A-6A甲胺合成催化剂使用总结

安阳九天化工集团甲胺/DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)工程是河南省重点建设项目.装置采用先进的甲醇和液氨气相催化胺化法生产混甲胺.一期工程30 kt/a 甲胺/DMF装置于2003年10月建成投产,其合成催化剂选用的是上海石化研究院生产的A-6A甲胺合成催化剂,从投产到现在,合成催化剂共更换了4次,催化剂平均使用寿命为13个月,共生产混甲胺112 kt,达到国内领先水平.     

Establishing a System for Food Recalls to Protect Food Quality and Safety in China

There are no explicit laws concerning food recalls in China; moreover, some related regulations have weaknesses. China should first create a system of laws and regulations governing food recalls, establish a system to recall defective food, and strengthen administrative and legal remedial mechanisms related to consumer rights.     

Standardizing signs on bublic information in the New Coastal Area

The public information signs ( The term public information signs will be abbreviated to public signs in the following text.)in the urban areas not only offer convenience for people to move around, but also reflect the level of development and progress of those areas. It is essential to the creative development and uplifting of the New Costal Area (thereafter, NCA) to have a good understanding of its present situation with regard to its public signs, to discuss the related issues in the development, to work out a system that is up to international standard and develop its own standards in the course of implementing the national strategies on standardizing public signs.

Low-Temperature Annealing Effect of RF Inductor With FeNi-SiO2 Granular Film

A low-temperature annealing process in vacuum is proposed to enhance the inductance of RF inductors with FeNi-SiO₂ magnetic granular films. Due to the great improvement of soft magnetic property in the 200degC and 350degC annealed film, the inductance is enhanced by 9.6% (200degC) and 8.3% (350degC), respectively, compared with the case of as-deposited film inductor. The peak value of quality factor, which is 9.18 for the as-deposited film inductor, is also increased to 9.27 (200degC ) and 12.27 (350degC), respectively.     

Development of an end-point detector for parylene deposition process

Parylene is an emerging material for MEMS. It is an organic material that is grown by using the chemical vapor deposition method at room temperature. The deposition thickness is commonly controlled by the amount of solid-phase dimer loaded in a sublimation chamber. In a conventional deposition machine, the end point of the process is designated by the moment the dimer is exhausted. However, this end-of-process criterion does not offer precise, repeatable control of film thickness. We present the results of the development of an in situ end-point detector for a Parylene chemical vapor deposition process. The detector is based on the thermal transfer principle and can be implemented on commercial parylene deposition systems with minimal system modification. Such a sensor enables a user to stop the deposition when a targeted thickness is reached. The end point detector is very simple to implement on existing parylene deposition systems. A series of such sensors with different target deposition thickness would allow extraction of the actual deposition rate within a deposition run.

Study on Preparation and Application of Ti／Si Complex Zeolite

A Ti/Si complex zeolite has been prepared. X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrometry study has shown that two structures, namely the ZSM-5 and MCM-41, exist in the sample. BET tests have revealed that the complex zeolite contains regular mesopores of 2.6 nm. Ultraviolet spectrometry analysis has shown that the Ti species exist in the zeolite skeleton in the form of tetra-coordinate valence. The Ti/Si complex zeolite (TS-1/Ti-MCM-41) has apparently improved catalytic activity with respect to the macromolecular organic compound oxidation as compared to individual components of either Ti or Si containing zeolites (TS-1 and Ti-MCM-41).
