利用韵律信息的CHMM连续数字语音识别

提出了一种结合韵律信息的高性能汉语连续数字语音识别算法,该识别算法基于CHMM(连续隐马尔可夫模型),采用MFCC(MEL频率倒谱系数)为主要语音特征参数,结合韵律信息进行连续数字精确分割,能够有效区分易混数字。算法采用两级识别框架来提高语音识别率,其中,第1级对连续数字分割,在此基础上进行数字语音识别,输出各候选结果,第2级在候选结果中确定易混数字对,并运用韵律信息进一步选择正确结果。实验表明,最终汉语连续数字语音识别率有很大提高。     

VDAC1 Negatively Regulates Floral Transition in Arabidopsis thaliana

Voltage-dependent anion channels (VDACs) are the most important proteins in mitochondria. They localize to the outer mitochondrial membrane and contribute to the metabolite transport between the mitochondria and cytoplasm, which aids plant growth regulation. Here, we report that Arabidopsis thaliana VDAC1 is involved in the floral transition, with the loss of AtVDAC1 function, resulting in an early-flowering phenotype. AtVDAC1 is expressed ubiquitously in Arabidopsis. To identify the flowering pathway integrators that may be responsible for AtVDAC1′s function during the floral transition, an RNA-seq analysis was performed. In total, 106 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified between wild-type and atvdac1-5 mutant seedlings. However, none were involved in flowering-related pathways. In contrast, AtVDAC1 physically associated with FLOWERING LOCUS T. Thus, in the floral transition, AtVDAC1 may function partly through the FLOWERING LOCUS T protein.     

基于无线射频识别传感标签的形状记忆合金增强复合结构低速冲击响应监测

对埋入形状记忆合金(Shape memory alloy,SMA)丝的增强复合材料结构,提出一种利用传感标签技术实现结构健康无线分布监测的新方法,以解决传统有线监测方法存在的布线难、系统扩展和移动性能差等问题。采用基于高精度时间数字转换技术的专用电容测量芯片PS021测量复合结构中的SMA丝间的微小电容信号,可以很好抑制寄生电容的影响提高电容的测量精度;分布的传感标签获取PS021的电容测量信号,并与时间、位置编码信息打包后无线传输给读写器,传感标签之间无须通信,能耗要求低;组网采用三层读写器网络拓扑结构,通信协议简单、实时处理能力强。低速冲击响应监测试验表明,系统能实现对埋入结构中NiTi超弹性自传感元件的监测,根据冲击试验获取的多通道电容测量数据可分析判断损伤的位置和程度。     

Highly Broad-Specific and Sensitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay for Screening Sulfonamides: Assay Optimization and Application to Milk Samples

The optimum conditions of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in regard to different monoclonal antibodies (MAbs), assay format, immunoreagents, and several physicochemical factors (pH, salt, detergent, and solvent) were investigated to develop a broad-specific and sensitive immunoassay for detection of sulfonamides in milk samples. Two previously produced broad-specific MAbs, 4D11 and 4C7, and eight structurally different haptens conjugated with bovine serum albumin (BSA) were used as coating antigens in a competitive indirect ELISA (ciELISA). In addition, six hapten-HRP conjugates and the two MAbs were evaluated in a competitive direct ELISA. After optimization, a highly broad-specific and sensitive ciELISA for screening for sulfonamides was obtained based on MAb 4D11 and the BS-BSA heterologous-coating antigen, demonstrating a 50 % specific binding (IC₅₀) for 22 sulfonamides at concentrations below 100 ng mL^?1. This is the first report of an immunoassay that is capable of detecting more than 20 sulfonamides based on MAbs. The optimized ciELISA was used to quantify the five sulfonamides, SMZ, SDM, SQX, SMM, and SMX in spiked milk samples. Recoveries of 89–104.6 % and coefficients of variation of 11.9–19.1 % demonstrated the potential of the ciELISA to simultaneously monitor multiple sulfonamides in diluted milk samples without further purification steps.     

Functional Characterization of Largemouth Bass (Micropterus salmoides) Soluble FcγR Homolog in Response to Bacterial Infection

Fc receptors (FcRs) are key players in antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) with their specific recognition of the Fc portion of an immunoglobulin. Despite reports of FcγR-mediated phagocytosis in mammals, little is known about the effects of soluble FcγRs on the immune response. In this study, FcγRIα was cloned from the largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) (MsFcγRIα). Without a transmembrane segment or a cytoplasmic tail, MsFcγRIα was identified as a soluble form protein and widely distributed in the spleen, head kidney, and intestine. The native MsFcγRIα was detected in the serum of Nocardia seriolae-infected largemouth bass and the supernatants of transfected HEK293 cells. Additionally, it was verified that the transfected cells’ surface secreted MsFcRIα could bind to largemouth bass IgM. Moreover, the expression changes of MsFcγRIα, Syk, and Lyn indicated that MsFcγRIα was engaged in the acute phase response to bacteria, and the FcγR-mediated phagocytosis pathway was activated by Nocardia seriolae stimulation. Furthermore, recombinant MsFcγRIα could enhance both reactive oxygen species (ROS) and phagocytosis to Nocardia seriolae of leukocytes, presumably through the interaction of MsFcγRIα with a complement receptor. In conclusion, these findings provided a better understanding of the function of soluble FcγRs in the immune response and further shed light on the mechanism of phagocytosis in teleosts.     

基于IFC标准的BIM模型编程语言解析方法研究

IFC标准定义了建筑信息模型交换的数据格式,为面向建筑全生命周期的信息交换和共享提供了标准的数据定义和数据模型,是目前对建筑信息描述最全面、最详细的标准,是解决建筑行业BIM软件之间数据交换性和互操作性问题的重要标准。但是IFC基于EXPRESS语言来定义建筑信息交换与共享,EXPRESS语言本身不是编程语言且不可被计算机编译执行,因此使用计算机编程语言解析和处理基于IFC标准的BIM模型,是BIM软件开发的基础和关键技术。本研究利用开源的Java插件,解析基于IFC的BIM模型,生成相对应的IFC实体类,在此基础上,利用Java语言来具体编程实现不同的应用功能,为下一步的基于IFC标准的土木建筑工程BIM软件开发奠定了基础。     

视频文字信息检查工具的设计与实现

针对某些特定视频中,画面文字信息经常包含较为敏感文字信息,导致信息泄露,设计实现了一种视频画面中的文字的检测识别系统,对视频画面中的文字标语、文字条幅,新闻画面中的文字导语等信息进行识别与比对;采用基于双阈值的视频镜头分割算法,根据颜色直方图信息提取关键帧,采用最大稳定极值区域算法提取图像中稳定区域,通过聚类和级联分类器实现文字区域提取,最后将文字区域分割后进行OCR识别,实验表明系统针对复杂背景中的文字能够达到较高的检测识别率.     

Linear correlation of crystal structure and spectral properties of Nd3+ in Ca1-xSrxF2 mixed crystals

Crystal structure and the optical spectral properties of 0.5 at.% Nd³⁺, 5 at.% Gd³⁺-codoped Ca_1-xSr_xF₂ (0 ≤ x≤1) crystals grown by the temperature gradient technique (TGT) were investigated. The linear variations of the crystal structure and spectral parameters as a function of Sr²⁺ proportion (x) were observed and correlated with each other. The results indicated that Sr²⁺ ions introduced as matrix-substituted ions could regulate the crystal structures and the spectroscopic properties.
