Effect of surface free energy of ceramic glaze on oil droplet shape and its behavior in water

A super-hydrophilic functional ceramic was prepared by adjusting the chemical components of ceramic glaze. Effect of surface flee energy of ceramic glaze on oil droplet shape and its behavior in water were studied. The results show that water can spread on ceramic surface with high surface free energy, and oil droplet can aggregate rapidly and separate from the ceramic surface in water. For the ceramic with lower surface free energy, the polar shares are dependant on its easy-cleaning property. The higher the polar shares, the better the easy-cleaning property, and the easier the droplet separates from the ceramic surface in water.

通过分析200kA预焙槽在强化电流条件下电解质粘度增大的原因及对电解生产的影响,提出了规范电解生产作业制度及处理电解质粘度过大的建议,以实现降低工人劳动强度,达到工艺参数优化和提高电流效率的目的。     

Stress corrosion behavior of pipeline steel(X52)welded joint

The resistance of pipeline steel joint welded by submerged arc welding to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) at its different regions in boiling mixed nitrate solution and in H_2S saturated solution at room temperature is examined by the constant-load tension method. The result shows that when tested in nitrate, the weld metal may be the weakest link of the joint if the welding material doesn't match well. The resistance to SCC of the joint in H_2S is very low, especially at the bond and coarse grain zone and is closely dependent on the metallurgical quality of base metal.     

挤压后硼酸铝晶须增强铝复合材料表面的腐蚀特征

利用原于力显微镜观察了挤压态Al18B4O33 w／pure Al复合材料早期腐蚀过程中表面形貌的变化特征．研究了沿与挤压方向成不同角度截取的Al18B4O33 w／pure Al复合材料在3．5％NaCl溶液中的腐蚀规律．结果表明：晶须与基体的界面是腐蚀易于发生的地方．点蚀首先在晶须的端部产生，随后沿着晶须与基体的界面扩展．挤压后沿与挤压方向成不同角度截取的Al18B4O33 w／pure Al复合材料表面腐蚀坑的深度存在差别．     

新旧高温高压临氢不锈钢管的焊接

通过对长期在高温高压临氢条件下不锈厚壁焊焊接难点的分析，制定了合理的焊接工艺有质量控制措施，成功解决了新旧高温高压临氢不锈钢管的焊接难题，确保了焊缝的焊接质量。     

新日铁高炉冷却壁技术的进展及其在宝钢的应用

从结构、材料、冷却方式和壁厚等方面介绍了新日铁高炉用冷却壁的1～4代演变过程，同时简述了宝钢引进的第3代冷却壁制造技术及其应用概况。认为今后大型高炉冷却系统的设计会向冷却壁倾斜。     

GRINDING RESIDUAL STRESS OF CEMENTED CARBIDE

Grinding residual stress in the surface layer of WC-6 Wt—％Co hard alloy was measured by means of X-ray diffraction. The effects of various grinding parameters and treatment processes on the stress were studied. By means of electrolytic etching, the stress distribution along the depths beneath the surface was measured. The relationship between the stress and the service life of the alloy is discussed.     

提高垂直分模平锻枧前滚轮和凸轮寿命的技术措施

本文针对垂直分模平锻机前滚轮和凸轮在工作中经常损坏的问题,分析了影响其寿命的因素,并结合本厂的实践,提出了提高前滚轮和凸轮寿命的措施。
