentric-double inclusions dispersed in continuous media are investigated theoretically to find some possibilities of improving toughness of composite materials by dispersing double-inc’usions instead of single-inclusions. The general solutions of the Stokes equation, expressed in terms of the spherical harmonics, are used for analyzing the problems that are related to the concentric-double inclusions. From the analysis, it is found that the pressure and stress fields inside and outside the inclusion can be modified by changing the modulus ratios and the thickness of shell layer. Especially, the positions of the minimum pressure points and the maximum stress points turn out to be controllable with some degree of freedom.  相似文献

In this paper, we address analytical and numerical studies on the free vibration of fluid–structure interaction problems considering the fluid compressibility. According to the separation of variables together with the boundary condition enforcement, we first derive a compressible‐fluid velocity potential function. Next, we split the structure region into the wet and dry parts, for which we apply the Novozhilov thin shell theory. Combining two dynamic displacement fields, for two split structure parts, using the displacement compatibility conditions, we finally obtain a simultaneous equation system for computing natural frequencies and modes. According to the derived analytical formulae, we compute natural frequencies and modes, stress resultants, together with the comparison with the FEM analysis and the incompressible case. Numerical results show, compared to the incompressible case, that the compressible case produces lower natural frequencies and, furthermore, the relative difference is influenced by the slenderness of tanks and the relative liquid fill height.
