马钢球团配用巴西PF精矿的工业试验及生产

介绍了马钢一烧竖炉配用巴西PF精矿生产球团的效果。工业试验及生产实践表明，配用20％～30％PF精矿后，不但可以降低球团矿原料成本，解决球团原料紧张的难题，而且球团矿冶金性能完全满足高炉冶炼需要。     

新型滑块在天钢带钢厂加热炉上的应用

针对原来加热炉水梁滑块结构、排列不合理造成的钢坯温度不均现象，改用新型孔洞式全热滑块。实践证明新型滑块设计合理、结构简单、施工方便、使用可靠，有效地提高了加热炉的热效率，减少了水梁黑印，改善了钢加热质量，明显的提高了带钢产量。

Improved robust H2 and H∞ filtering for uncertain discrete-time systems

This paper is concerned with the robust H₂ and H_∞ filtering problems for linear discrete-time systems with polytopic parameter uncertainty. We aim to derive a less-conservative design than existing linear matrix inequality (LMI) based sufficient conditions. It is shown that a more efficient evaluation of robust H₂ or H_∞ performance can be obtained by a matrix inequality condition which contains additional free parameters as compared to existing characterizations. When applying this new matrix inequality condition to the robust filter design, these parameters provide extra degrees of freedom in optimizing the guaranteed H₂ or H_∞ performance and lead to a less-conservative design.     

Further oscillation criteria for delay partial difference equations

This paper is concerned with the partial difference equation A_m+1,n+A_m,n+1−A_m,n+p_m,nA_m−k,n−l=0,m,n=0,1,2,…,, where k and l are two positive integers, {p_m,n} is a real double sequence. Some new oscillation criteria for this equation are obtained.     

DISCRETIZED SUB‐OPTIMAL TRACKER FOR NONLINEAR CONTINUOUS TWO‐DIMENSIONAL SYSTEMS

The discretized quadratic sub‐optimal tracker for nonlinear continuous two‐dimensional (2‐D) systems is newly proposed in this paper. The proposed method provides a novel methodology for indirect digital redesign for nonlinear continuous 2‐D systems with a continuous performance index. This includes the following features: (1) the 2‐D optimal‐linearization approach of the nonlinear 2‐D Roesser's model (RM), (2) the dynamic programming‐based discretized quadratic optimal tracker for linear continuous 2‐D systems, (3) the steady‐state discretized quadratic sub‐optimal tracker for linear continuous 2‐D systems, and (4) the discretized quadratic sub‐optimal tracker for nonlinear continuous 2‐D systems. Illustrative examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed procedure.
