The structural properties of overpressurised helium precipitates formed by low dose ion implantation and subsequent annealing of silicon are investigated by quantitative transmission electron microscopy techniques. These precipitates, which show pronounced platelet geometry, are analysed with respect to their geometry, crystallographic orientation and their particular gas pressure values. The dependence of the measured platelet pressure versus the radius is discussed in terms of a Griffith crack. Experimental results on the shape and the crystallographic orientation of the platelets are discussed in the framework of anisotropic elastic properties and surface energies of silicon. The ability of the precipitates to punch-out dislocation loops is discussed in terms of associated threshold shear stress values and evaluated with regard to the defect size dependency.  相似文献

The processing of innovative lightweight materials to sheet metal components and assemblies with globally or locally defined properties is the object of this work. It takes a load-dependent design of components and assemblies, for example, based on the composition of different construction materials or a targeted setting of component areas with specified characteristics to fully exploit the lightweight potential when substituting conventionally used materials. Different process chains for the manufacturing of roll-formed long products made of magnesium alloys and high-strength steels with locally defined properties will be presented in this paper. Depending on the kind of material to be formed and the desired product characteristics, different temperature managements are needed for capable processes. Due to limited formability at room temperature, magnesium alloys require a heating of the forming zones above 200–225 °C throughout the bending process in order to activate additional gliding planes and to avoid any failures in the radii. The realization of local hardening effects requires at least one process-integrated heat treatment when roll forming manganese–boron steels. For both processes, it is imperative to realize a heating and cooling down or quenching appropriate for the manufacturing of long products with the required quality. Additionally, proper line speeds that allow a continuously operated economical production have to be considered. Research results including design, FEA, realization and experimentation of the mentioned process chains and strategies will be described in detail.  相似文献

With a potential to facilitate the integration of renewable energy into the electricity system, electric drive vehicles may offer a considerable flexibility by allowing for charging and discharging when desired. This paper takes the perspective of an aggregator that manages the electricity market participation of a vehicle fleet and presents a framework for optimizing charging and discharging of the electric drive vehicles, given the driving patterns of the fleet and the variations in market prices of electricity. When the aggregator is a price-taker the optimization can be stated in terms of linear programming whereas a quadratic programming formulation is required when he/she has market power. A Danish case study illustrates the construction of representative driving patterns through clustering of survey data from Western Denmark and the prediction of electricity price variations through regression on prices from the Nordic market. The results show that electric vehicles provide flexibility almost exclusively through charging. Moreover, the vehicles provide flexibility within the day but only limited flexibility from day to day when driving patterns are fixed.  相似文献
